Thank you for teaching us while training us! I love knowing about how/why muscles work and what they do and all of the above. I had no idea about triceps being 3/4 of the muscle in our arms and how it helps shape the rest of our muscles! I honestly thought it was smaller than all the rest!
Well done! I also just pressed order on my heaviest set yet. Costs as much as a month in the gym.... but I guess I don't need to do that anymore with Sydney getting me working out at home!!! I bit the bullet.
my two heaviest dumbells weight 11 pounds each and i used only them for today's workout ! it's the first time i used them both for an overhead extension and for the bended and straight skull crushers ! felt powerful and will accept Sydney's proposal about investing in even heavier dumbells :D

I showed up with my Squad bestie Jennifer Ruggeri today and did just as Sydney says. It's always a good workout when we play rounds of "Sydney says" 🤣 I tried those heavier weights and got in some solid reps/rounds with weights I never used before. I may have grunted, cursed, and pulled from the tips of my toes to push those weights but I DID IT ❤ There is nothing like discovering your own strength. I challenge you to do the same. I think you can join any you want in the end, I would just do 3.0. I used to just do the workouts I liked in no particular order. But since 3 months I follow her programm daily. I do notice following here programm is better then what I was doing the last 2 years before (so just what ever I felt like). However, you should do what feels good to you! I love the current 3.0 one, since we are working out towards Sydney's wedding date, and I love that idea!
I have been working out with Sydney since before the first Summertime Fine but just a few a week along with other trainers. However I started consistently with her on the first SF and have been using her daily ever since. I will say every SF has been absolutely amazing but this one has been completely AWESOME!! I know that any of the 3 will benefit you for sure so pick one or do all three back to back and I promise you will see benefits.

Sydney, you inspired me to pull out my 35lbs for chest press and managed 8 reps for the final set! I also tried 15lbs for my last set of standing chest flies and like you said, I am SO close to another huge set! I went for it and am so proud of myself for doing so. Went up 5lbs on my adjustable weights this week (15-20) and whoo! It has really kept things spicy. Going on the hunt for some 15lb dumbbells this weekend so I can transition a little easier, and if I find some 25s I’ll grab those too so I can keep pushing myself. It’s been so fun trying to push/pull a heavier weight this week and I want to keep challenging myself in this way! Now if I can find some weights in my town is the only question because everyone is home gym-ing where I live, which is great, but just cross your fingers that I’ll be successful in my quest this weekend lol congrats to everyone here because they crushed it so hard. Upper body days- say no more. I love them so much.
Loved how you told us to hold our opposite hand on our chest when doing the single arm flies. I finally felt that mind-muscle connection!! You are the BEST, Sydney!!
Today I focused on my breathing, so I could keep pushing when my body wanted to take a break. I was able to last longer which was such a surprise to me. I'm feeling great, but more importantly, I'm feeling stronger. Crushed it!
The word of the day is “failure” - as in I worked my triceps to the point of failure and I feel great about that!
For real on the triceps. I literally melted to the floor after dips. 😄

Went up 5lbs on my adjustable weights this week (15-20) and whoo! It has really kept things spicy. Going on the hunt for some 15lb dumbbells this weekend so I can transition a little easier, and if I find some 25s I’ll grab those too so I can keep pushing myself. It’s been so fun trying to push/pull a heavier weight this week and I want to keep challenging myself in this way! Now if I can find some weights in my town is the only question because everyone is home gym-ing where I live, which is great, but just cross your fingers that I’ll be successful in my quest this weekend lol congrats to everyone here because they crushed it so hard. Upper body days- say no more. I love them so much.

Today I focused on my breathing, so I could keep pushing when my body wanted to take a break. I was able to last longer which was such a surprise to me. I'm feeling great, but more importantly, I'm feeling stronger. Crushed it!
