Hi ! Is this lesson also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 2 lb dumbbells throughout but could not last more than 10 minutes when my upper body completely gave up and I stopped. My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 30 lbs!! Her biceps are very thick and strong like Sydney's! I feel really low and defeated :(

It was rough last year for me when you only posted three days a week! After consistently posting Six days a week for the several years prior. I hesitate to send comments because I realize you get hundreds and hundreds of comments each week and probably won’t even see this, but I just wanted you to know that it makes a big difference in my life! Keep rockin!
Love this Sydney! I’m just wondering if next time you can do an ABC format. For example, do one bicep move, then one tricep move them one abdominal move. And then repeat the cycle. Just feel like I can get better reps if I diversify the muscle groups. But I love this!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
