      I'm here post workout and feeling great. This bodyweight workout kicked my butt. Who says you need weights to get a good pump? Not Sydney! Thank you for the workout and the crush it vibes. I needed them.

    I never thought I could do ANY of Sydney's workouts, due to chronic health problems.... hadn't exercised in years.. But Sydney was/is so darling I thought I'd just try a few months ago. I couldn't even do bodyweight exercises, and am still working on it... BUT I NOTICED IMPROVEMENT during today's workout, challenging one leg at a time. It made me so excited that I worked harder. I'm still working on using only my body weight but I would have never even TRIED to 'step up to the plate', if it weren't for Sydney, her motivation and this community :).

    I didn’t hVe time for Sydney’s 50 min leg workout so i went back and did this one. Holy smokes - even though there was no weights I was burning and sweating and my heart rate was through the roof. I loved it! 🔥🔥🔥❤️

    Doing this workout again, 2 years apart. Really emotional hearing you talking about your pregnancy while knowing how well you did and that Ari is nearly two y/o...
    I appreciate you putting the clock in your recent workouts, for me it's harder mentally not knowing how much time until the end of an exercise or a rest.

    Ok, this is crazy! Last week I looked at Sydney one day, and I thought "I wonder if she's pregnant?" It seemed like I saw just the slightest little fullness in her belly, and she just seemed "different". But I thought I was just imagining it! 😃Imagine how surprised I was today to hear her say she was pregnant! (I missed the actual announcement the other day, didn't do that workout). Congratulations, dear Sydney and Dustin! I couldn't be happier for you, and that little one is going to be so healthy growing up with you!
    This was a great workout, it is fun to mix it up with bodyweight only workouts sometimes. Definitely challenging on the quads, and some great cardio in there as well!

    A lowerbody workout is my absolute favorite. The step ups should be a bit difficult soon 🤰 thank you Sydney

    My husband and I have been talking about having a child... there are several factors that say that "maybe now isn't the best time". But we both feel like Why are we putting our lives on hold because of other people/factors??? So we have decided to go full speed ahead!

    Fantastic workout!!!! Almost done with 12 months with Sydney!!! Doing a 90 day challenge with my family [husband, 3 sons (ages 29-25) and my daughters-in-love starting January 1. 2022 is going to be even healthier with my whole family!!!! Thank you Sydney for the tools you’ve given me!!!

    I gave birth this November (2021) and up until the middle of my pregnancy I have worked out with the help of Sydney's videos. So kudos to the program and exercises that can be scaled back and still stay effective for all future mothers. Now I am two months postpartum and back at it! Congrats to you and your family, Sydney!

    Ahhh, Sydney! I'm 22 weeks pregnant and, whilst I have stayed as active as possible, I have really struggled finding work outs that have challenged me yet still feel safe. Imagine my joy when I saw that you were pregnant too! Knowing that you are going through what I am, and creating workouts that are pregnancy safe yet challenging, has definitely given me the confidence and motivation I need to push myself. I can't wait to see what you have coming next and I'm super excited to do this journey with you! Congrats :)

    A great workout. 7 months working out with Sydney and it has changed my life, my body and my thoughts,, today I felt as though Sydney was talking to me. I have some difficult things going on right now and some hard words to write but if I ignore it any longer the hurt is just gonna eat me away.. and breathe
