Worked it this morning, and was already breathless after the first set (whaaaat?!?!) I must say Dirty30 has changed my perspective of conditioning workout. I recall when I first started a month plus ago, I explored a 60min strength and conditioning, it freaked me out, I didn't enjoy it & would always skip it and replace it with my comfortable kind of training - which has to be strength, dumbells etc. Now, my mindset has changed, perspective as well...this has to be the best version of myself: conquering uncomfortable heights! Hi Tania? What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men as well? I am a man and started this but it was too difficult! I used only 1 lb dumbbells but didn't even last 16 minutes into the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at just how strong and muscular all the women are here!
This really ladders up to that burpee cling-on at the end. This is more focused on the strength moves and maybe not as "intense" as some of Sydney's other high-impact workouts but you will be dripping sweat by the end. I always look forward to the "you have made it to your cooldown" but Sydney threw in a new motivational one-liner today "you either get to breath or drink water" - TOUGH!
