So I have several gym acquaintances that have been watching me since 6/1 go to the back room in our gym, put my ear buds in, and do your videos. I have shared with a few of them what I have been doing. Well today I got 2 compliments! A young girl who is 21 told me “ I have been meaning to tell you how amazing your legs look. And you really have got me wanting to look at these videos!” A man older than me told me today that he admires my dedication and hard work and it shows how strong I have gotten! Guys I have been a dedicated gym rat since 2002. I’m definitely not a newbie to exercise or the gym, but the truth is I am in better shape then I think I have ever been and it’s exciting to look in the mirror and see the results of all my hard work!!!
That's fantastic! I gave up my gym membership over 6 years ago and started working out at home. I have loved it and never looked back, and I too am in the best shape of my life! I found Sydney a few years ago, when she was first starting her channel, and she is my go-to fitness instructor!
@@christinelamb1167 I found Sydney on 3/19 during quarantine. So thankful I found her she kept me motivated till my gym reopened. Now I still go to the gym when I need heavier weights, but anything with lighter weight or no weight I just stay home.
I just moved up to 15lb weights for some of the exercises! Such a huge accomplishment for me and I want to thank you. My arms have definition...I love it!!! Thanks for all you are doing for us!!!!!!

I crushed it today! I’m glad that today was an upper body workout because my legs and butt are sore from yesterday’s workout. I’m thankful that you’re my trainer. I had been working out at home before the pandemic but using workout apps. The first workout app I used was Nike Training. Second, I was using the Popsugar Fitness app on my iPhone and RUclips channel. I found you by accident and I’m thankful for it. I have seen significant changes both mentally and physically since I’ve done your workouts. I’m thankful that you’re my trainer.
I have been using your workouts sporadically over the last years with no weights and decided to add weight and strength to my cardio. Been doing a different video every time and switching body parts for about three weeks and already see a difference. I have not lost weight but my arms are definitely poppin. I can only go as high as 15 lbs and use 5 for some based on how hard it is. I’ll keep trying to amp it up as I get stronger. Thanks for posting these videos!

I yawned through the warm up, but was so glad to show up and get this workout in with you. As another fan said, I don’t know how I’ll ever go back to the gym because I so enjoy the time with you and the progress I’ve made has made such a difference in other areas of my life. I thought there was no way I could do those weighted sit ups and started to modify. Then I heard you in my mind say "give it a shot! Worst thing that can happen is you modify it again". I tried it, and I did it all three rounds!!! Progress!

I’m a day behind, so I’ve just finished this workout right now, while Hurricane Hanna hammers us down here in South Texas 😅 I have some pretty terrible storm ptsd thanks to Hurricane Harvey back in 2017, but I’ve been working out with you for almost a year (September 2019) and have seen a HUGE decrease in my anxiety/panic level overall. So working out, or really doing ANYTHING but crying 😂, during a storm is a big deal for me. Thank you for everything you’ve done for my physical and especially my mental health, Sydney ❤️❤️

Wow! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells throughout but stopped at around 18 minutes (curls) as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
I am definitely one of those people you are helping everyday. With my MS i was having a hard time with MS ataxia. Since starting with you I feel so much more balanced and strong. I appreciate everything you do every day for us. You seem like the sweetest, kindest person and you make my days brighter everyday. When i get a bad craving I pop on facebook and watch your story thats up at the time and it gives me that motivation to skip the bad snack and drink some water. Thank you for being here for me and the squad everyday.

Love you workout videos, came across you 3 weeks ago and have been following you since and doing you daily workouts. There’s many videos that I have attempted to work to in the past, but always find myself saying “what the heck is this workout” hard and complex workouts. Your workouts are easy to follow yet challenging, which is what I’m loving. I push myself every morning to not miss a video.

Sydney, Even though I’m waaaay behind from the current program, I plug along in order, due to my ocd that won’t let me just jump to start new one. Lol. With that being said, even tho I take rest days out of order of the program and some days skip, when I get my next one YOUR WORDS OF INSPIRATION somehow are exactly what I needed to hear that day! It’s the weirdest thing, but so amazing! You are such a motivator and inspiration! Thank you for your continued hard work and commitment to your community! I love you girl!! Such a boss! ❤️❤️❤️

Vicky I also just started in June and my results are amazing. More strength and energy. Endurance have increase and because of my strength my weights have increase. I also try to do the same weight as Sydney if i have it. Still getting my weights and weight rack together

Trish I was just asking because I run, but not as far as you. I usually do about 3 miles maybe 4 times a week after work. Sometimes I only run one and walk 2 but I do walk fast.
@@laureljohnson4010 that's brilliant you're still being active and that says alot. Im finding hard to constantly stay motivated so I try break it up too with a walk or workout. And with lockdown it was harder more so because I like running with a friend because it'll go in quicker and the company makes it easier. Just set yourself little goals and challenges. My most favorite thing after every workout is Sydney dancing! It always makes me smile at the end! :-)

Love you workout videos, came across you 3 weeks ago and have been following you since and doing you daily workouts. There’s many videos that I have attempted to work to in the past, but always find myself saying “what the heck is this workout” hard and complex workouts. Your workouts are easy to follow yet challenging, which is what I’m loving. I push myself every morning to not miss a video.

Crushed it!!!! I was able to push myself and go up in weight! I also was able to do the sit ups with a heavier weight. So damn proud of myself right now 💕
Wow! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells throughout but stopped at around 18 minutes (curls) as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
Sydney, Even though I’m waaaay behind from the current program, I plug along in order, due to my ocd that won’t let me just jump to start new one. Lol. With that being said, even tho I take rest days out of order of the program and some days skip, when I get my next one YOUR WORDS OF INSPIRATION somehow are exactly what I needed to hear that day! @Mariarosaria Accordino I only just started in June (everyday though) and I can definitely tell a difference too! She's amazing and literally the best part of my day, most days.
Vicky I also just started in June and my results are amazing. More strength and energy. Endurance have increase and because of my strength my weights have increase.
I also try to do the same weight as Sydney if i have it. Still getting my weights and weight rack together

@@laureljohnson4010 hi i normally run 7/8 miles every other day its very hilly where i live so i try plan a route but no getting away from it. then il do a Sydney workout the following day just to break it up x
Trish I was just asking because I run, but not as far as you. I usually do about 3 miles maybe 4 times a week after work. Sometimes I only run one and walk 2 but I do walk fast.
@@laureljohnson4010 that's brilliant you're still being active and that says alot. Im finding hard to constantly stay motivated so I try break it up too with a walk or workout. And with lockdown it was harder more so because I like running with a friend because it'll go in quicker and the company makes it easier. Just set yourself little goals and challenges. I needed this arm and shoulder workout, I crushed it! On a different note my 18 year old said to me yesterday I did one of that Sidney girls workouts and it was really hard, which made me laugh because she’s 18 and I’m 61. I told her I love the challenge 🤪
