    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our cardio exercises ! We will rock 25 exercises for 2 rounds of 40-30 seconds of work with 10-15 seconds rest. You wont need any equipment for this workout so just grab your water and a sweat towel and let's get started! Let me know if you crushed it in the comments below!

    T-Toe Taps up and down mat
    E-eccentric push ups

      Loved it and crushed it! Struggling with meeting macros, particularly protein, I’m a vegetarian. Lots of processed plant-based options out there, but all super high in sodium. Any suggestions? You are the best, Sydney!

      Such a mental workout for me today. With 20 minutes to go I told myself why am I so in my head, it’s not like I’m going to quit. Last 20 minutes I crushed and enjoyed it!! Thanks Sydney!!

      I crushed it from I to D. I struggle with bodyweight workouts. Weighted are easier still I know I need these bodyweighted to accomplish my goals of being healthy and strong

    This may not mean anything to anyone but tomorrow is the last day and FIRST TIME EVER of me completing a fitness challenge.       @@claireward5865 honestly, SHRED sounds pretty difficult if its anything like today’s workout. I’ve come to really like equipment. Hopefully i’ll like it and will find it doable.

    Real talk: I have a headache, I have my period, I’m bloated and cranky and I did NOT want to do this workout. Just knowing that Sydney was here with me and all of you were out there crushing it pushed me to crush it until the end! What a fun, challenging cardio workout

    CRUSHED IT! Something that I am struggling with is body acceptance, learning to appreciate my body for what is DOES as opposed to how it LOOKS. I know everyone is on a different journey, but for me, I am needing to gain weight as I go through eating disorder recovery. I love Sydney's workouts because she doesn't say things like, "beach body ready" or "getting slim". I appreciate her thought on being POWERFUL, but I still have trouble loving my body and not beating myself up as I gain weight. Sydney, you have (and continue) to help me every day. Take care 💪☺️❤️

    We did that, like.... we actually did just that! So proud of everyone here!
    The most difficult thing for me is the rest day (I know, I also can't believe I'm saying this), my brain makes me feel guilty if I don't workout and I know it's bad for my body but I can't seem to get better at my rest days.

      You work your body hard all week and if you stay good on nutrition too there is no need to feel bad. Try remembering that rest day is needed so you can be your best the rest of the week. 😉

      I still work out on the rest day but it’s something low impact/non-weighted.

    The first thing I do when I wake up every morning is check Sydney's RUclips channel on my phone before getting out of bed to see what the workout is. I am way more into strength and heavy weight training, so I am always a little disappointed when I see a cardio workout. However, I still get up and crush it, and usually end up being way more proud of myself after pushing myself through something that may not be my favorite workout of all time. Today's workout was amazing and a great reminder of how far I can push myself if I block out the negativity. Sydney has given direction and structure to my fitness life over the past year, and I couldn't be more grateful to follow her into battle every day!

    intense work out! I made the mistake of drinking too much water early on and when it came to donkey kicks I could hear it sloshing around in my stomach- yuck!Month on month the work outs seem to becoming more intense. Delighted to still be here on my 69 th birthday month. looking forward to SHRED. Thank you .stay safe

    Thank you so much Sydney!! I had knee surgery less than 4 months ago and my doctors can't believe how strong my leg is getting already! It's all thanks to you! I used to do a lot of the exercises with modifications but today was the first time I did everything without!       Cutting out sugar is tough but so with it. There are a lot of sugar-free options out there. You got this.

      While I am not a vegetarian, nutrition is my struggle too! My sweet (and sometimes salty) tooth gets me too often! I find a lot of sugar free options have a bad after taste so I have been trying to limit the amount of sweets and sugars I consume. We can do this!!

    For those of you dreading this workout like me, just do it. You never how strong and capable you are until you cross that line into the unknown. I was so afraid of my heart rate getting out of control, but I ended up feeling stronger and more in control of my body than before. Thanks, Sydney, for your excellent training!

    That was a fun way to remind us of all we have done already this year. I crushed it and I’m so happy to say that since I started working out with Sydney 2 years ago, my cardio stamina is through the roof. My arms and legs are so much stronger and you can see such a difference in my muscle definition. I am stronger, faster and happier! My dedication is not an issue, I look forward every day to working out! My issue always comes to sweets.... love sweets and “snacks”. I’ve been doing so much better with snacking more smartly but still could cut back on that some. Thank you Sydney for keeping our best interest at heart and pushing us always to be our best selves. This burn programs has rocked! Can’t wait for Shred!

    Best workouts ever! I never have to think about what to do what day...I get the calendar and it's awesome for $7.99. I don't even have a gym membership anymore. I have an awesome personal trainer who actually does the entire workouts with me! Why would I want anything else? Sydney, you have an amazing heart and have been through so much....you are thoughtful and motivational and keeping me healthy. I am forever grateful!!!

    Morning, Sydney Squad! I crushed this workout even though I had to dial it back due to physical toll of stress from work. Stress from work is my weakness right now. I’m proud of myself for listening to my body and doing this workout. The workouts have helped me deal with the stress.     I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy, and it helps sooooo much to have modifications. Unfortunately, I can’t go too much beast mode right now. I’m listening to my body, and getting a great workout regardless. Thank you Sydney!!!

