Been working with her for over a year now. I’ve gone from working with 7lb and 10lb weights to 15lb weights and 20lb weights. I’ve become stronger and so much more agile and toned. Thank you Sydney.
Me to. When I started I only had some 3 lb walking weights and some five lb dumbbells. I stacked those depending on the move. I moved up to 8 lbs and struggled with that. But then I stacked those with the 3 lbs. Then moved up to 10 lb, then 15 then 20 as I could find them over the last year. I have got so much stronger. I love it. And can't wait to keep going. I ended those bonus curls on my 20 lb dumbbells.
Same here. Started with bodyweight about 15 months ago and I now use 20 kg weights for those “challenge yourself to something scary” leg moves. All thanks to Sydney’s amazing workouts.
Hi Tori! Everyone here must have incredible biceps and strength! I am a guy and recently started training when I found this channel! But I could only manage these exercises with 1 lb dumbbells and had to stop after around 17 minute mark as my arms just gave up when I did bicep curls with 1 lb dumbbells 😟Is it really weak?
How can you leave a Sydney workout without feeling on top of the world! I love working out my arms and back so this was right up my alley, loved the focus on the biceps especially, even my left arm showed out today and that’s my weaker side. The finishing combo was everything for me. That extra round came and I was ready to push myself to that extra step and I feel amazing! I don’t have a huge variety of weights, I just used my 10 lb and I have a heavier weight that’s around 18lbs, and that’s all I used today! My point is you don’t have to have all the weights to put in a good effort and gain strength from Sydney’s workouts. You just have to come with the attitude that your going to work hard and push yourself and you will see your strength rise! Happy to be here and sending love and peace to all of you! 💛💛💪🏾💪🏾

Just finished it. Gosh the isometric was so hard and was my favorite. Love the format of isolation of muscles.. much harder. We are achieving healthy, happy and strong ourselves. We got this friends. Still sore from yesterday's workout and today's will be equally challenging. We are working on our inner and outer strength and power. We got this!!!
I think this is one of my favorite upper body strength workouts with Sydney! 👍I loved devoting a full session to just back and bi's. By the end of the workout, wow, my muscles were shaking! I felt the power of my biceps during those iso holds, 3 rounds of that was fire! 🔥That last push at the end was awesome!

I started this program in July after having done the shred program before this and am feeling the benefits my resting heart rate was 62 bpm when l started Sydney’s programs. l am at 52 Bpm now. I am 49 and have had severe asthma all my life and never thought my cardiovascular health could be so good. My body shape has changed and l am loving it. Thank you.
That little bonus set at the end was very sneaky! I loved the whole workout but that last set is where the magic happened for me. I am definitely guilty of underestimating my strength. I crushed it!

Just did this workout for MOVE 2022 and loved it all over again! Found myself dancing just a bit with my hips and legs during the isometric bicep curl hold when The Weekender song came on LOL.
If this workout is any indication of what is to come in Tier 2 - I can't wait to see how we will transform our minds and bodies. Remember, we are capable of more than we imagine, let's keep an openness to explore and try, let's fail forward and learn more about ourselves in the process. The isolated movements are always challenging. I will note that and see how this month will help me to improve upon them. I loved how Sydney surprised us at the end and in doing so, we surprise ourselves. Much love and appreciation to Sydney and Dustin and this community.
I wasn't in the right mood for this workout, and I physically am exhausted for some reason (plus add in some depression) so I couldn't push myself the way I wanted. But I showed up, did what I could, and feel like I got Something out of this workout. And thats all could ever ask for! I like what Sydney said about this being a starting point to see gains. I know on good days I can push myself into heavier weights and more reps but this is my starting point for a really bad day. I know for a fact that the only way to go is up!!! 💪
CRUSHED IT. That finisher was sooo good. Thank you for showing me I am capable of things my mind makes me think I’m not. That 4th round was literally the most power I had the whole workout. Adrenaline kicked in & pulled those 25’s up like nothing 👍👏🤘😎
This really was the best back and biceps workout! Loved the ending! I pushed myself up to my 20's. I only did 2 reps each arm and had to drop back down but I'm still proud! Crushed it!!!!!

My upper body is my weakness but this concept of working one side then the other helped me feel my muscles in my back & my biceps!!! I definitely crushed the wide row!
Why are most of these workouts more mentally challenging than physically challenging? I can definitely tell I’m getting stronger in my mental health! This one was especially tough mentally, but I didn’t leave! That’s an accomplishment!
I finally pulled out the 15lb weights and even used them for the final bonus hammercurls!!! What?!??!?!?! I even cried when I surprised myself. Thanks Sydney!
