GUYS GUYS!! This 45 min workout took me an HOUR AND 20 MINUTIES TO FINISH!! I had to take much longer rest but I increased my weights SOOO much for the majority of the workout!! It felt like an eternity! Did anyone else cry just from the joy of CRUSHING this??! LOVE YA SYDNEYYY!

I crushed this workout! My girlfriend had to stay overnight at the hospital due to pain and nausea from her ACL surgery. Thankfully, she’s feeling better and is staying with her grandmother until she gets ready to go home. I’m dedicating the rest of this program to her as part of her recovery. I’m going to take care of myself with these workouts while taking care of her. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow morning.
Omg my virtual trainer; lately I noticed I’ve gotten so much stronger that I literally cry. Last year I give birth to my cute baby boy. He was a very premature baby so I was literally living at the hospital encouraging him to get stronger; and through our journey I would tune into you just to listen to your words of encouragement and I couldn’t do your workout with weights at that time so I would only use body weight, and right now I can lift as much as u and at times less and at times more to challenge myself, and my baby boy is so healthy and strong; we both are, so I want to say thank you so much for your kind words you have no idea how much you mean to me…❤️

Oh man, the sweat dripping off of my body right now! I pushed hard even when I felt like I couldn't keep going. I had to modify some exercises in rounds 2 and 3 but I kept going. I use to hate strength training. I was more of a cardio person. With Sydney I am enjoying strength and understanding the benefit of doing strength.training.

I started this journey with 10 pound goblet squats in January. Today, I used a 50 pound weight for all three rounds💪🏻 Thank you, Sydney for your guidance, motivation, and huffing right along with us!
GREAT workout today. I am drenched in sweat! Just when I think I've got the hang of what leg day is all about, you shake it up! I was listening to what you were saying about strength month being necessary even if it isn't everyone's favorite....and let me tell you, strength month IS my favorite! I almost quit after every exercise the last 20 minutes but I didn’t. I just kept going and wow!! I feel so proud of myself, so strong and very tired. Thank you Sydney, for pushing me in the hardest leg workout that I’ve done in years
That was HARD! Especially for a first leg day back after healing a knee injury. Even though I ditched the weights and did 75% of this just bodyweight and paying attention to form, I'm proud of myself for getting through it!

Love this workout especially when I feel good. I forced myself to do it today. I've been sick for the past few weeks and then some. I'm not one to not want to workout. I think my mind is telling me I'm not ready. I did it anyway. It was tough and when Sydney said we have 2 more rounds, I was like ugh. But I knew if I didn't follow through I would be mad at myself. We are not always at out best but we must try and do what we can and not give up. Now I'm going to do some 10 min abs damn it! Love you Sydney and be proud of yourselves no matter how you did. I had to be creative today, with two dumbbells and one kettlebell I made a pretty hard for me (and kind of weird haha) 60 pound weight for my goblet squats!! I love the fact that Sydney challenges us in every workout to become stronger!!! thank you SYDNEY !! :D :D
I've been in a huge depression slump for the past two weeks and haven't done any workouts because I could barely get out of bed, but today I pushed through and crushed this workout! I'm so proud of myself!! :)
I struggled so hard today as if it was my first day with Sydney!! Not sure why...the only thing I can think is that I haven't stretched as much as I normally do this week. But I showed up, modified when I needed and pushed all the way through to the end. It was hard not to feel discouraged but I kept having to be grateful for what my body could do in that moment like Sydney's been speaking all week. Way to work hard squad!!! Man I think I’m some type of masochist, I typically don’t love a leg day but these really intense heavy leg days we’ve been having in tier 2 of STF 3.0 are sooo satisfying to me and they hurt the most!! So idk what’s up with that but I’m willing to bet it’s the way I’m able to push myself past my mental limits. And seeing how much stronger my legs get every time! It’s just so satisfying. Congrats to everyone and Sydney for pushing yourselves through this amazingly challenging leg day. Your worth the challenge! ☺️♥️💪🏾

That was the toughest leg workout by far. Sweating like crazy! 😅 I have a weird set up of DB’s. I have a couple of different size power block DB’s and I have never attempted anything with the clunkier heavier power blocks. But I did this time. My heaviest was 40 for the goblet squats. I Iove that Sydney encourages us to go heavier at whatever that means for us. Congrats to those who are able to go heavier!
This one was really tough for me mentally (& physically) today. I may have not pushed into my heaviest weights, or completed the most reps, but I showed up and put in the full effort I was capable of performing today. And I’m proud of myself for getting here and doing just that.

I squatted 80 & then 90 right along with you, that’s the heaviest I’ve ever done. My legs really feel like jello 🥵🥲

I went the heaviest I have ever gone on our goblet squats as well - feeling SO strong and powerful!!
I use to hate strength training. I was more of a cardio person. With Sydney I am enjoying strength and understanding the benefit of doing strength.training.
Omg!!!! Did anyone else feel like throwing up or have their legs shaking so much they had to tell themselves they could do it with every single leg move? Lol crushed it!!! That really was a killer!!!!
OMG and I thought I was the only one feeling like this. I was like “It’s the 3rd week, why do I feel light headed? Why is this so tough? “

@@julinjulai4684 I had read comments before I started working out and yet I still thought “it can’t be that bad, I’ve been doing this 3 weeks and I’m stronger now. It’s just squats and lunges”. I am a fool. Lol.

