Been following Sydney for almost 2 years now and at 62 have never felt stronger or healthier. In honor of Memorial Day, I did the modified Murph challenge this weekend (no weighted vest, modified pull-ups) and crushed it in 38 minutes. I attribute this feat to Sydney’s workouts. Thank you, Sydney and Dustin, for your commitment to health and wellness.

I've joined the community two weeks ago and I'm already obsessed with Sydney and her workouts. I really look forward to workout with her in the afternoon while I'm at school. She has the most fun workouts I've ever tried and she's such an inspiring person. She's not only become my personal fitness coach, she's also become my life coach. I've been feeling way more energetic since two weeks now and I think that's no coincidence! :) I can't wait to workout with all of you tomorrow!
OMG! I did it! I did it! I finshed the first part now just started Summertime Fine part two. I could barely balance 29 days ago. I am crying with tears of joy!!! Woo hoo!!! I am so grateful to Sydney and Dustin for this rockin workout....it is brillaint the way she and he sequence excercises.
Sydney's workouts are the BEST. I've tried other well-known online workouts and none compare to the intensity and structure of these. I really feel like I can get as good a workouts as going to the gym. I'm 60+ and I love strength training. Sydney, you ROCK!!

in any workout program i've done, this is around the time I would have stopped and given up on doing the routine. And I noticed myself not working out for a while and not showing up to move. But this time I am so determined to get through tier 2. The hardest thing is unlearning bad habits and teaching myself that the best thing i can do is to just show us as an act of love. Thanks Sydney, this video reminded me why I started. To get stronger and to aid the healing of my mental health.

I'm doing this for spring summer 22 as I couldn't do it all last year. Oh my Gosh Sydney!! I felt it today!!!! I could really feel how much stronger I was than 4 weeks ago. In my legs and my core, in my glutes, in my shoulders! Thank you so much. I just done 30 days out of 30 days and I'm so proud of myself. My reward after finishing tier 2 is going to be some new weights! And I'll be ready for them.
I held a 30 second plank for the first time today on my elbows without releasing and I’m high off of that. As someone with belly fat I find it hard to breathe in a plank so I usually pause and get back up, but this time I held it and it hurt and breathing was HARD still but, I’m proud of my strength. I’ve really been putting the work in and that 30secs of my day proved it for me. Tier 2 is tough ALREADY but we are tougher and we are a team, sending love and peace to all of you 💛✨☺️

Sadly I injured my foot last week and couldn't finish the first tier. Before I started working out with Sydney, I would have needed a lot more motivation to get back into gear. But seeing this workout pop up and knowing that there would be a supportive community there on the other side, I didn't hesitate to jump back in. That being said, wow was this a workout and I loved all it's challenges!!
Its 4:45 am and am up watching my workout😂 I am so excited can't Wait to crush this I have weights at home but I'm going to wait to do this at the gym where I can push into more challenging weights so ready to crush month 2 of summer time fine.
I LOVED this workout!!I have never liked leg days, but today I was really enjoying this workout.I was super Happy when I heard Sydney say we were doing glute bridges and fire hydrants at the end because I absolutely love those exercises!!
Great workout! I learned towards the end of the workout, the best 3 planes of motion, to help if I am sitting all day. Sagittal, Frontal, and Transverse motion to do during the day. Thank you.
I literally cried today after doing this workout. Thank you so much Sydney... I was getting lazy to continue my work out and after doing some stretch I thought of just giving a try... I didn't think I would finish this but Damn I could with increased strength. I cried because I didn't know I had the strength in my body to make this happen... Gosh I am so emotional. I added weights in addition to the resistance band for my fire hydrants for the FIRST TIME and I was able to not only last but also bump up for the last round!! Thank you for making me strong Sydney. Let's go Tier 2.

