    You’re killing it Sydney, not only do you upload every single day with videos that are usually 40 min or longer, now you’re giving us bonus content too? No other fitness RUclips uploads every single day, and their workouts are always only like 10-20 min long. You’re the hardest working fitness RUclipsr out there and honestly you deserve a million subscribers more than any other fitness youtuber who don’t even put in half the effort you do

    Would love to see more 20 minute workouts. I am using these workouts for my middle school PE classes in online learning and the kids enjoy how motivated and positive Sydney is. But the 30 minute workouts are a bit much for most of them.

    Sydney I think I can speak for everyone when I say I’m so thankful for you and your workouts, so many varieties you have for any situation: small space, for the ones with time crunch because life happens, multiple family members want to work out but don’t have enough equipment and the list of reasons go on! 😄I will stick with this one today because I don’t feel good and don’t want to hold weights, and I still have to finish laundry and go grocery shopping! Thank you for making all these options that are realistic, possible for all of us 💕

    I almost cried when I saw there was a second workout! Tears of joy? Tears of pain (the good pain, not the bad don't worry about that)? Glad I showed up, glad I finished (my 7 year old cheering me on and joining in) and glad you all were here commenting about a 'bonus' workout that you finished. It pushed me to follow your lead.     that half plank leg lift and side - really got me for the 2nd round so i skipped it entirely. Lost 198 calories in 22 minutes. You know SC, your workouts are amazing. I like that they are all different, each day you post one, you remain cheerful and thats a lesson for us. We forget that joy, that exuberance, it is really helpful for me. this 20 min workout was eveyrthing. i have done p90x in my late 20's , body beast, 21 day fix, yoga retreat but the predictability and stern-ness made me not want to do it. With you, I feel the jive is entirely different. Thank you.

    A 20 min bonus workout after todays workout?!?!?! I almost didn't do it having almost maxed out my legs and glutes but I pushed myself and finished this one too!! Now I'll just be walking like a newborn giraffe all day! Crushed it!

    Sydney, you're amazing!! I wasn't planning on working oyt today, because I'm with my baby during the day and need to work after he's going to sleep (we're on lock down, but people need to work from home). But 20 minutes I can fit in for sure!

    I had zero motivation to workout today. I decided to do this video anyway. I did about 15 minutes than cut it short to do a nice stretch after. Please Sydney do more short videos for days when the motivation is lacking. Your the best!

    Love this! Just coming back from abdominal surgery about 9 days ago and your leg workouts (minus the bear crawl) are perfect-and as per what you teach, I just modify the moves like that when needed. And I can make any of the leg workouts bodyweight to ensure I keep the muscle mass I've accumulated with all of your other workouts until I can get back to weights 😊 THANK YOU for all of the amazing workouts and positivity. You make such a HUGE difference for so many people out there including myself.

    I did this immediately after the 45 minute workout. That side leg lift burned way more than I expected for a body weight move!

    Loved this short workout, especially as I have not been doing the regular workouts for approx. 2 weeks as I have been doing hard labour in my back garden - digging, weeding and planting (taking full advantage of the warm weather in the UK). Thanks Sydney - just what I needed today!!

    This was a good 20 mins workout. I did this one after the 40 mins one & thought it would be easy, but no Sydney never puts easy it was tiring but I crushed it with full energy. Thanks Sydney you are the best trainer anyone can ask for😊💪

    Came here right after the legs and glutes workout, and this felt amazing although i was tired by the end of previous workout. Also this extra bonus workout is perfect if you want to add it with only upper body workouts! Keep these bonus ones coming and we will be right here with you!

    Not sure if it is because my torso and arms are far shorter than my legs, but doing the side leg lift was killing my hip. I had to prop up on a dumbbell because I wasn't propped up like you, Sydney, I was leaned over. Maybe I need to stretch my hips more... unsure but that was painful for me. :( Everything else though was super fun, I felt so strong in this one. Thanks again for all you both do! Much love!