I started this journey with 10 pound goblet squats in January. Today, I used a 50 pound weight for all three rounds💪🏻 Thank you, Sydney for your guidance, motivation, and huffing right along with us!
GREAT workout today. I am drenched in sweat! Just when I think I've got the hang of what leg day is all about, you shake it up! I was listening to what you were saying about strength month being necessary even if it isn't everyone's favorite....and let me tell you, strength month IS my favorite! I am loving all these extremely targeted workouts. I will be sad to see it done!

I got like 5 hours of sleep last night and I did NOT think I could make it through this today, but guess who just CRUSHED IT ANYWAY. Thanks Sydney! I have loved getting so much stronger!

I almost quit after every exercise the last 20 minutes but I didn’t. I just kept going and wow!! I feel so proud of myself, so strong and very tired. Thank you Sydney, for pushing me in the hardest leg workout that I’ve done in years

That was HARD! Especially for a first leg day back after healing a knee injury. Even though I ditched the weights and did 75% of this just bodyweight and paying attention to form, I'm proud of myself for getting through it!
Crushed it!!! Today was a day I didn't want to show up but here I am very grateful to have completed & PUSHED myself through that workout! Thank you Sydney for helping me stay accountable!! I never regret a workout with you.
Oh my word. That was tough and sweaty but such a buzz to have finished it. The set with the step ups destroyed me. Thank you Sydney. Love that workout outfit too!
I stopped for a couple of times but didn't quit! Each time i stop i go through from the start just to make my heart rate is not slowing down and yes i did it !!
I think this is the first time in over ONE year that I had to pause and breath for longer than the minute. That was HARD! Crushed it!!!
I'm feeling sooo bad this morning, I was going to give up during all 45 minutes but I just completed the workout and feeling double proud of myself 💪

Challenged myself mentally today bc, mentally, I was not all there today. I kept thinking I'll just quit but I kept hearing Sydney (in my head) saying, You're worth this! Keep it up! So I did! I cried. I screamed. But I did it and I feel great

Love this workout especially when I feel good. I forced myself to do it today. I've been sick for the past few weeks and then some. I'm not one to not want to workout. I think my mind is telling me I'm not ready. I did it anyway. It was tough and when Sydney said we have 2 more rounds, I was like ugh. But I knew if I didn't follow through I would be mad at myself. We are not always at out best but we must try and do what we can and not give up. Now I'm going to do some 10 min abs damn it! Love you Sydney and be proud of yourselves no matter how you did. YOU showed up and that it can be the hardest part. 💕💕🥳
I had to be creative today, with two dumbbells and one kettlebell I made a pretty hard for me (and kind of weird haha) 60 pound weight for my goblet squats!! I love the fact that Sydney challenges us in every workout to become stronger!!! thank you SYDNEY !! :D :D

I've been in a huge depression slump for the past two weeks and haven't done any workouts because I could barely get out of bed, but today I pushed through and crushed this workout! I'm so proud of myself!! :)

I struggled so hard today as if it was my first day with Sydney!! Not sure why...the only thing I can think is that I haven't stretched as much as I normally do this week. But I showed up, modified when I needed and pushed all the way through to the end. It was hard not to feel discouraged but I kept having to be grateful for what my body could do in that moment like Sydney's been speaking all week. Way to work hard squad!!! Now it's time to stretch!!! 😫🦵🏽💦🌞🔥🌊
🥵 DRIPPING! That one was INTENSE! It's incredible how strong I've gotten and continue to get since starting to continuously follow Sydney's programs back in February. Went up in weights today 😁
I have been working out with you for over a year and I have to say that was one of the hardest workouts I have done yet. But I crushed it and also went up in weights! Thank you Sydney for helping me see how strong I am !
Currently completing your workouts just a bit behind but still everyday - this was the BEST leg workout by far !!!!!! Squatted 40kg!!! Thank you thank you for making me feel so strong- pushed myself through every thought of wanting to stop!!! Cannot thank you enough!!!!

I wear a heart rate monitor while working out. I was mostly in my 80%+ heart rate range today.

Man I think I’m some type of masochist, I typically don’t love a leg day but these really intense heavy leg days we’ve been having in tier 2 of STF 3.0 are sooo satisfying to me and they hurt the most!! So idk what’s up with that but I’m willing to bet it’s the way I’m able to push myself past my mental limits. And seeing how much stronger my legs get every time! It’s just so satisfying. Congrats to everyone and Sydney for pushing yourselves through this amazingly challenging leg day. Your worth the challenge! ☺️♥️💪🏾

I absolutely LOVED that workout. Even though I struggled A LOT I still managed to push myself the entire time!!
That was the toughest leg workout by far. Sweating like crazy! 😅 I have a weird set up of DB’s. I have a couple of different size power block DB’s and I have never attempted anything with the clunkier heavier power blocks. But I did this time. My heaviest was 40 for the goblet squats. I Iove that Sydney encourages us to go heavier at whatever that means for us. Congrats to those who are able to go heavier!

Dear God, I am sweaty.
This one was really tough for me mentally (& physically) today. I may have not pushed into my heaviest weights, or completed the most reps, but I showed up and put in the full effort I was capable of performing today. And I’m proud of myself for getting here and doing just that.
I crushed it 🦵🦵🦵..really tough workout today for leg..my leg little bit sore for last few days workout..but i still want to complete this for better results..thanks Sydney done day 53!!

Def one of the hardest leg workout to date. Loved and pushed myself SO hard. Sydney don’t forget to call out the weights your using, I love to try and keep up with the weights your using and sometimes can’t see the numbers on your dumbbells. Thx girl! Love your workouts!! Your the best xoxo
