    Today is a full body STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete 3 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout.       Just Loved this workout!!! back to dripping sweat, just perfect combination of the hardest strength and cardio moves..As hard as it was I really liked the snatches with burpees(can't believe I said that!!) Love you and so grateful for you :)

    Sydney, you have saved my life. Before these workouts I was at the bad end of an ED, unable to see a way to get better or feel like a functioning human. Once I started committing to these workouts, I had a reason to get up in the morning. I had something that would give me endorphins. I had something and someone to rely on.       Another one on the other side of life without ED! It’s a nasty beast. I have never felt better, stronger, or more confident in my own body than I have since I found Sydney! Girls (and guys!) we are strong, we deserve this, and we are only getting stronger (mentally, physically, and emotionally!) proud of you all and cheering you on each day!

      Lol, right?!? I count how many mountain climbers & burpees in the set. Then try to get that many the next rounds. It gives me something to focus on vs how challenging the exercise is.

    I lost my son 11 months ago to cancer and this is my mental therapy. I got back on track little by little but with your Strong workout has been his sign to let me know I can do it a get better for his sister. He is the strongest person I have ever met. He fought his cancer battle like a true Warrior. We were to celebrate his Strong 17 this pass August but God took him home early. My Sonshine IromanYssa always gives me the strength to keep moving.     I showed up today for my mental and physical health. everything told me to go to bed. Its been a long day with three toddlers, housework, and cooking, counseling...the list goes on. My husband is waiting for me for night time activities. but i came. I showed up for myself. to be better for me and in turn for everyone else that needs me. I started this workout at 1020pm. thanking God for the movement of my limbs as I get stronger, not only here but in other areas of my life. I am so thankful sydney for your thoughtful workouts. God bless your ministry and thank you for answering His calling because it truly is making a Royal change in many lives!

      @@kaelinconover6873 I bought Weider brand as it was a lot cheaper than the ones Sydney suggested. Also the adjustable weights would be cheaper than buying individual dumbbells as one 20lb would cost me $45.00

    I did workout today ...my Monday July 2022 exercise. Still doing with low weights and easing into these exercises after my stroke. Sweating like crazy at the end of it. Sydney I am strong and I can do it...my motto each and every day. I am trying to erase the memory of my having a stroke and becoming healthier and stronger day by day. Because of these workouts which have made me fit prevented my stroke from getting really bad. Thanks Sydney. Love you, Dustin and Ari 💕.

    After 3 years doing Beachbody workouts, I just wasn’t feeling them anymore. I wasn’t being consistent at all and honestly dreaded it. I’ve been a silent follower for a while now and I decided it was time for change. My goals are to get stronger and have a better personal opinion of myself. I have a 5 year old and can’t claim my flub is baby weight anymore. 🙂

      I did multiple beach body programs and I felt the same way you did. I never felt like they were working out WITH me. No sweat, no huffing and puffing, they were breezing through these workouts. I feel like Sydney IS working out with me! She's dripping sweat and powering through the moves and that makes me feel like I can power through as well!

    I went through a number of abdominal surgeries this summer. I'm just getting consistent with my workouts again. My goal is to simply be able to last the entire work period, whether it's without weights, modified, or if I have to do something completely different. I tried but could not do burpees. I focused on doing different cardio moves the entire work period and I am so proud of myself.

      I cant do burpees either, or lots of other plank position stuff, due to hand and wrist arthritis. Instead of burpees i do toe touches then vertical jumps as fast as i can. And i use my bench a lot for slanted planks from elbows or wrists. Elbows planks are tougher on the core! A good workout. You can do pretty much everything sydney does, even slider work.

      Aisha Liané Good for you for easing back in to working out after your surgeries! 👍It is not easy, I well know. Last November, right after Thanksgiving, I fell down really hard and injured my back pretty badly (compression fracture of L2, torn tendons and ligaments). I was completely incapacitated for several months, and feared I would never be able to workout again. But I made sure to keep moving and stretching and walking every day, no matter how small the movements. Slowly, very slowly and carefully, I was able to start incorporating very light weights into my movements. Every day I saw myself getting stronger and recovering more, until here I am 10 months after the injury, and I am back to working out with Sydney again! I am not up to where I used to be strength-wise, and I still have to modify a lot of the moves. But, I am able to get in some really good workouts now, and I continue to recover my strength and endurance.
      I just was really touched by your post here, and I wanted to encourage you to keep going with your fitness. Every day you will get stronger, and yes, you should be very proud of yourself! It is not easy to come back from an injury, or surgery (any kind of trauma), and we are doing it, one day one movement at a time!

    I love Boost already!! The burpees were rough but I tried to think of what Sydney said during the mountain climbers, instead of focusing on how much I didn't like burpees, I focused on being strong and pushing through. Thank you Sydney, as always!

      Same with me re: Burpees! I almost stepped through the last set, but I pushed myself and incorporated the hops instead.

