    Delighted to get this workout done. as I am babysitting two small grandchildren away from my home. Luckily my daughter has adjustable weights.. used tights as my glut band tied tightly !necessity is the mother of invention. As I move within days of my 72 birthday have yesterdays session reserved for my actual birthday .Always do a Sydnet w/o on my birthday. Have a good day everyone and keep exercising!

    What a leg day! This was fantastic! The step-ups are my favorite! Those firehydrants at the end were burners! This workout was challenging and so fun! Thank you!

    Wasn't in the mood for leg day at all today! But I knew I had to do it no matter what! So I prayed and asked God to help me, and he did! Sooo glad I was able to push through 🎉🎉. Thank YOU Jesus😊

    I really feel like sydney was talking directly to me in the post workout chat - I pushed up to my 40lb barbell for glute bridges for the first time today but I have such a hard time outside of the workout sticking to portion sizes for dinner to stop over eating bc I'm bored or just snacking while watching tv. I'm trying to get that under control so I HEAR you sydney and I'm working on itt

    Glutes and hamstrings on fire! Had a hard time figuring out the hamstring curls but instead of skipping it. I paused the video and got it done!! That’s my dedication and more for today. Thanks Sydney!!!!!!

    Good morning Everyone! I took my rest day yesterday due to having to take my son to a follow-up appointment, so I just crushed this leg and glute workout!! I loved it and pretty sure I hit muscle failure, but it feels so good! I definitely will be stretching later! Have a great day!!

    I'll admit, leg day is never my favorite😂 but I felt so strong after completing this one! Went up every round and really surprised myself qith what I could do for the hamstring curls!

    This was fantastic! Loved doing the different options with the fire hydrant. My biggest challenge is I can't get a weight to stay for hamstring curls.Have a great day everyone 😊

    Sydney- been doing your programs for around 3 years now, had a bit of a pause for half a year, restarted three months ago and I’ve been feeling my strongest now!!     I've made it! It was very hard but I'm so proud of myself for finishing it. I have bands and adjustable dumbbells and I had fun adding more weights or half way reps for the last round of each excercise. Thank you Sydney for the massive effort you put everyday in this journey!

    I’m so proud of myself. Home from a 13 hour day of work and on my feet for all of that. But I stuck with the promise to myself to crush this workout no matter what and I did just that.

    Yes!!!! The hardest part is between the actual workout…. That rang so true for me. I can show up and push myself to the point I can’t do another rep but it’s what I do outside of here and these moments of reflection with you help me get through the day. Positive beginnings mean for positive hours ahead. You may not understand the path you are on but god always knows the reason and the way. ❤

    I had no motivation today and am so thankful for getting myself out of nap mode and into workout mode. LOVE having these workouts where all I need to do is say yes and show up to a great programmed workout. THANK YOU SYDNEY!!!!!

    💪🔥Flex day 3 (today was my first Flex day for this program). It was therapeutic physical, and mentally. I have to rest my upper body and PT for my Achilles!!! This was perfect!😮😮

    omg only 3 circuits in and I am dying!! I am not sure how I made it through the whole workout without compromising but trust me I wanted to!! legs are shaking so bad hope they get me upstairs - happy Wednesday everyone

    That last set nearly had me crying but I didn’t stop. 😅
    I’ve been solid in workouts and my daily walking but keeping full nutrition in check is the toughest. Here’s to hoping I can make some positive changes as I know the benefits come from all the other hours not working out in a day!

    Yesterday my best friend said, "your butt is rounder. What are you doing?" Well I said, I upped my Sydney workouts to 4 times a week and dialed down the cardio to 3 days a week. Started this switch up in January and already noticeable! By the way, I am in my 50s and a lifelong endurance athlete. Never pushed the heavy weights and never ate enough protein. That has changed and it seems my body is responding. Keep up the push everyone! Thank you Sydney. In every workout, there is always at least one time where I feel you are talking directly to me. You are fantastic.
