    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our glutes and abs with strengthening, sculpting, and sweaty exercises ! We will rock 13 exercises for 2 minutes straight! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you in moves that are as light as a lunge and as heavy as a glute bridge!
    1. Side/ back/ squat
    2. Romanian deadlifts
    3. Heel tap leg lifts
    4. Front squat pulse x3 and standing abduction
    5. Russian twist and 1/2
    6. Dumbbell clamp kickback
    7. Dumbbell on legs crunches
    8. Glute bridges
    9. Leg raises
    10. Single leg alternating deadlifts
    11. Ab windshield wipers
    12. Band fire hydrant 2 side pulses
    13. 45 degree pulse crunches

    The best part about Glute workout is that it doesnt kill immediately. It waits for the next day to remind you every minute that this is what you asked for ,BURN.

      I do glute workouts pretty regularly and mine are on fire. You may need heavier weights 😁 but yes you will feel it tomorrow as well.

    I had never been as fit and toned as I am today. My legs look awesome. I have worked out all my life but the recent 3 years I have been doing Sydney's daily workouts. I'm 49 and never before looked like today 🦵💪👍🏆

    A 30 minute workout with Sydney is never easy. It may be short but boy oh boy does she turn it up. I crushed it with my girl Jennifer Ruggeri. The workout flew by and my glutes were trembling. Last day of work for the week and I'm going to make it a fantastic day. Set your intentions from the start of the workout and keep it going throughout your day. We are strong! We are resilient! We can do hard things! Love you all ❤

    Aug 2023. Only had 30 mins this morning for my workout so this was great. Plus I wanted to work on my abs more this week bc my shoulders are sore from this week already. Thanks Syd for both options this month. Been crushing the longer workouts but definitely got a good workout in this 30 min one. Loved it crushed it! 👍🏋️‍♀️💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸‍♀️

    Good morning, Sydney Squad! I crushed this workout after a rest day yesterday. I took a day trip with my girlfriend yesterday who is a high school/middle school music teacher. We both happened to have the same day off and we took advantage of it. I loved the workout and I’m going to do this week’s stretch before I go to work tonight. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for Burn Bonus Workout Day 2.

    squeezing a pencil in the armpits for RDLs was actually a game changer for me! really helped me keep the focus on my glutes instead of my lower back. great workout as ususal! 2 minutes was a challenge...

    Proud to say I crushed this with ease- except the heel tap crunch exercise. I have poor lower abs ,great upper abs from years of swimming and having had my 69 birthday in March I hope thie in an encouragement to any 'seniors' out there working out too.If your health is good the possibilities are endless. I am doing Sydneys work outs fromJune.I know I am probably less fit than pre covid but delighted my strength is maintained.I was swimming competively and doing les mills Body pump x years.Generally exercising 2-3 hours a day 6-7 days a week. Slightly crazy..but I enjoy exercising. I have not swum more than 5 weeks in past year as pools closed.Walking now and doing work outs with Sydney Stay well.Keep exercising!

      August faves: No internet issues today, just a straight up burn. Holding the dumbbell on my legs for the crunch was brutal. Sometimes I went up in weight, sometimes I went down but I tried to stay moving for the whole 2 minutes. Didn't always get there but it felt good to push myself.

    Got to love when your watch says that your heartrate is in the "easy" portion and yet your booty is SCREAMING this isn't easy! This one was intense but I made it through. My approach was go for my heaviest weight and see if I can stick through the entire two minutes and I managed for most, the only one I had to drop weight completely was putting the dumbbell on your legs BUT made it through a full minute with a 10lb on me, so for that I am super proud!     During the workouts I swear sometimes that Sydney can see me because every time I’m doing something wrong she always corrects me with the right way to do it!     Soooo I did it! I made it all the way through March and I’m amazed at much stronger, happier, healthier and capable I feel. I didn’t lose as much weight as I expected to but I did lose over 5lbs + inches and I can tell that this ISN’T just water weight. Thank you so much for sharing your gifts and passion with us. I am looking forward to a better me and making sure I can be the best example to my son and one day be able to keep up with grandchildren all because of the work I’m doing now. God bless you!

    Boy oh boy what a bonus workout!!!! By the end of it I had sweat pouring everywhere. I actually attempted I minute of balancing leg of romanian deadlifts. My balance has improved so much. I came with the words describing today's workout for BONUS...B for Boom, O for over-the-top, N for Next to Best, U for Uber and S for Super Charged. Looking forward to tomorrow's bonus workout.

    Loved this format! Over a year later, and I'm still amazed how Sydney can make a 30 min workout be s tough as a longer workout!

    Loved this quick glutes and abs burner!! That time flew by but that burn was so real!! I stuck with the same challenging weights for the long work time (not my heaviest but still challenging for time under tension). Thank you for this awesome quick burn and see you tomorrow!!

      I add a 40 min leg workout of accelerate ..day 22....and it was a total burn🔥🦵🏽

    Loved the no Repeats longer work periods!!! Really got into my zone....especially for single leg deadlifts because I find with trying to balance I get more reps in 😊
    That ab move with the weight on the feet was brutal...had to 'stop and breathe' a few times!

    I was going to skip today, since I worked out on a normal rest day already this week, then saw it was a quick 30 minute with abs and said why not! This one really showed me just how much stronger my abs are!

    WOW! What a workout! I usually like the longer classes, but this workout was a nonstop bootie and ab blaster! You kicked my butt and I loved it, LOL!!! Thanks for always changing things up and keeping it interesting! You're keeping away the boredom and spiking the motivation! And you keep training approachable and inclusive for everyone. You're the BEST!!!

    Wow this was so hard for me. Doing a move two min in a row is definitely not my favorite mentally, but physically I can totally see how my body is reacting in as positive way! It was very challenging. It was almost like a meditative session where we just concentrate on one thing to clear our minds! Another great workout is in the books. I will miss all of the burn parts when this program is over

    I really enjoyed this workout and I nearly managed to keep up with everything. Loved the figure of four stretch at the end but I will need to do it a few more times to master it! Thanks Sydney xx