    Wow! Just wow! Sydney I've been following your workouts for a while now(Sorry I haven't liked all your videos, I would do your workouts using my smart TV and forget after Im so busy in the mornings with kids school schedules) and ever since I left the Navy in 2011 I became not as fit as I was when I was active duty. Today when we were doing the last four rounds I was able to do a military styled burpee all four rounds! It was so emotional for me because I didn't feel this strong in a long, long time and I thank God for giving you the gift to help and motivate people like me. God bless you and take care❤🙂👋🏽

    I am on the menopause journey and pre-osteoarthritis. I'm doing this so I can be there for my adult children and enjoy them and my grandchildren as well. My mom was my age, 55, when she was diagnosed with colon cancer, she beat it but has never embraced the gift she was given which makes me sad. I won't be that kind of example for my kids. I am determined to rock it for as long as I can! Thank you, Sydney for the daily motivation! You are the best! ❤

    My Journey at 52 is to remain healthy and maintain what I have worked so hard for the last 3 years. I am avid mountain biker and want to able to the sport for another 10-15 years!!!! I love that I have found Sydney to help with that. Her upbeat personality is contagious. I like how my work out is now planned out for me and I don't have to figure it out when I get to the gym.     I loved every single thing about this workout! Working on a couple things - main one is to remain consistent with my workout routine! Seriously, this was a great workout! Love the weights and cardio mixed together! Hope there are many more like this to come in the program!

    I've been doing every program of Sydney's for a year now! I'm turning 40 this year and never felt or looked better in my life and that's my goal!!     This strength and conditioning is just what I needed to start the week. I have completed all of Sydney’s programs since March of this year. I have not only gotten physically stronger, but mentally as well. My goal this month is to transfer the confidence I am building in my workouts to all other areas in my life. As our wise trainer says- I am not stuck, I just haven’t started yet! ❤️

    Sydney, I started working out with you the summer of 2020. I was 64. I gained strength, stamina and confidence. August 2021 I got the shingles and have been in constant pain since. I didn’t work out for 2 or 3 months and I felt so much fatigue. I have started working out slowly, having to modify. I enjoyed today’s workout and feel a bit stronger. Thank you for doing this.

    Sydney! I finished Summertime Fine 3.0, then I went on vacation from which everyone in my family came home sick, and since then I've had a full calendar...FULL. I planned on giving myself a break and sleeping in for vacation and a few more days but I felt awful! I was tired all the time and cranky and so stressed out! Yesterday evening I finally felt my mojo come back. I got out my workout clothes and my dumbbell and got my exercise station set up to be ready to go this morning and yes, I crushed it. I'm so glad I took the time off that I needed but I already feel so much better! Thanks for being here. I'm so excited I got to meet you at Fitcation 2021. It really helped me solidify my goals.

    Today is day 308 of consistent workouts with Sydney for me. During my journey I have lost weight, gotten stronger and have never felt more confident in my own body. Sydney has helped me change my life in so many ways! The biggest goal that keeps me going is constantly reminding myself that I am worth all this effort. Pushing myself past the limits I thought I would never surpass, and being thankful for the body I am in. Something Sydney often comes back to that I have valued so much is the question what are you most grateful for. I have written them down and think about them all the time.     This workout proved to be a pivotal moment in this journey that I've been on with Sydney since quarantine in March of last year. I spent 2 years before that using the gym consistently for the first time and absolutely punishing my body in terrible ways. I'm only 23 but I spent an entire adolescence shaming and hating myself in ways I can't even fathom today. I thought nothing could change that mindset, that there was no saving me. For the first time in my life the scale is insignificant to me. I am still fat and proud of it and yet I was able to last through every single round of the burpees with vigor. I was terrified when Sydney said she'd be reintroducing cardio because that's definitely my weak point still and yet this workout FLEW by. I never thought this could be my life. I never thought I could feel this good. Sydney gave that to me and I can't wait to keep stronger and healthier and happier with this incredible group of people!! Happy Monday! Crushed it!

    I just finished your strong program yesterday and moved on to strong boost! (yes i’m 2 months behind but i’ll catch up!)     Nothing compares to a workout with Sydney! I went back to bootcamp style workouts at a local gym and I can't even begin to count the number of times that I would be in the middle of a set feeling absolutely defeated. The mentality and language used at these gyms is just not my vibe. Need some more of this back in my life!

    I lost 42 pounds after my first baby in 2019. I'm thankful for stumbling upon your videos! I just had my 2nd baby in April and have started again the end of June trying to lose pregnancy weight and tone up again! 21 pounds to my goal of 136 pounds (what I was before I got pregnant), lost 13 pounds already. I will do it agan! I crushed the Strong program and i will do all the others! Thank you Sydney ❤❤❤❤

    This is the first program of yours that I’m going to follow! I have recently just subscribed to your channel and I love it!! I crushed this workout. I went from my 10s to 15s. First 2 rounds my 10s and last round was my 15s! So I’m feeling good after this!!

