That's so encouraging to hear! I'm trying to beat this cellulite into submission. I huff and I puff through the workouts, I love it. I've only been with Sydney about 30 days so I can't really see results but I feel them. Of course I've lost weight too, I think about 6lbs so far...I have 47 more to go to be at goal so I don't even worry about the lbs.

I love the max out format! I also appreciate that Sydney is including resistance band modifications. I would love to see more of that and perhaps a tutorial on how to modify some strength exercises for when dumbbells are not available!

I have grown so much as an athlete working out with you. I am so thankful to learn about form and safe lifting everyday. Today though, I learned that the padded side of the sliders is supposed to be the one facing the ground if youre on hard wood. Thanks for also help saving me from scratching my floors! lol Crushed it!

So pumped for this workout! My favorite body parts to train. I worked hard yesterday and I will be doing the same thing today. Sydney motivates me to push myself and give it 110% of everything I got, and that’s exactly what I do. She truly is an incredible, beautiful, person, and I am honored and very fortunate to be able to do her workouts with her and all of you. This experience has definitely made me a more fit, healthy almost 50 year old. And I’m proud of my muscles and my strength. had to take a gap bcz v were shifting to a new house. pushed myself yesterday. didn't do d counting. just did like normally with proper form. and then i read comments n got so jealous n competitive. today maxed out myself. os proud of me tdy. am so thnakful for sydney. i usually am a person who drop out of a challenge if i skip any day. but with her i dont seem to want to skip. really loving working out with her in d mng.
I’m feeling better today after sleeping well last night. My glutes and abs feel stronger after my workout. I have a busy week this week but I’m not going to sacrifice my workouts. Excellent workout!! I did not go as heavy today as I normally do back wasn’t feeling super great today but I went slow and controlled with lighter weights and I feel very good after this workout!! I have been doing these workouts almost daily since February, I even found a gym on my last vacation so I could stick with it. At 52 I wasn’t sure I could keep it up juggling work and kids. I feel such a difference in my strength and body. I am going back out on vacation in a couple of weeks, so I just ordered my long bands to continue the journey. Thank you Sydney for making a positive impact and keeping me focused daily in such a positive way!
