    I am obsessed with these products and since I get so many questions on my favorite pre-workout and protein, I figured you guys deserve a recommendation that I TRULY LOVE!
    Let's really CRUSH this full body strength and conditioning workout together! I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I used between 15-50 pound dumbbells so grab medium to heavy dumbbells that challenge you and grab some water so we can crush this workout together! We will work for 2 rounds of 40 seconds per exercise for most of the supersets, the last 2 supersets we will work for 3 rounds, and we will close it out with a 1 minute hollow hold!

      I’m homeschooling my 8 year old but sending my 5 year old twins to school. It’s just what works best for us. BUT I was explaining to my 8 year old today that we don’t need to worry about covid because we are healthy, we exercise and eat healthy and have strong immune systems because of that. So he said he wants to workout with me now so that he can be healthier and stronger. So we are going to start working out together with your workouts!

    I don't think Sydney realizes how many lives she is changing for the best. All of us have the same trainer and all of us have some kind of goal that she plays a crucial role in helping us achieve it. Shoutout to this woman who holds so many lives in her hands 💪💪💪

    I always preview a workout the day before a house before I attack it and when I preview this one, just in case I need to borrow equipment or find something around the house. Well as I watch, I was worried...I was exhausted just watching Sydney and seeing the sweat on her mat. But as I worked through I realized, even though I was drenching in sweat during the entire workout, it’s always harder watching than actually doing. Don’t get me wrong, all of her workouts are hard for me but it’s truly a mind over matter and I’m always glad when I hear those magical words, “you’ve made it to the cool down”
    I started faithfully follow Sydney’s workouts in May and it amazing to see how much I’ve grown over these last few months. Thank Sydney for being my virtual trainer. I swear you can see me, because right when I’m about to stop you encourage me to keep going!

    Sydney’s daily wisdom (52:29): “Bless and release the things that aren’t helping you become a better version of yourself.” I definitely feel this one! I am challenging myself to sell or donate at least one thing a day in the 40 days leading up to my 40th birthday! I’ve decluttered most of the things that don’t serve me already but there are still so many things that reflect my “fantasy self” and not my authentic self. So I bless those things for what they did to serve me in a previous season and I let them go. Also doing this for relationships, people I follow on social media, habits, and everything else in my “ecosystem.” It will be a big week for sure! Thanks, Sydney!

    I loved it today! I just graduated from high school and I wanted to figure out a way to continue to stay in shape.     My 9 year old son did this with me and said "ewe gross, why??" When you were talking about turning coal into diamond or holding money between your butt cheeks, esp when I shared your hungry hippos visualization 🤣🤣
    In line with what you were saying at the end, I recently heard someone talk about thinking of your health as a pencil, not an eraser - focus on what you can add in, not what you need to remove. Thank you, we both had a great workout!

    Sydney, I've missed you. I discovered your channel in the spring and from mid-April until July I didn't miss a day. Then I got sick with pneumonia and couldn't work out for two weeks 😢 I'm feeling a lot better and happy to say I crushed the workout today!     I finished the workout ! had a super hard day today with my mom since our relationship isn’t that good we always clash, and there’s really nothing I can do since I’m just 15 . I hope this doesn’t sound weird but ever since I found you I’ve seen you as a motherly figure and you’ve become my safe place that I go to whenever I’m feeling down 🥺💕 thank you also for always giving everyone a pep talk after the workout. I always end up crying because I wanna give you a big hug. Thank you so much❤️

    I used to hate snatched and clean & presses and power moves like that. I took the time to keep replaying your instructions over and over until I was confident with my form and now that I'm able to really push myself, power moves are among my favorites!!

    YES personal trainer I did my workout! It is a quarter to 7 and I was determined THIS WEEK to start my day off with what I know puts me in a positive place💛....also, its see time for me to move pass my 20s with the one arm clean....not losing weight...but getting stronger💪🏾

    That's exactly the road I'm taking right now! I'm learning to not just eliminate everything blindly and count every berry that goes in to my body...I'm learning to actually listen to my body. It's a tough road, but I'm hoping to recover from over obsessing then binging to a healthy relationship with food. Thank you Sydney! Really enjoyed this workout today!     I don’t think I’ve taken a look at what day I’m on in some time and I cannot believe that I’ve showed up for 78 workouts, I’ve never felt this positive and optimistic about my health and I could never thank Sydney enough 💕

    Today I challenged myself with a 30 pound weight for a snatch! When I used to go to the gym the max I could do we 15! So happy I started working out with you this month 🥰

    love a good workout in the morning! today is my first day of college classes (online) i’m so nervous and already stressed out. but i’m so glad i know i can always turn to this workouts in the morning to get my mind off of the stress for a little. thanks sydney!!

    Thank you for today’s workout and being my personal trainer. Full disclosure, I was coming into the workout today with a lack of confidence because of stress with my continuing education. However, the workout allowed me to let go of my frustration. I’m going to breathe in, breathe out, and press forward with my continuing education. I hope everyone has a blessed day and a good week.     Happy Monday, y’all! I’m definitely going to be blessing and releasing today. It’s the start of distance learning in our house and I’m in an all day training out of town. Please send my husband strength to handle a 1st grader and two special needs high schoolers.

    What a great motivation! I'm 7 weeks out from my 40th and decided that I am in and want to reach my goal. Started the day with a 1 hr (4-mile) walk and the right mindset. What did I see on IG, but your "I feel this week is different". Yes, it is for me! I'm not giving in to the negative this time. I'm going to think positive and believe in myself. Loved that huge jump split at the end. You and your goal of allowing everyone FREE access to great daily fitness workouts is AMAZING!! Thank you (& Dustin) for showing up for us EVERY DAY with incredible programming!

    I too started back to work (Kindergarten teacher) but just the planning stage. So stressful! I was going to skip workout because I was mentally exhausted but I knew Sydney would kick my butt and help me to burn all of that negative energy. Thank you Sydney! Only surrounding myself with positive and blessing and releasing what does not serve me. THANK YOU 😊

    Crushed it today! Stepped up my weights but did it! I skip from 15 lbs to 25 lbs and was scared to make that big of a jump with presses. It was scary but I did it!
