    This workout requires no equipment but wow it burns! I can't wait for you guys to rock this one with me! Make sure you focus on the range of motion in each movement and go all the way down and all the way up! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds and if you want to include a mini band in this workout, go for it! It is your job to make the workout a challenge for YOURSELF!

    Am ruby. First wanna thank you for the effort. Out of this world ! I tried many trainers. Sydney is definitely killing different. It’s always about high heart rate in your workouts. Jackpot 👌👌. Kneeling leg raise was my struggle. On my Apple Watch 380 calories in 30 minutes. Now to my protein shake. Love u. Keep it up. You are a blessing 🙏🙏

    Oooooh that was a goodie! My 9m old woke me hourly last night! 😴.. I needed something to keep me going today! This has done just that... my shoulders are jelly from last night and those leg crunches today and now my legs are jelly too... thanks Sydney!

    Whew! Legs are jello-o jigglers! The toughest move for me was the glute side leg lifts, needed lots of breaks for those!

    I absolutely LOVED this leg and butt workout! Anyone who might think you can't get a fantastic workout with body weight only is quite mistaken! This workout was a KILLER, and I was sweating and breathing hard, and my quads and glutes were on fire! 🔥
    I'm not sure which exercise was the hardest, they were all pretty darn challenging. 😅But I really liked that shallow static lunge/knee drop. 👍I haven't done that one before, and wow, what a burn on the quads and glutes! 😁
    Sydney, this workout was from 4 years ago, and whenever I do one of your older workouts, I'm so impressed at how you have been such an amazing trainer since the very beginning! You're just the best! ❤

    Officially crushed! Wow I think that was the most challenging workout of yours that I’ve completed yet! I agree with you Sydney that move you mentioned (can’t think of what it’s called) was most challenging. I’m so proud of myself and all the strong 💪🏼 women and men who rocked this with me!

    I loved this workout. My legs feel like jelly right now. The toughest one for me were those kickbacks. Wow wee! My shoulders were on fire right along with my legs.

    I thought I did not like you yesterday but today Lord you kicked my butt! But I thank you! Arms and shoulders now legs I hurt but a good hurt. The bird dogs and runners were my difficult moves. Trying to stabilize my body from moving. Thanks. Will do Abs this evening

    A year ago this was very tough for me, however now I can do it with much ease. Iam getting stronger everyday.. Hope this helps someone who needs encouragement. U will get stronger eventually

    I always say that bodyweight leg work can be tougher than weighted work outs. That last round...oh baby. Those bear crawl leg lift/kicks did me in. Ha ha. Great work.

    Going skiing next month for first time in 3 years after having 2 babies. Using this to prep train. Those kneel ups were killer for me too. I love being sore. Thanks for all these great workouts.

    Kneeling back leg strengtheners the first round but after I warmed up the send round wasn’t as bad. The kneeling straight leg raises were my hardest because my hips are tight and fatty but looking forward to that move getting easier with every time I run through this workout. Thanks for all you do Syd!

    I loved the hover and extend the leg exercise and also the same one you liked. I do not normally ever do just body weight but I’m on vacation and the gym is closed so this was a perfect workout! Thank you!

    Ahhh.... so glad to be done! The hardest move for me was the kneeling side leg raises. Ouch!! I think next time I do this workout, I will try incorporating my Bosu; that should make it interesting! 😂😅

    Whooo! Fantastic workout!!!! Thank you for all of your videos, brings me relief and confidence during this pandemic. Definitely what I needed!
    I thought the curtsy-lunge-to-side-lunge was pretty tough.
    I really liked the bear-pose at the end, it actually made me smile realizing how amazing the shoulders and quads are.

    Holy moly. I was a little sore already coming into this and haven’t been able to do legs much in the past couple of months because of not having access to a gym, but wow this killed me. I did not expect that at all. Very happy I did it but was dying a few times during it

    Doing this today in 2020 instead of summertime fine workout of day because it suites me better. For ref. I am 5'4 115. My myzone heart shows burn of 420. Peak heart 171. Good workout

    Bodyweight does not mean easy -- yowch! I wasn't feeling weights today but did wear a 15lb vest for a little extra burn and OH MY QUADS, jelly legs! Awesome workout!

    That last round my legs were like jello! The hardest for me were the bear crawl leg lifts. Since I've been working out with you, I'm lifting heavier weights all around but I feel it on the body weight workouts too!

    That was a really good workout! I think the runners lunge was my most challenging although the last squat hold really had my legs shaking that last 15 sec. Yesterday's work out was a good one, too. I liked the alternating format which helped to work my weaker side. As I'm sitting here writing this, I can tell I'm going to be feeling this tomorrow 😬 💪

    Great leg workout with Bodyweight only (even with no jumpy cardio, heart ratewent up)!! Wrists kinda hurt from holding myself up though. 💪💪

    Sydney this was tough! Those side leg lifts are hard because its a tight ROM for me ..also yesterday i dud your recent 50 minute UPPER body and i couldnt do the jumping jacks in this warm up cause my arms were so sore lol ❤❤

    Love this. Harder than it looks and an especially great one for still getting a good workout in with injury! I think the side straight leg lifts were the toughest in terms of isometric. But I especially the fuller movement and surprisingly cardio inducing down dog kickback into bent knee on all fours. Thank you!

    The bear crawl leg tucks were the TOUGHEST. I had to break a lot but damn this was a good workout. I hated it but I did it so yay! Thanks for posting these awesome vids
