    When we completed the first round and went straight into the second round without pausing, I just knew you made a mistake. Then you did it the second onto the third round and I said she can’t be serious. Then I thought the third round would be the last, but you kept onto the fourth and I’m like this woman crazy. I have to say this was different, unexpected, it challenged me and it was fun. You keep challenging us to push ourselves and you are right here pushing along with us. I’ve seen the transformation in myself and in you. I was with you almost near to your start of this, I think, and I see the weights poundage you now lift and the definition in your body. I’m not nearly as defined nor as strong as you as my lifestyle is different, but I’m definitely more defined and stronger mentally and physically than I was two years ago. Thank you Dustin & Sidney.

    This was by far the HARDEST workout I have done with Sydney...when she said “wow those 4 minutes go by fast!” And I’m like???? IM DYING but somehow made it through. Thanks Sydney! You are helping me grow to push myself everyday!

    Really loved this format! Never in my life did I think I could do 4 min of jumping jacks straight but I did! Grateful that was first though 😉😅

    To friends who workout with Sydney today.
    Today i have just got a minor eye surgery and cannot workout for a few days. My life without working out with Sydney is so boring!! Just be here to see the program today and can’t wait to do it! I promise to come back again after my full recovery. Keep working out friends. I am so jealous of all of you who can workout today!

    What a relief!! I just finished this workout! I am totally a morning workout person. Had to deal with a tax audit ALL DAY! All i could think of was how much better I will be when I get my workout in! And here it is! And yes, I cried from relief! My name is Veronica, and I am an an addict ( for Sydney)!

    I haven't done cardio like this in a long time. This was a tough workout! I was out of breathe during the first circuit lol. I really enjoyed it and hope to have more videos like this.

    This workout was challenging! I really surprised myself lasting all the way through most of the circuits. The planks and last ab circuit I had to do a few small pauses but I am so proud of myself.
    This is not to take away from anyone reading this who had to pause in each circuit. Everyone is some where and where you are now is someone else's goal!

    I must say that this was a BIG struggle. The abs portions specifically, but I pushed through. Truly a testament to your fitness. Thank you for always pushing us!

    OH MY!!! Can not believe that I chose this today! And I do not remember this one from 2 years ago. Normal energy day I would love this one, butt, today, My butt was kicked. This is non stop and I totally recommend to even me when I feel good. I made it thru and now so thankful, as always!

    I’ve been following Sydney for more than a year and come back to these no equipment needed when I’m traveling. This is the hardest of her workouts I’ve done my wow!

    Wow! I thought I wouldn’t be able to do this and it was awesome! I’m so proud of myself for finishing. I’m 49 and workout daily but some workouts don’t cut it. This one does. You’re an inspiration

    This was difficult but I reached my personal goal of not having to pause the workout video! AND barely any modifications (just side abs on my knees).     great fun, love the pace, legs felt strong on cardio but oh gosh my abs are still so weak. Day 65 working out with you! Can't believe how much I have committed to this! Gonna keep going! Not lost a single pound in weight, legs looking bigger whoops but I know that I am healthier and stronger and that is my main goal. Results will come over next few months I am sure!!

    due to the fact that i started working again i had stopped working out for 2 weeks. i was unmotivated at first ngl to come and workout today after being exhausted from work. but during AND after this workout i got this sudden SURGE OF ENERGY AND MOTIVATION and i remembered, its the sydney magic✨. you motivate me to workout every single day and now im gunna look forward to working out before and after work!     wow the comments seem somewhat negative! we are all so different, I do the vids every day with my twin who hates workouts like these and loves slow strength, which I really struggle with! We share so much DNA but have completely opposite tastes! I loved this, felt motivated and in control for most of it and loved the format a lot!

    I certainly appreciate the vast variety in all of Sydney's work outs! But I have to admit this was probably my least favorite workout to date. I found the 4 minute rounds pretty discouraging, and as soon as I started getting into one move the 15 seconds were up and it was time to move on. Looking forward to something a bit different tomorrow. On the bright side it did challenge me and seem to go by pretty quickly!

      Yeah, I disliked her first cardio party-o workout so i think I am gonna skip this one. I did do her 6O min Full Body Sweat this morning so I am still putting in the work, just subbing and swapping.

      OMG! thank you for your comment! I feel the same way!!! I LOVE SYDNEY she is amazing, creative, dynamic and just fantastic as a person and a coach!!BUT In the last 2 years i have been following Sydney, it is the 1st time i was so bored that is did not finish it ( i stopped after 30 minutes so i really tried to see if it was going to be better) !!!NOT because i could not finish it but because i was bored out of my mind and i one point i was like, "lets just do abs" which i did following another of her video. I have learned my lesson: no more cardio party-o for me!!

