      People underestimate the effectiveness of home workouts. You can get in just as good of shape if you really wanted to. And thanks to fitness channels like Sydney's it's even easier to get a great workout at home!

    People complain of gaining weight and getting out of shape since Covid 19. That to me is just an excuse and being lazy. Home workouts are very effective, cheaper plus a lot safer!
    I'm 54 and when people ask what I do to stay in shape, I always say "I work out every day with Sydney!"

      Covid has affected everyone's life and mental state differently- lets just be thankful that we're in a position to be here working out! Our lives and journeys are vastly different from someone else's. Good for you for working out hard like you do though!

      Yup completely agree I went on a diet starting March 2020 I was 230 pounds I'm now 180 from giving up soda and snacking less and working out 5 days a week. Walking, doing hitt, pilates, resistance band training . Noticed lost more inches than pounds I was a 14/16 in clothing XXL xl and now a medium 6/8. Just need to work hard and doesn't happen overnight!

    I am thankful for:
    1. My family - especially my husband. It’s our 4 year anniversary today.
    2. My “ME” time - which is my time working out every morning
    Things to do today:
    1. Recommence morning prayer/bible time
    2. Eat what I tracked.
    3. Rock it at work. Control what I can and let the rest go.
    4. Stretch before bed.

    Confession: I woke up sooo late yesterday, I did not finish the workout I did 40 out of the 60-minute workout :/. Until this morning I felt horrible about it. Like many of you, I AM SO BUSY! Mornings are the only time I have to work on my body! But, today I made it, and got it done! Have a good day! Thank you!

    I’m doing STF while Sydney is on maternity leave in 2022. I have to admit, I miss pregnant Sydney 😂😂 pregnant Sydney gave us breaks between sets and ample 30 minute work outs!
    But really, this was a great one, I love the organization of it and adding some abs in to the glute day.

    Crushed another great workout! Those butterfly crunches were my biggest challenge in this workout.
    I've followed Sydney in my fitness journey for a year and a half now, one thing I've learned is that not every day is perfect, and not every week go as planned, but as long as you show up and give your best - that is all that matters and that is how you grow. HUGE thank you to Sydney for being such an amazing trainer, and inspiring me far beyond this mat and weights.

    Holy Booty Burn Batman!!!! My booty feels so swollen/on fire it's like I'm sitting on 2 phone books right now!!! Such a great shake/burn out at the end! Crushed it! Halfway through that first circuit though I thought to myself " whose Idea was it to purchase these bands? --Oh it was mine!" Building that peach as my youngest says to me all the time!     Today I need to focus on nutrition. I tend to not feel hungry when I’m hydrated and I learned my lesson. Need to EAT!!! I am trying to get strong and hopefully lose weight and not eating enough has been a big lesson.

    i am working on my nutrition. I have been getting up to 160 oz of water a day. I recently broke up my chores into 5 days a week. I used to try to clean the house all in a 2 day period but with my MS it was becoming to much. So writing down the things i want to accomplish on each day had helped so much. Thank you for being so positive for us everyday. You are amazing and I am thankful for both of you!

    I wake up overwhelmed with my day every morning. Needed to hear "where do I start"
    First is YOUR workout when I can. It clears my head and get me going for the day.

    Congrats on the 600K subscribers!!!! You are my favorite. I love having instruction during the workouts to make sure I'm doing it correctly. I am absolutely subscribed and have all of your workouts saved in my account by category so I can go and find what I need quickly. I just received by 15 lb dumbbells yesterday. Very hard to find these days..... Since those are my heaviest, I do need to be creative and double up for dead lifts, goblet squats, etc. Thank you for all you and Dustin do - we all love you guys!!

    2 years working out with Sydney and it just gets better and better. It's so engaging..every day we have a new workout and feel motivated to do it. Thanks Sydney for all you do for this community and congratulations for those 600k .. I'm sure it will continue to grow exponentially because this is the best workout channel.
