I have been doing Summertime Fine probably a month and a bit later than when it started. I cannot believe the changes I have seen in my body. I have not felt this good in SO LONG. One thing I can be thankful about this lockdown is discovering Sydney. Loved this workout! Can't believe I only have a few days left!
I remember the 1st time I did this video I didnt comment because I could not stand that version of myself. Looking back now and seeing how far I have come I know i could not be who I am today without her!!!!

Same here! I used to have the mimdset that when I fulfilled all the days of a workout program, then I was finished. ( P90x) ( 80 day obsession). Sydney and her workouts has changed that for me!
Just got my heavier set of dumbbells last week (20 up to 40 lbs per hand, adjustable) and I did this workout with them today, oh man, it’s so much different than when I have only 15lbs as my heaviest set. Really appreciate you for pushing us through this workout and for my body for being able to crush it. Feel exhausting at the end but mostly proud. Keep it up squad !!! We are rocking it everyday !!! 💪💪💪💪💪💪

I was feeling pretty sluggish and didn’t want to commit. I used your advice and pushed myself to do at least 10 minutes. After 10 I was sure I had another 10 in me and then before I knew it we were on our last circuit! Thank you for showing up for us every day! 💪
Today was really hard for me,I’m coming back after a little over a week of not working out because of a small arm injury. To make things worse, I’m cramping and I’m very tired. But regardless, I pushed through. It definitely wasn’t my best performance but I gave it everything I had, so I’m proud to say I crushed it!
Good morning! I crushed it to start the week and our last week of Summertime Fine 2.0. I’m sad that the summer workout program is coming to an end but thankful that I’m stronger. I’m going to do yesterday’s stretch later on today. My next goal since I finished my continuing education is to become a Senior Tax Specialtist. I’m going to work on that Monday-Friday of this week. Crushed it though I struggled with some moves trying to use heavier weights. Then I did yesterday stretching after! Awesome Monday!
Thank you Sydney for this amazing workout💪❤️Today has been so tough emotionally😭I lost my pitbull Gia to hemangiosarcoma.. she was she a warrior she fought the battle for 10 months and unfortunately these last few weeks she declined drastically. My physical body is here excited for the work out but emotionally I am a wreck I just want to thank you so much for being that stability in my life every single day you inspire me to keep going💗