      Hi Katie! Amazing strength! I am a guy and started training! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells and upto 16 minute mark after which my arms just gave up! 😟

I want to be primed for all the lifting and moving I will be doing while also prepping to enter a new era of my life.     I miss cardio (and I didn’t know that until starting this workout!)!
    My journey started in June of 2020, and I stayed consistent since then, working out with Sydney! Now my goals are: improve my English, lower fat and gain muscle!
    Me and my mom crushed it!!!
    I love the snatch’s, burpees and even the mountain climbers were easy than I remembered!

    I joined my wife following your workouts this Spring and really enjoy them!
    Goal for first 90 days was to establish a consistent, 5x per week exercise routine involving strength and conditioning. Nailed it!
    Goal for the 2nd 90 days was to increase strength, agility, and endurance for improved performance during and enjoyment of hiking that I love to do. Achieved noticeable improvement over 2020.
    Current 90 day goal is to achieve a measurable increase muscle mass and decrease in body fat. I want to start optimizing my fitness in terms of strength, agility, and decreased body fat for healthy aging (balance, endurance, joint health, etc.) in the decades to come.
    Thank you for your online program! It’s the best!

    Whooooo! I don’t know if it’s the first day vibe or the 30 second work period but that was so fun! I am not a fan of cardio that’s not walking/jogging or running (certainly nothing that requires too much coordination) but I crushed those mountain climbers and burpees. Yes! I don’t think I would have been able to do that a month ago. Hope to keep this momentum all month. Thanks.

    MAN HAVE I MISSED CARDIO!! I do this so my mind is clear and I’m mentally prepared to make it through my day. I’ve got two kids and my husband is in the military. Sometimes I feel like I’m going to burst then I work out and I feel so much better! So blessed to have found you Sydney!

    My goals for this month is to tone more- but most importantly learning to compliment myself instead of always putting myself down. I've struggled with body dysmorphia and an ED for a long time. Following you for the past year has shed new light on nutrition and being healthy vs just focusing on the scale (haven't weighed myself in over year) and changed me for the better and I'm stronger!
    On that note, loved this workout and really missed strength and conditioning! ♡

    Currently 9 weeks post partum with baby #4 and trying to lose some of the baby weight. Taking it one step at a time and listening to my body.     So happy to have had a friend recommend you to me. As I fast approach 67, it is more and more important to me to continue to work on my strength, conditioning, and balance in order to enjoy every minute of life. Since beginning with your Burn program, I have seen improvements in my cycling, golf game, and my ability to hold a position in order to get the shot for my photography.     I am coming back after 4 days of crazy life, and just needing to get my mind right. I am taking time off social media because it has really been messing up my mental health.
    I am working on loving myself and this journey that I am on with you. I am working on finding who I am as me, not a mom, wife, friend, or sister. I want to find who I am and the only way to do that is to make me a priority. Even though I had to stop and breathe due to sinus issues and coughing I did not leave. I finished strong!     I went to the gym for the first time in years and was told that I was ”skinny fat”. I’ve been running until I turned 50 but have now decided to do weights and shape my body and gain more muscle. I'm expecting a boy in September so I've been doing all your pregnancy workouts 😁. you've been such an inspiration to me, I'm notle in school for my bachelor's in fitness science, and I was so confused about the workouts for pregnancy untill I saw yours! I've been watching you for years but I did fall off for a lil while. I was depressed, I became an alcoholic and just not myself, until you popped back up one day and I watched and listened and you put me back on track so congratulations and thank you for being you and such a big part of my life.. you saved me.

    I did 2 workouts back to back from the July 2022 program…I felt good and just kept breathing to stay (not leave)!
    I went up each round and challenged myself in all areas! Heavier & more reps with good form!

    What a way to start Strong - Boost Edition!!! This workout was INSANE and i loved every single sweaty second of it. Pushed myself more than ever before, using weights that used to scare me. This month I am fully focused on reaching my physical and mental goals. My eating habits are changing for the better, as I know that's my biggest downfall. I do all my workouts and mostly stay on track with nutrition but not enough, so this is the month that changes and I'm so excited.     I have been watching your videos for years. I found out I was pregnant in June and was super sick all first trimester and couldn’t workout or do much of anything. The second trimester has been a bit better but I lost a lot of motivation and energy for exercising like I used to. Today I finally felt good enough and motivated to workout. Of course I had to modify a lot. I had to modify some of the modifications haha. I’m 25 weeks and a lot of motion issue. Let me tell you…. I absolutely LOVE your videos. They make me feel so good and healthy. Thank you for your words and workouts and for workout out during your own pregnancy! I know that my body and endurance level is different so I am not able to do everything you can at the same point in pregnancy but just seeing you do some of them has given me motivations to get back to where I was.
