Whoa!! Arms are dead!! I don't know how I will be able to reach anything over my head later! Loved it! My 2019 resolution is to stop talking so negatively to myself and stop downplaying my accomplishments so your talks through this workout really hit home for me. Thanks for the great burn and everything that you do on this channel. It is making a difference with so many people!
*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*
loved the drop down format. I took a weight training class that was 6 months long and I really enjoyed it, I am a lot stronger and toned. After that class ended I was afraid I would lose my strength because I don't have all the equipment that the class had but this was really great. i would like more workouts like this. Thank you !!
Crushed it 💪🏋️ Something that I've got to work on is keeping my shoulders back while doing these exercises. I feel like mine tend to roll forward. And also work on extending my arms all the way up when doing the presses. I like these focus type workouts because it allows me to slow down and work on my form. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas 🎄🤗

Sydney, I love your workouts and have been exercising all the time during the isolation. However, I find it hard to believe someone can burn 400 cals doing this workout, or any shoulder workout in general. I am a 5'5", 160 lbs woman with a pretty regular exercise schedule and was able to burn only 210 calories including the warm up and cool down.
Exactly love the workouts but feel the calories are off. The only way I even come close is by doing 10 min of running to get my heart rate up and then doing this.
