    Hey everyone!! I know I've asked this before, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin. RUclips now shows that 60% of our daily viewers are NOT SUBSCRIBED to our channel (to put that into a better perspective, that's 815,000 other people that are not subscribed which would put the channel around 1,357,000 subscribers) and I know that a lot of you that have used my channel every single day for the past several months to year and a half aren't subscribed (I see it when you post your completion stories! lol). It would really help us reach more people if you could do something as simple as taking 2 extra seconds to hit subscribe (swiping up will take you right there!) or sign into your RUclips account and simply subscribe for us. RUclips really puts a lot of value in that subscriber number to gauge how well the audience likes our channel to "recommend" it to other viewers using RUclips. RUclips is one of the only social platforms where you don't actually have to be subscribed, following, or friends with someone for their most recent uploaded content to be recommended to you regardless of if you have an account or not and with us posting every single day for you all we kind of hurt ourselves with no one needing to subscribe since we're always at the front of your home page. If you don't care, please take a second and swipe up to make sure you're subscribed and also, please do us a HUGE favor and share this post and ask others that use the channel to subscribe so that the awareness of our completely 100% free fitness channel (that won't go away even after everything is settled with the pandemic) can get to more of those people who need it.     I think I speak for everyone when I tell you that you mean so much to us. You are so comforting to me in this weird time. I’m never going back to the gym because you are my workout partner and I refer to you as “my friend Sydney “. Side note: your exercise bands and water bottles are amazing. Super high quality and worth every penny.

    Totally CRUSHED IT! Loved loved LOVED the exhaling of the negativity at the end. LOVED IT! Also, equally loved how you shared where you were a few ago in terms of your training/coaching/fitness career. What am accomplishment 🙏🏾. The ones who told you no then surely regret it; I’m sure of it. Your positivity has at the end of this workout has me just in time....with a minute to spare.....to get to the DFJ Women’s Conference.     So I have several gym acquaintances that have been watching me since 6/1 go to the back room in our gym, put my ear buds in, and do your videos. I have shared with a few of them what I have been doing. Well today I got 2 compliments! A young girl who is 21 told me “ I have been meaning to tell you how amazing your legs look. And you really have got me wanting to look at these videos!” A man older than me told me today that he admires my dedication and hard work and it shows how strong I have gotten! Guys I have been a dedicated gym rat since 2002. I’m definitely not a newbie to exercise or the gym, but the truth is I am in better shape then I think I have ever been and it’s exciting to look in the mirror and see the results of all my hard work!!!

      That's fantastic! I gave up my gym membership over 6 years ago and started working out at home. I have loved it and never looked back, and I too am in the best shape of my life! I found Sydney a few years ago, when she was first starting her channel, and she is my go-to fitness instructor!

      @@christinelamb1167 I found Sydney on 3/19 during quarantine. So thankful I found her she kept me motivated till my gym reopened. Now I still go to the gym when I need heavier weights, but anything with lighter weight or no weight I just stay home.

    I crushed it today! I’m glad that today was an upper body workout because my legs and butt are sore from yesterday’s workout. I’m thankful that you’re my trainer. I had been working out at home before the pandemic but using workout apps. The first workout app I used was Nike Training. Second, I was using the Popsugar Fitness app on my iPhone and RUclips channel. I found you by accident and I’m thankful for it. I have seen significant changes both mentally and physically since I’ve done your workouts. I’m thankful that you’re my trainer.

      Wow! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells throughout but stopped at around 18 minutes (curls) as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

    I’m a day behind, so I’ve just finished this workout right now, while Hurricane Hanna hammers us down here in South Texas 😅 I have some pretty terrible storm ptsd thanks to Hurricane Harvey back in 2017, but I’ve been working out with you for almost a year (September 2019) and have seen a HUGE decrease in my anxiety/panic level overall. So working out, or really doing ANYTHING but crying 😂, during a storm is a big deal for me. Thank you for everything you’ve done for my physical and especially my mental health, Sydney ❤️❤️

    I have been using your workouts sporadically over the last years with no weights and decided to add weight and strength to my cardio. Been doing a different video every time and switching body parts for about three weeks and already see a difference. I have not lost weight but my arms are definitely poppin. I can only go as high as 15 lbs and use 5 for some based on how hard it is. I’ll keep trying to amp it up as I get stronger. Thanks for posting these videos!

    I yawned through the warm up, but was so glad to show up and get this workout in with you. As another fan said, I don’t know how I’ll ever go back to the gym because I so enjoy the time with you and the progress I’ve made has made such a difference in other areas of my life.     I thought there was no way I could do those weighted sit ups and started to modify. Then I heard you in my mind say "give it a shot! Worst thing that can happen is you modify it again". I tried it, and I did it all three rounds!!! Progress!

Sydney always gets me to challenge myself, when maybe on my own I wouldn't 👍😃 I was totally the same on those weighted sit ups, at first I thought, nah I'll just do the option to set them down at my feet, and then do the shoulder press. But I heard Sydney in my mind saying "if you think you might be able to do it, just give it a try"! And I did in all 3 rounds, ha ha! 😁💪

    Sydney, Even though I’m waaaay behind from the current program, I plug along in order, due to my ocd that won’t let me just jump to start new one. Lol. With that being said, even tho I take rest days out of order of the program and some days skip, when I get my next one YOUR WORDS OF INSPIRATION somehow are exactly what I needed to hear that day!     Love you workout videos, came across you 3 weeks ago and have been following you since and doing you daily workouts. There’s many videos that I have attempted to work to in the past, but always find myself saying “what the heck is this workout” hard and complex workouts. Your workouts are easy to follow yet challenging, which is what I’m loving. I push myself every morning to not miss a video.

    I am definitely one of those people you are helping everyday. With my MS i was having a hard time with MS ataxia. Since starting with you I feel so much more balanced and strong. I appreciate everything you do every day for us. You seem like the sweetest, kindest person and you make my days brighter everyday.       @Mariarosaria Accordino I only just started in June (everyday though) and I can definitely tell a difference too! She's amazing and literally the best part of my day, most days.

      Vicky I also just started in June and my results are amazing. More strength and energy. Endurance have increase and because of my strength my weights have increase.
      I also try to do the same weight as Sydney if i have it. Still getting my weights and weight rack together

      Vicky Kovach me too! I've been doing her workouts every day since April 1. Huge difference in my arms, shoulders, legs, basically my whole body. 😊💪🏼🔥

    I loved this workout it kicked my butt and I crushed it. I have never picked up a weight until Sydney and I love it so much!!!
