    I just found Sydney on RUclips and so thankful I did!!!! I have been doing someone else’s RUclips workouts and she does way too much high intensity cardio. I am 41 and can’t hang 😂. Since starting Sydney’s workouts I have seen a tremendous change in my body composition. I can see the muscle definition developing. Thank you for bringing awesome at home workouts that build lean muscle!!!!

    I loved the new moves. Love kettlebells and glute bands. 30 secs felt so fast after Flex being all 45secs ❤

    What a great and super quick burner for the glutes and abs! That new stabilization move was tricky but once I got it I really connected with my core and felt strong!! Great work on Prime Week 1! Day 5 Crushed !!! 🍑🍑🍑🔥🔥🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼🥵🥵

    Music was fire today!! It makes a huge difference for me, flew by today. I loved the touch downs-definitely need more stabilization work. Such a small movement but so hard 😂

    I loved the band kicks today. The kettlebell swing felt really good too! My jackknives showed a big improvement. Yay me! great job everyone.

    I have a difficult time with short workouts with short work periods. Will probably need to modify this to feel it and get my heart rate up.

    This was a fun one! 30 seconds after the 45’s flew by. I liked the shoulder/core stabilizer move. I WISH I could remember which video was focused on standing core - I was so sore for a couple days. And I loved it!