    This was the toughest Sydney workout so far but felt so good after - would definitely recommend if you want a real workout blast, it really helps Sydney's pushing and encouraging you the whole way.Will do again!

    I loved this workout, I must say my abs were really burning and I usually do ab workouts like no big deal but today you really challenged me. Loved the style of this workout. CRUSHED IT!

    I'm started the SF 2.0 program late and today was the day for this one and OMG I absolutely LOVED this workout! Sydney made a such a creative layout with so many fun moves. Abs are the toughest for me and this format made me feel stronger and made me realize what my body is capable of. Thank you Sydney- this is a repeat for sure!

    The first two rounds for each set I thought this isn't bad but once I got to the third and fourth I had to really push. Really enjoying that we are getting different workouts each day. Thanks for being her for us. Love the workouts.

    MORE OF THESE PLEASE! 😆 I DID NOT think I would make it after the 1st two circuits but then I got the hang of it and THOROUGHLY enjoyed the pacing and variety. Once something started to kill me it was time to switch which gave me the motivation to keep going. I'll definitely be coming back to this workout.

    Loved, Loved this format. Really slowed down on the last cardio & abs but that's ok. I LOVE that you say "CELEBRATE what your body can do".. Having MS, I say it to myself ALL the TIME.

    Ok first off let me say that I read the comments before doing the workout and based on that I was dreading it! Cardio isn’t my favorite anyway unless there’s strength training mixed in. That all being said I really enjoyed this workout! Yes it pushed me! Yes it was a challenge but it was a great format! It tested intensity and endurance at the same time. I saw a lot of complaints about it being too difficult but how can we expect to get stronger without challenge? If we don’t push our limits we will never grow! Thank you Sydney and Dustin for being faithful to show up, train us, and push us beyond our comfort zones so we can be the best version of ourselves!

Strength training is great but I’ve got to do more cardio to get rid of the fat on my tummy in order to reveal those stronger abs underneath! I’d personally love more cardio Sydney. Loved it!     Have to comment on it. First Sydney’s workout I couldn’t finish. Last min of last abs I just stopped for 10 sec and No weight. Great job for making this routine. Thank you.

    Absolutely LOVED this workout. I'm living in a hotel room until I find and apartment, and their gym is closed for obvious reasons. So I'm looking for any workouts that don't involve equipment. This was such a fun way to start off a Saturday!

    Loved today so much. I love cardio and being able to sweat with minimal dumbbells! It’s hard right now to find dumbbells, and especially ones that are affordable. But starting the morning dripping sweat and feeling the burn- that’s all I could ask for! Thanks for exactly that today!

    My power’s been out all day because of a big storm (yeah I feel you Sydney, living on the East Coast!) so I couldn’t use the TV or laptop to work out and had to go to someone else’s house. Glad I only had to bring 1 8 lb dumbbell, my water bottle, and sweat towel! I’m proud of myself for sticking with the schedule and still crushing it despite not being able to work out at home today or the gym. Only 15 and building strength 💪🦵

    Wow, wow, WOW!!!! My Goodness that was tough but I crushed it all the way until the end! I didn't quit and this was my second workout today because I missed this on Tuesday. Holy Guacamole that was a good cardio endurance workout! Way to go squad! Everyone who finished this through is a rock star! Sydney you are unreal with your energy!!!

    Oh my word!!! I’m drowning in a pool of sweat! I didn’t expect it to be that challenging but I hurt everywhere, in a good way!! 🔥 🔥 🔥 you mix things up and set up your workouts like no other. Thanks for all your hard work and for murdering me today hahah

    Although the four-minute rounds were tricky I describe it as more challenging than anything else. Really enjoyable and found that it actually went by surprisingly quickly. Workouts are meant to be hard and challenging and this is exactly that, hopefully there will be more like this.

    Oh my! Thought you were trying to kill me. Great, fun workout. At the end you were talking about small victories. I had one. After 3 kids and 2 c-sections, I never thought a sit-up was ever going to be possible. I am in good shape, but my abs just wouldn't cooperate. I can now do multiple sit ups in a row. YAY!!! Been working out with you since April. Love it. Please keep it up.

    I loved this style...it forced me to just work thru the 4 minutes without thinking too hard about it and the time flew by! I loved the recovery time in between circuits also! Thanks for another killer workout💪💪💪crushed it!

    This was oh so difficult, yet I finished it. After 2 months of none stop working out with you Sydney I can see the difference in my endurance. Don't get me wrong I was cursing and screaming all the way through!
