It's hard to see both gals. Love the modifications though, its just distracting.
pretty good but its like you ran out of exercises there towards the end. Basically doing the same movement you had been doing for the rest period.
The end of these workouts tend to get real weak. Also, @11:30 is this supposed to be the Christopher Walken dance or something?
Chill workout but pls don't leave the lunges for the very end, I don't like them so much xDDD
