Training with Sydney since 2019. All trainers need to have knowledge by default, but Sydney has WISDOM. The motivations at the end of the workout fuel my day AND my fast paced and challenging career. To make this week different than last week I have a fridge stocked full of veggies to add to my meals, and I'm getting my monthly massage after a string of disappointing ones to help my mental health!
The thing I'm changing about this week is meal prep. I've been dabbling in it since the beginning of this challenge, but I've had a lot of meals that wouldn't help me progress as fast as I would like. I'm just really proud of myself for getting this far in the first place! There's no giving up now!!!

Was teary eyed during the punches. I was mad at myself for not being consistent while travelling (i was on vacation with a friend for a week) and thought that my previous efforts would be gone already. Surprised myself this morning while working out that I could still keep up. Made me feel sorry for my body for thinking it was so weak to give up on me that easy. More importantly, this day was an eye opener for me and made me so grateful for my body ❤ thank you sydney ❤

I have repeated this one 4 times now, it is such a favorite!! Packs a PUNCH in 30 minutes, awesome and simple cardio and the MUSIC is the best!!!❤🎶 If I am not feeling like a workout I do this one and it never fails to motivate me right back into the right frame of mind!! Love it❤❤❤

This is a new favorite!! Loved the unilateral weights, the low impact cardio was awesome and effective (LOVE low impact cardio!!!) and really enjoying the music in STF!!!! EXCELLENT workout!!! Thank you Sydney!!!❤❤❤
This week is different because I am focusing on slowing down and not going through these workouts fast without really giving it my all. I can feel the MMC that way more. I love love these longer periods - they help me connect!. thank you Sydney!

Crushed week 3! Woohoo! I will set myself up for success to prep some healthy snacks this weekend. That is an area I fail at. So I will focus on keeping healthier choices within reach so I grab that instead of a fattening choice.
I want to focus on getting more veggies in with my protein next week. Garden is coming along nicely so that encourages me! Great 3 weeks and looking forward to the next!
At 56 I’m pursuing my undergraduate degree in leadership and throughout the degree program I’ve learned I’m not living my passion and I’m making strides to change that … pursuing a whole new career change 😮… it has brought on a lot of stress and it was suggested I do strength training. Sydney’s workouts and motivational speeches have been highly encouraging and inspirational. Sydney if you read your posts and see this, I know my professor who created this program would love it if you spoke to the students at Providence College in RI … it’s a D1 school. Might even open up some doors for you. Thank you for living your passion and purpose b/c you are inspiring others to do the same!!! 😅

I’ve always loved working out and eating healthy. Thank you for always being encouraging. I’m 59 and rocking! I love that staying in shape allowed me to come back fast. You are always awesome and encouraging. I never feel sorry for myself. I just rest my body and get back on track. So happy that I can wake up each day at 6am, see you and workout with you with a big smile. I continue my journey with excitement, mind and body strong. Your the best!!! Love you Sydney!!!! ❤

StF12 🎉🎉Great way to start my weekend! MMC: hammer curl 8 rep and 20 lbs on left arm, 10 reps 20 lbs on the right arm. I kept listening to my body and keep making changes but never quit. Crushed the workout and I crushed my nutrition and hydration all last week and will continue through the weekend! Sydney, thanks for your training and nutritional guidance has changed my life!!
