- This workout is perfect for all fitness levels and really great for everyone who doesn't have access to lots of heavy dumbbells! We have 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work per exercise so make sure you're aiming for 8-12 reps per work period! All fitness levels welcome, just be ready to work hard!
This workout includes a customized Warm-Up and Cool-Down. It's perfect for a low-impact yet intense training session.

I just found Sydney on RUclips and so thankful I did!!!! I have been doing someone else’s RUclips workouts and she does way too much high intensity cardio. I am 41 and can’t hang 😂. Since starting Sydney’s workouts I have seen a tremendous change in my body composition. I can see the muscle definition developing. Thank you for bringing awesome at home workouts that build lean muscle!!!!

I have a difficult time with short workouts with short work periods. Will probably need to modify this to feel it and get my heart rate up.
