    Just finished and absolutely loved this one and I enjoy the 40-45 minute versions. Just felt motivated and got it done. Thank you. Fitbit workout mode:35 zone minutes 242 calories.

    I love the workouts on this channel, always a great mix of low and high impact, strength and cardio based movements. Never too easy, but always doable for the average person. But PLEASE I beg you, buy some new music :") The selection is great, but it gets repetitive if you're doing a couple of your workouts a week.

    Kinda tired of workouts that call themselves "Cardio" and then it's just an ab workout with some jumping in between.
