Today is a strength and conditioning workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform supersets of a strength move and a cardio move performing the 45 second strength move and the cardio move for 30 seconds for 3 rounds of each. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something like a renegade row and something as heavy as a squat and press. GO CRUSH IT!

5. Lateral Lunge and Curl
6. Burpee Hand Release
7. Squat Power Swings
8. Lateral Agility Touch Down
9. Reverse Lunge and High Row

12. Traveling Squat Tap Downs

Every time I think it isn't possible to ever sweat more Sydney breaks out a new killer workout. I'm absolutely wrecked but I crushed it!

Day 1 of SHRED, crushed ! Was feeling rather low on energy today but still showed up. This team mentality works wonders for my overall approach towards working out. Whenever I feel inclined to skip a session,I think of all the other people out there who may be equally busy or equally tired but are still showing up. Major motivation, right there !
I've been doing fitness for 35 years.. I am 50 and I can tell you Sydney is by far the best trainer, no matter what I'm in every day..💪💚

CRUSHED Day 1 of Shred. This will be my first monthly challenge with Sydney and the Sydney family ❤️. I started doing Sydney’s workouts randomly just maybe 2-3 months ago and my daily routine has changed drastically in a positive way. I start my morning workouts wanting to challenge myself everyday . Sydney has changed my outlook on life for the better. Love her workouts, her motivational talks and also her dances at the very end .

I love Sydney so much. Ever since I found her channel, I cancelled my gym membership and invested in dumbbells instead. She’s like having your own personal trainer at home and her workouts are awesome! I’ve become so much stronger since I’ve been training with her. I love how real she is and how she doesn’t focus on “how big can you make your butt” or “how small you can make your waist”. She teaches us to become stronger and healthier through fitness. Thank you Sydney for being such a light in the fitness community!

I love how real her programs are, its like she knows exactly when I need more motivation also her saying what weight she is using helps me push myself harder. So excited for this program, it will be my first time doing the workouts as they come out!!!

Practice loving on yourself each and everyday, so it will teach others how to treat you! This was an amazing workout and I'm sooo excited for the SHRED program this April!!
