I never thought I could do ANY of Sydney's workouts, due to chronic health problems.... hadn't exercised in years.. But Sydney was/is so darling I thought I'd just try a few months ago. I couldn't even do bodyweight exercises, and am still working on it... BUT I NOTICED IMPROVEMENT during today's workout, challenging one leg at a time. It made me so excited that I worked harder. I'm still working on using only my body weight but I would have never even TRIED to 'step up to the plate', if it weren't for Sydney, her motivation and this community :).

I didn’t hVe time for Sydney’s 50 min leg workout so i went back and did this one. Holy smokes - even though there was no weights I was burning and sweating and my heart rate was through the roof. I loved it! 🔥🔥🔥❤️

I appreciate you putting the clock in your recent workouts, for me it's harder mentally not knowing how much time until the end of an exercise or a rest.

Ok, this is crazy! Last week I looked at Sydney one day, and I thought "I wonder if she's pregnant?" It seemed like I saw just the slightest little fullness in her belly, and she just seemed "different". But I thought I was just imagining it! 😃Imagine how surprised I was today to hear her say she was pregnant! (I missed the actual announcement the other day, didn't do that workout). Congratulations, dear Sydney and Dustin! I couldn't be happier for you, and that little one is going to be so healthy growing up with you! This was a great workout, it is fun to mix it up with bodyweight only workouts sometimes. Definitely challenging on the quads, and some great cardio in there as well!

I gave birth this November (2021) and up until the middle of my pregnancy I have worked out with the help of Sydney's videos. So kudos to the program and exercises that can be scaled back and still stay effective for all future mothers. Now I am two months postpartum and back at it! Congrats to you and your family, Sydney!
Ahhh, Sydney! I'm 22 weeks pregnant and, whilst I have stayed as active as possible, I have really struggled finding work outs that have challenged me yet still feel safe. Imagine my joy when I saw that you were pregnant too! Knowing that you are going through what I am, and creating workouts that are pregnancy safe yet challenging, has definitely given me the confidence and motivation I need to push myself.