Whoa I feel POWERFUL! Kicking Teir 2 off with an amazing workout! I remember all the way back in September? October? When I did my first kettlebell (w a dumbell) swings. I was at 10lbs. I didn't have 15, or 20 lbs dumbells, but I wasnt really ready for much heavier anyways. I finally got 15 and 20lb dumbells in November and I remember needing to drop down from 20 to 15 or even back to 10 because I just didn't trust myself to hold on the whole 45 seconds during a round 3. Now I just did 40lbs. 40 whole lbs! I was even a little disappointed the work period was only 30 sec HA! I am so incredibly proud of myself and I cannot WAIT to keep seeing how much I improve with just showing up everyday and trying my best :D To everyone just starting out, or thinking their progress is moving too slow, just stick with it! Noticeable progress WILL come! If you're ashamed your starting weight is "low" (like I was) that's just gonna mean you have So Much More opportunity to see yourself get stronger! You got this!!!!
I was overwhelmed not going to lie but I reminded myself that I was overwhelmed at the beginning of tier 1 too. So I'm going to keep going! Phew! Tough one.
It will be a terrific workout friends. Amazing how we have come so far and have become so much stronger. Tier 2 started with a bang. What a great workout and I noticed how much my balance has improved. Did the resistance band stretch after this. We are doing great friends.

LOVED this workout more than I thought I was going to love it. It flew by for me. Before I knew it, we were at the end... though... ngl, Sydney said plank circuit and I was like WHAT? That wasn't on the list in the description! LOL I love feeling and getting stronger. I got up to 45 lbs for glute bridge, my heaviest weight yet! And I used 30-35s in more moves than I've ever done before! WOW!
Tier two here we come. Loving this summertime fine program. I love all Sydney’s programs but I can really feel her pushing us and herself and I love it. So so proud of all of you.

I did this workout I pushed into my heavier weights and can I tell you the when the workout was completed I lay on the floor for a while

CRUSHED IT! Thank you so much for the 3 stretches for those of us that sit all day. I actually tried them yesterday and planned to try to make it a habit. I did not do it every hour, but that's a goal to work towards.

Today was the first day using 15lbs for ab workouts! After 2 babies my core strength was GONE. But I'm getting stronger!💪
Whoa I feel POWERFUL! Kicking Teir 2 off with an amazing workout! I remember all the way back in September? October? When I did my first kettlebell (w a dumbell) swings. I was at 10lbs. I didn't have 15, or 20 lbs dumbells, but I wasnt really ready for much heavier anyways. I finally got 15 and 20lb dumbells in November and I remember needing to drop down from 20 to 15 or even back to 10 because I just didn't trust myself to hold on the whole 45 seconds during a round 3. Now I just did 40lbs. 40 whole lbs! I was even a little disappointed the work period was only 30 sec HA! I am so incredibly proud of myself and I cannot WAIT to keep seeing how much I improve with just showing up everyday and trying my best :D
To everyone just starting out, or thinking their progress is moving too slow, just stick with it! Noticeable progress WILL come! If you're ashamed your starting weight is "low" (like I was) that's just gonna mean you have So Much More opportunity to see yourself get stronger! You got this!!!!
I was overwhelmed not going to lie but I reminded myself that I was overwhelmed at the beginning of tier 1 too. So I'm going to keep going! Phew! Tough one.

Tier 2 started with a bang. What a great workout and I noticed how much my balance has improved. Did the resistance band stretch after this. We are doing great friends.

LOVED this workout more than I thought I was going to love it. It flew by for me. Before I knew it, we were at the end... though... ngl, Sydney said plank circuit and I was like WHAT? That wasn't on the list in the description! LOL
I love feeling and getting stronger. I got up to 45 lbs for glute bridge, my heaviest weight yet! And I used 30-35s in more moves than I've ever done before! WOW!
Tier two here we come. Loving this summertime fine program. I love all Sydney’s programs but I can really feel her pushing us and herself and I love it. So so proud of all of you.

I crushed our first workout of Tier 2! I didn’t sleep well last night but I did this workout to be healthy, happy, and strong. I’m going to do the stretch that was shown at the end of the workout. Also, I’m going to eat healthy, hydrate, and go to bed earlier tonight to get my sleep schedule back in order. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow morning.
Crush it! I can definitely feel the difference in strength, before I could not do the sit up. I could barely lift my shoulders. I feel so proud of my self.