    Crushed it! I do your workouts almost every single day. I will at times give my body an break (2-3 times a month) only because my body is in too much fatigue state. The most I struggle is upper back and the behind the neck area. Seems like that area is always stiff, sore and hard.. otherwise, I feel great! I now have 6 packs and toned body. And the best part of my journey with you is that I eat when I want and what I want to (healthy) and I am not getting any fat. Oh and also.. my mental health is beyond healthier now than ever. Your workout videos are definitely an must have to my everyday life now. Thank you 100000000000000 million times. You are truly amazing. ❤

    O my gosh! By the time we got to shred I was exhausted, but I finished 🎉. I never would have been able to do this a month ago which is a testament to how well thought & planned out this program is! I can't wait for Shred!

    Hi Sydney! Yes! I did finish, it was hard and I'm very sweaty but very happy right now. The struggle for me is injuries - apparently some from overuse. I love to exercise everyday, so I am learning what to do and what not to do. Very thankful for the variety, which allows me to at least do something, even when parts are hurting and cannot do the movements. I so appreciate you and what you are doing. ❤️

    I’ve been frustrated since I’m recovering from an injury and I’m not allowed to jump, run, or do high intensity workouts (which are my fav😝) So I’ve been focusing on more strength based workouts that are low impact. I’ve honestly been stubborn and haven’t been doing these cardio workouts because I know I’d feel bad I can’t be jumping around and I’d have to stay on the floor. BUT today I decided to stop being stubborn and did this workout with the modifications of staying on the ground. And I’m SO SO happy I did!💗🤩 That was absolutely amazing and I feel great!     Definitely had to pause and take some extra breathers because this was SO HARD but I’m proud of myself for doing it and I can’t wait to do more from Sydney!!

    I am so proud of all of us for making it this far. today was amazing. Anyone else feel like some of these are bomb dance moves? Maybe a dance cardio in the near future 👀? I am struggling with moving after this. I commit to the 30-60 minutes and then barely move the rest of the day.

    Being a mom and wife that works full time and has a household to run, makes it hard sometimes to find the hour that I need each day to workout. But I try to make it a priority everyday to do it.
    I am excited for next month. I hope there will still be plenty of weights thrown in with the cardio.

    Sooo excited to have made it this far in the year without missing a single day! The workouts are getting more and more intense as I get stronger and stronger.     I noticed I was pacing myself in the first exercise. I made a conscious choice for the first time to push myself even if it meant I had to take breaks later on in the workout. And I did it! With a few added breaks, but I pushed in every movement, even those tricky T jumps! Thank you so much Sydney and Dustin and all you badasses working along with me! I'm so proud of us!

    DANG! So normally I would freak out at such a long cardio workout BUT I did it and am so proud of how far I am come! I need to stop looking at the scale though... It's been 6 months straight of Sydney's workouts, plus calorie deficit and I have lost nadda. So that is my goal this month! HOWEVER I have lost inches in my legs for sure, it's so hard to not look at a scale and feel defeated. Thank you again SO much! Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

    36 mins in workout and just wanna ask why are u killing our legs todayyy!!! Totally crazy feels like I cannot complete it.
    EDIT: took a 5 mins break in total, had to stop 2-3 mins after minute no. 36 to push myself back into the workout and I PUSHEDDD AND CRUSHED IT. As Sydney would say if its hard that means you have room for improvement and something to look forward to!!!

    I was not feeling up to this today, I felt sluggish and emotionally fatigued. I also don't love cardio, and it being a longer workout made it feel extra daunting. I procrastinated it for a while, contemplated doing a workout that seemed more appealing/less difficult for me, but I made a commitment to myself and Sydney to complete this program just like I did the last 2. I'm here now, after the cool down, it was tough and I cursed the wind a few times, but I did it. As Sydney says, take what you get from these workouts and think about how you can implement the lessons into the rest of your life. I can do hard things, we can all do hard things and come out strong.

      Yeah, I skipped yesterday because body weight = angry wrists every time! And I usually skip her cardio days because they usually involve too much impact/jump rope! I’m picky, I know! 🤷‍♀️

    Ok we KNEW she’d sneak in mountain climbers, didn’t we? 😉 (I was expecting “E for Everest” or “C for Cascades” or something like that so I alllllllmost thought we were safe. Then she comes up with “N for Nonstop.” I should have known. 😆) Way to push us, Sydney, and way to go, team!

    this is the first time ive completed a full program I feel so strong and can now do regular push ups and dips!! i havent done them in years so easily ! My only struggle is ive gained so much strength but i'm still struggling to lose weight/ my stubborn fat!!! i try to eat clean and drink water but I dont know what i'm doing wrong! Thank you for these workouts I dont know where I would be mentally/ physically

    Crushed day 30☑️BURN has been one of my favorites! Can’t wait for SHRED💪💪❤️loving my progress and consistency. I struggle with my nutrition but I have to keep telling myself I can do it just like I show up and crush the workouts. I’m a work in progress and I’m making it happen❤️🔥

    I did NOT wanna do a 50min HIIT today. I was tired of cardio and feeling demotivated. But i had a feeling that after the workout I'd be so happy. And boy oh boy was i right! This was an amazing workout. I didn't even notice the time and i pushed myself! I rested minimally and finished the workout portion in 55mins or so. Thanks for pushing me Syd 🥰.

    This workout kicked by butt! I had very low energy today for some reason, but I kept at it until the end giving it all I could. I still struggle with my nutrition, eating less sugar especially. I also struggle with getting good sleep on a regular schedule. I have been making these workouts a priority for me every day which make me feel great, thank you!

    Oh my! This workout!!!!!! What a challenge! I try my best every day to get myself through the workouts, and eat as healthy as possible, like have a smoothie, add a salad to my lunch(healthy choice meals)😉 and make healthy dinners!
