I really can't thank you enough Sydney I know I've said this many times already. I feel so good everyday because of you. My personal trainer at the price of $35 an hour failed to teach me important details of a workout, like activating muscles and simple things like warming up and cooling down properly or what movements are working which muscles. Such important details to know, things you have taught me and for free might I add. I'm amazed some people are willing to make a dollar for not doing a job properly yet here you are. Me and my friends love ya. Great workout as always 💕
I was able to chest press my 35's today for 7 reps! This is huge for me! I am seeing so much increase in my strength since working out with Sydney and it makes me so happy! 💪

Phhheewww weeee! Another killer BA workout crushed with my bestie Jennifer Ruggeri. I set my intentions to go hard and heavy from Minute 1. I was struggling transitioning in time to the next round as I wanted to focus on progressive overload. I remembered my "why", reset, and decided I needed to pause or rewind the video until I got set up with my next set of heavier weights. So I kinda tweaked this one to make it my own. And I regret nothing as I pushed more rounds/sets with those heavier weights than last week. Wow yourself today! Happy Friday loves 💘
Oh my God, massive jump in my strength today! I couldn't believe it. I could out weights that were at least 5 lb heavier than last week! It's so rewarding to see the changes and feel the changes

I loved this workout! I have loved feeling stronger and stronger with every passing week. Dips are my least favorite, but today, I was able to do every round without stopping to go to the floor or to rest the muscles. And I was able to do it with straight legs on the last round with a few “Hyaaaggg” sounds. 😆 Thank you thank you Sydney for being such an encouraging and motivating trainer.

I most definitely agree with “keeping us injury free” part. I played sports and worked out my whole adult life, found I easily tweaked back, knees, shoulders as I got older. I do not have that issue since working out with you since 2019!

Great reminder that our mindset about exercise can impact our results in a big way! If we're working out to punish ourselves for something we ate, how does that feel in our body? Of course it would be arms today! I had my 2nd vaccine shot last evening- making my arm extremely painful and stiff! So-- I now have a very strong right arm and a weaker left arm. BUT- I didn’t give up/ go away! See you tomorrow. Donna
