    Our workout today is a no equipment needed FULL BODY workout meaning we will use our bodyweight and work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. We have 30 exercises today and no repeats! I will be using my jump rope for 2 rounds so if you have your jump rope go ahead and grab it! If not, you can use the same motions, use a cordless rope, or pick your own cardio! Use this workout any time you are out of town without weights or if you're currently still looking for some dumbbells!

    This morning my depression had me stuck in bed for 3hrs. I just wanted to sleep and cry. After waking from my second nap I dragged myself out of bed and to the mat, I was still crying through the first five minutes and you can bet I was sobbing at that heartfelt sign out but I am so grateful to have Sydney and all you fabulous strong people out there working on out strength together.

    Just ran a marathon here in Harare zimbabwe for Breast Cancer month, so this will wait until tomorrow with the 20 min stretch. Thanks Sydney doing all this extra strength work has made me a stronger runner. Not bad for a 65 year old.

    I have been working out consistently for the last 7 months - went from 20 to 30 to 40 minutes now. The last minute was a challenge, I have no clue but I was overcome with emotion when I told myself "I can do this" and I burst out crying towards the end. I've never experienced that with any workout before but I know for a fact that I released some latent stress and I am proud of myself for lasting it out. Thank you. ❤

    So I recently invested in a rather expensive yoga mat and MAN there is a huge difference. I was able to do mountain climbers for the entire time without fighting with the mat or going to the hardwood floor and sliding like mad.     I actually smiled and laughed in that last 60 seconds of Cardio, no one has been able to do that to me EVER. Thanks Sydney. And I finally was able to jump back in a burpee instead of stepping back, for the first time!!

    Im out of town for the weekend & woke up bummed I was going to miss my daily workout. I thought there was no way there would be two body weight only workouts back to back. So happy I checked. Crushed this workout with a friend & feeling great!!

    Did this again and loved it again. Please, please do a new workout like this. I have been doing your workouts several days a week for years and, at 44, am in incredible shape. Thank you Sydney! Sadly though I am mostly repeating your older workouts (which I track on an excel worksheet) as your newer videos seem to focus mostly on heavy weights. I love weights and regularly do your strength and conditioning with my hubby but I need to get my heart pumping and be dripping of sweat to feel like I've had a good workout. Just missing the variety of cardio, weights, light weight etc that you used to do regularly. Thank you for considering.❤

    I haven't done one of your workouts in a while, but my high school swimming season just ended and I know I need to stay in shape for my well-being.     You have inspired my daughter to workout almost every day (except the rest day 😄). Although she has seen me work out almost every day since she was a baby, she found it hard to motivate herself even though she had the desire to do it. Now we both work out to your wonderful program (which has helped me recover from a groin injury due to repetitious workouts that I was doing before). Thank you so much!

    Hi! Your workouts are amazing. I am a horse rider and need to focus on strength workouts to be stabile and strong in the saddle. The past 4 weeks I have been doing a mix of your weighted, bodyweight and cardio workouts and have seen immense improvement. I am stronger and more mobile than I have been in years!     Thank you for this great workout! As I heal from a back injury, I can't do high impact 😢and I have to be careful about lifting as well. These bodyweight workouts, with low impact modifications, are SO helpful so I can continue to work hard but give my body time to fully heal.

      Common misconception- this type of workout is not necessarily a 'fat burner'. Strength training is more effective on and off the mat bc you burn more calories at a resting rate when you have muscle. And obviously what you eat or dont eat is what will take fat off your body.

    Thank you for all of your workouts and your spirit! I am really finding them useful since my 3 GYM Memberships have been on freeze because of Covid. I am going nuts not going to the gym but am not sure when it will be safe to return. Your workouts have definitely given me some much needed new drive.

    I found you in April and have been working out with you most days of the week since. It has CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I have so much more energy. I'm a teacher in NY and I don't have to take naps when I get home - even with this crazy hybrid/remote model we're doing. Thanks for keeping it real!
