      ☝️ I AGREE!!! I have had a gym membership since 2002 and I am dedicated but the workouts I have done with Sydney have changed me! I now see where I was making mistakes and have learned so much! I am soooo grateful to Sydney and celebrate her success!!

    Sydney, I have been into fitness my entire adult life (I'm 57). I have seen it all and done it all, and you my dear are the best!!! With your positive attitude, variety of moves, and grueling but fun workouts, every single day.....there's no one that comes close to you on RUclips (in my opinion). Thank you for all you and Dustin do! Beautiful inside and out...you are an inspiration...though I do scream a swear word at you every now and then!!! LOL.

    I love how sydney shows us her taking breaks and her struggling and breathing hard as well. It makes the workouts much more relatable and allows for motivation.

    This was a great, full-body workout! And we did it all without any equipment except our own body! Lots of good cardio and core moves, and plenty of variety to keep it fun.
    I wish you were still here for us every day, Sydney (like you used to be). I have to go back to your older workouts to get the workouts I want. But I am glad they are still available!

    How do I get through a workout like this...pretend Sydney is behind me watching my every move! I know I need the cardio but 40 minutes kicks my butt! Always glad that I showed up though! I haven’t missed a day yet in the Summertime Fine 2.0! Lord willing, I pray that I make it through every day of this 12 weeks!

    you speech throught the work out and in the cool down gave me such a (much needed) kick in the but to not let my brain be in my way and guess what yesterday i believed i´m not strong enough for push ups and today i did all of them on my toes !! and when we where done after the cool down i tried again and could do 7 wide hand push ups without a break and on my toes thank you for making me stronger and better than i was yesterday !!!!

    I've been subscribed to this channel for a few months now - I'm following the Summertime program about a week behind schedule. Let me tell you something, I've seen more results in the last 8 weeks than I have in the last TWO YEARS. But! Here's REALLY why I will always come back to Sydney: I recently got the chance to catch up with some friends that haven't seen me in the last 4 months, not a single one of them noticed the progress I have made. I let that bother me for all of 2 seconds because here's the deal, I know Sydney knows - WITHOUT EVER HAVING MET ME OR SEEN ME - how much progress I have made and how hard I have worked and I know SHE'S proud of me. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, Sydney has taught ME how to be proud of ME, and she taught me that long BEFORE I started seeing any results. She taught me how to love myself through all parts of this ride, the ups and downs and curve balls, because this ride never ends. I'm proud of all the sweat poured, the shift in my mental attitude and everything in between. SYDNEY IS BEYOND WORDS - PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO THIS CHANNEL - more people need to REALLY HEAR what she is saying.     Today was the 1st time in 11 months that I have not had to modify my Sydney workouts due to my foot injury!! This milestone also lead to my first (and probably only) time that I enjoyed doing mountain climbers with Sydney. ;)

    Sydney , I was a person who never worked out - disliked it very much!! I was not athletic or motivated to move! One day a friend of mine told me to check your channel out and thought I’ll give it a go.. I was winded, hurting and exhausted.. but I told myself, if I want to see my body change, I have to put in the work.. no one else can do that for me. So if I do 10 mins of workout and push thru, then it’s 10 more minutes that I moved today than the day before. You have motivated me and inspired me to make changes in my life. Your lively personality and your life story makes an impact! I’ve been working hard, doing my best every day! I started and completed a 30 day challenge for myself in the month of June and haven’t stopped since. You are a blessing Sydney! God bless you! Thank you!!!

    I have been working out my entire life, including as a D1 athlete. In my mid 40s now and can honestly say you are the best trainer I have ever had! The variety, motivation and awesome attitude are EVERYTHING! Keep up the amazing content!
