Reading this as I sip my coffee pre workout. Everyone’s arms too shaky to lift their coffees...I’m glad I got my order to do things correctly😅😅 And we’re almost nearing the end of this program, unbelievable to have made it this far. Go Sydney! Go Squad!

I hope Sydney may see this because I just want to thank her for these videos. I have always been in and out of exercise routines but since finding Sydney's channel back in May during lockdown my attitude, motivation, diet, and physique has completely changed. Since fully committing to her playlists and listening to her nutritional advice I am slowly losing weight, building muscle, and strength. I recommend her to everyone I can, the combination of her down to earth nature, good music, motivational pep talks, and amazing variety of workouts makes these the best virtual workouts I have found, and I just hope she keeps making videos because I don't know what I would do without them. Amazing Level 4 tris and chest workout. Very humbling for sure! I challenged my strength with heavier weights each AMRAP circuit and dropped down when I needed to. No shame in that! Get after it today 👊

My baby slept through the night for the first time last night, so I was ready to go at 5am! I missed Monday's workout so I doubled up this am, and it already hurts so good! Thank you for these easy to modify, humbling workouts!

I crushed it! We crushed it guys!!! Noodle arms!!! I was literally scream breathing 🤔 is that a thing? Lol yell breathing maybe lol but I was doing that through the last 8 but man I felt so proud of myself! These push days really have improved My dips so much and my tricep strength in general. I feel such a big difference and they were always one of my biggest weaknesses. Thank you for your encouraging words and for always reminding us our progress is what matters. Loved this workout. The struggle is when the hands get sweaty and you have to focus on not dropping the 25lb dumbell on your head. Thanks Sydney for another great burner!

Man the last part speaks volumes to me.. i always beat myself up for not pushing hard enough, for not going the heaviest weights i have, but yes Sydney! i worked hard ENOUGH and no point to self defeat by saying it wasn't perfect! just day after day with persistence and it's already ENOUGH because i showed up for myself and i worked hard for MYSELF, THAT'S IT! xx you're the best, Sydney! p.s. I had bunion surgery 6 weeks ago and I think doing Sydney’s workouts before helped my recovery so much! Another two weeks or so and I’ll be back doing them I’ve missed them soooo much!

My progress is definitely real. I was fit before but I’m at a different level now and still climbing. I can feel my energy in all my activities as well. It is so good to work through the challenge. I did another 30 min upper body pull workout first and just wanted a few minutes of this push workout, didn't think I could make it through to the end but I CRUSHED IT. Thanks Sydney for all the encouragement!
