My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms and great confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I used 1 lb dumbbells and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with dumbbells of 15s, 20s, and 30s.

Yesterday I felt like crap because of how my body looked. It doesn't look any different, but I woke up today telling myself that I wasn't going to quit. Quitting wouldn't make me feel better. It would only set back my progress. I have gotten stronger and leaner. I am not the same person I was when I first started. I've got to give myself grace. To hear Sydney say the me a year from now is waiting for me to step up was affirmation that I can't give up now. I don't know how she does it, but she always says just what I need to hear right when I need to hear it.
I went into this thinking, only 30 minutes?! I was wanting a good hard arm workout today! HOLY MOLY!! That was intense...I couldn’t go another second!! Great workout, as always, Sydney! 💕💕
I am proud and kind of disappointed with myself. I did the workout and gave my best, but since I don't have an assortment of weights (which my mother has now ordered on Amazon), I couldn't push myself enough. But I'm proud that I did whatever I could and that I came here today, no matter how much I just wanted to lie in bed and watch videos about chocolate cakes. 😂 Thank you so much, Sydney, for making me love wanting to work out and for doing this for everyone who comes here. I’m obsessed with that side/front raise sequence towards the end. It felt really efficient in hitting multiple muscle groups and completely burned me out I love it!
Feeling that flex today 💪🏼 my upper body is rocked! I used to dislike upper body workouts as they used to make me feel weak and defeated but over a year later rocking with Syd and she has helped show me my strength and power and that I am capable and strong and grateful to have my abilities! I wasn’t going to do this today. But at 8 o’clock tonight I thought well it’s only 30 minutes and it’s just upper body - you don’t even have to put shoes on! I’m so glad I got it done. Moving my body and hanging with Sydney’s positive vibes almost always makes me feel awesome. Oh and my arms are destroyed too!

Crushed day 5! I remember doing this exact workout two years ago and struggling so bad and thinking I couldn't last but 2 years later after consistently working out with syd I wanted to revisit this program to see how far I have come. I still struggled but pushed so much more weight than I did the first time. So awesome to see how far I have come!

I’m obsessed with that side/front raise sequence towards the end. It felt really efficient in hitting multiple muscle groups and completely burned me out I love it!

Feeling that flex today 💪🏼 my upper body is rocked! I used to dislike upper body workouts as they used to make me feel weak and defeated but over a year later rocking with Syd and she has helped show me my strength and power and that I am capable and strong and grateful to have my abilities! Third time is still a charm with this workout today!!! I love the pump I feel in those bent over bicep curls . Definitely feeling the shakes today but I'm glad to get this quick upper body workout done and ready to move on with my day!!! Hi Ankita! What dumbbells did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms and great confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I used 1 lb dumbbells and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with dumbbells of 15s, 20s, and 30s.
I wasn’t going to do this today. But at 8 o’clock tonight I thought well it’s only 30 minutes and it’s just upper body - you don’t even have to put shoes on! I’m so glad I got it done. Moving my body and hanging with Sydney’s positive vibes almost always makes me feel awesome. Oh and my arms are destroyed too!

Crushed day 5! I remember doing this exact workout two years ago and struggling so bad and thinking I couldn't last but 2 years later after consistently working out with syd I wanted to revisit this program to see how far I have come. I still struggled but pushed so much more weight than I did the first time. So awesome to see how far I have come!

Yeah I am so sore from the legs circuit but yeah to sore triceps tomorrow they are shaking still .. CRUSHED IT! 💪
