    This one was really fun! I wish she did more pilates. It's nice to see her genuinely challenging herself, I find myself gaining core strength over time.

    I just said to myself " I really like pilates".. which is such a different thought then I've ever had about this style of exercise! This felt great and I love working to improve my balance - which is tough beings I have a slight scoliosis and have sprained my right ankle too many times to count. Thank you for the continued challenges. I am so grateful for you and Dustin!

    Hi Sydney, loved the Pilates workout! I have a new market for you....middle to old age women! Both my sister in law and I do your workouts and we are 56 and 59, and we have a lifetime of working out etc, and now especially the low impact is much easier on our joints! Also good for balance, which as you age becomes a factor. Anyway, more Pilates, low impact workouts are great! Thank you💪

    I think the workout itself is bearable... the hardest thing is actually keeping the balance. I must admit, I did not wear sport shoes for this, same as you. But they make a difference sometimes... you have more balance, even though pilates workouts can be done with the bare feet. Oh... and those ab exercises... those are the hardest.. I usually prefer hard leg workouts rather than ab exercises... but we should focus on our entire body. Great workout, thank you for doing this for us.

    Because of you I am facing my fear of doing gymnastic again, after I was operated from my spinal back I was soo scrared to even doing excersice at all. Now with you I feel soo powerfull and full of energy that I am slowing doing all the little gymnastic thing I have been so affraid of doing before. Thank you soo much for all yours recomendation and good eenergy and word you say at the final of every work out, that help me a lot in my mental health

    Hello! Pilates is tough. For me it's a mind over matter thing. Just holding a pose and slowing things down is hard to do. Love that you do this type of exercise as well Sydney. We always need to challenge ourselves and do something our bodies and minds aren't used to. Thanks for working me in a different way. 😘

    Sydney's workouts were recommended to me by a friend back in March. She is a loyal follower and now so am I. Sydney, your work-outs are awesome! My goal is to lose a total of 22 pounds and to add strength and tone to my body. After 6 weeks, I've lost 9 lbs. so far which is very encouraging.     For some reason, I thought this workout would be slightly easier for me. Boy, was I wrong. Plus still sore from this weeks workouts. This workout challenged me and I learned lighter weights does not mean easier. Thank you for doing these and your positivity! This group is awesome!😊

    I am enjoying the challenges of new moves! At ties I can only get 3-4 of the exercises in the time allotted, however, I will get better! I believe in me! I also kept the positivity from yesterday about my workout especially. I auto corrected myself anytime that I started to think I could have done more! I heard Sydneys voice and I even said out loud " Sydney said not to". Progress not Perfection!

    This is the program I began my journey with you in August 2020, I stopped with it because I wanted to do the workouts in real time and September is also my birthday month. I skipped this program and was bummed but now that you are on maternity leave I decided to finish what I started. See you again in September!! Congrats on Ari 💙💙

    Usually work out early in the morning but my son and I made breakfast for hubby. So when it was time for me to do this workout I was not wanting to but I crushed it. This weekend is about not worrying about chores or laundry and just enjoying my hubby! Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!

    on my right arm recovery road this was the first workout to try again some weights. i used my lightest ones 1.5 kg. some exercises i still had problems but i´m amazed and thankful anyways!

    my balance has definitely gotten better since week one! i really felt how much better it was on the deadlift/row. your workouts are really working and im sooo excited for the months and workouts to come sydney ❤️❤️❤️

    That ab burnout was insane. This one just had me feeling so uncoordinated so I was getting frustrated. Sitting here now and I am glad I pushed through. Off to stretch!😃👍

    I'm liking pilates more and more. The slow moves really give the chance to focus on the muscles. Mental and physical strength has grown so much through these workouts. I am going to enjoy a going away party today but still focus on nutrition. I love you❤ #sydneysquadstrong ❤❤❤💪💪💪👍👍👍

    Day 20 complete! Yesterday was my real day 20 but I took my rest day early to celebrate my 28th birthday! Skipping the cool down and heading straight into day 21 stretches! My abs are on fire! 😅
