      I received my glute resistance bands last week and was so excited to do this workout that I jumped into the bonus workout without hesitation. My legs are on 🔥🔥🔥

    Sydney I’ve lost 20 pounds doing your workouts for 5 months!! I loved the workout in the beginning of quarantine I was 170 now I’m 150lb I was 200lb before 2020 I lost a little weight on my own but it was all you girl that gave me motivation and made me move and get stronger Everyday and I will keep striving and doing your workouts for ever!!

      Did you do any other cardio ect with her workouts ..and did your clothes fit differnt more then scale showed ?

    Me: ”oh only 35 minutes, this should be easy” I literally almost slipped in my own sweat near the end, this was a killer especially combined with the bonus workout 😅

      @@maryamkhan9277 ya those are definitely a weak point for me as well. i lift 64lb film rolls at least 6 times a day at work but i cant seem to properly lift myself when it comes to push ups :S

    Crushed it! I haven't done strength training for 3 months due to injury and tbh more than 30 mins a day, I just can't commit to in this stage of life. Loving the 30 minute fan favorite calendar! I would buy a 30 min express workout calendar every month. Thank you Syndey!

    Day 5 of August Fan Favs!! Not gonna lie.. I didn't like it for about 60% of the workout. That is all on me because I probably skipped this day seeing that it was legs. By the end, I realized that I completed something HARD. I'm fit & strong and I have myself and yall to thank. Can't wait to complete next week!

      Also!! I did the single leg lifts with the single leg squat with 15 and I usually stick to body weights.. YOU'RE THE BEST AND SO MOTIVATIONAL. Thanks for helping me with my progress

    My left knee was really playing up today but I didn’t get discouraged when I had to sit moves out! I simply kept moving and chose moves I knew I could do instead! Onwards and upwards 🥳

    Fabulous 30 minute workout. My favorite was the deadlift on on leg and the staggered squat. Sydney you will be proud of me for doing those deadlifts balancing on the other leg. I am getting stronger and my balance has improved so much. Sydney as soon I start the workout, I feel all charged up and ready to go. You inspire me.
