    Today is a strength and conditioning workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform supersets of a strength move and a cardio move performing the 45 second strength move and the cardio move for 30 seconds for 3 rounds of each. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something like a renegade row and something as heavy as a squat and press. GO CRUSH IT!
    1. Squat tap and press
    2. Lateral hops
    3. Deadlift and Forward Lunge
    4. High Knees
    5. Lateral Lunge and Curl
    6. Burpee Hand Release
    7. Squat Power Swings
    8. Lateral Agility Touch Down
    9. Reverse Lunge and High Row
    10. Lateral Slide Tap Downs
    11. Renegade Rows
    12. Traveling Squat Tap Downs

    The thing that really sets Sydney apart from these other trainers on RUclips is how real she is, she’s not a robot. She talks to you the entire time! It’s like you’re working out with a friend. Best trainer 🥳

      I started out 3lbs and used to get exhausted 6 months later I’m at a 15 I believe with strong work Sydney will make you stronger .. keep it up 💪🏼😊

    I was worried by circuit 3 I wasn't going to be able to finish but I switched that voice off turned it up and crushed it !

    Day 1 of SHRED, crushed ! Was feeling rather low on energy today but still showed up. This team mentality works wonders for my overall approach towards working out. Whenever I feel inclined to skip a session,I think of all the other people out there who may be equally busy or equally tired but are still showing up. Major motivation, right there !

    CRUSHED Day 1 of Shred. This will be my first monthly challenge with Sydney and the Sydney family ❤️. I started doing Sydney’s workouts randomly just maybe 2-3 months ago and my daily routine has changed drastically in a positive way. I start my morning workouts wanting to challenge myself everyday . Sydney has changed my outlook on life for the better. Love her workouts, her motivational talks and also her dances at the very end .

    After jumping in halfway last month to Burn and loving it, I can't wait to start Shred this month with everyone! This is the first time I've ever worked out consistently in my life (I'm 24) and I can't wait to continue the momentum and build healthier habits for myself.     I love Sydney so much. Ever since I found her channel, I cancelled my gym membership and invested in dumbbells instead. She’s like having your own personal trainer at home and her workouts are awesome! I’ve become so much stronger since I’ve been training with her. I love how real she is and how she doesn’t focus on “how big can you make your butt” or “how small you can make your waist”. She teaches us to become stronger and healthier through fitness. Thank you Sydney for being such a light in the fitness community!

    Don't Care What Anyone else is thinking of your or your workouts! You get to decide who you show up as each and everyday! Practice loving on yourself each and everyday, so it will teach others how to treat you! This was an amazing workout and I'm sooo excited for the SHRED program this April!! Showing up every single day for myself and you all!

    Just finished this workout and OH MY GOD!! It was incredible!!! Exactly the kind of exercises I enjoy. Sydney is so motivational and obviously educated in health and fitness. So happy I have found her!!

    I rarely sweat in a workout and Sweat is dripping off my body! This workout was INCREDIBLE! LOVED IT! Can't wait for the rest of this Challenge! Never been so excited to get a workout each day and see what is next!

    Was so exhausted from this weekend and almost skipped it. I saw Sydneys story on facebook about how challenging her day had been and she still showed up for us so I showed up!!!! Best trainer ever!!!!!!
