    if the working periods are going to be longer, then there really ought to be longer rest periods as well- 15 seconds in between 60 second work periods could easily invite injury given that it’s barely any time to feel recovered at all and the reps suffer overall (my lower back was terribly feeling it); just a bit of feedback i hope you will consider for the future! i wouldn’t mind these workouts being extended to longer 45~60 min sessions if the quality of reps can be even better with adequate rest time ^^ thank you for everything that you do!

      I totally understand that feeling and also sometimes feel similarly. I think the goal of long work periods with only 15 sec rest is to work on endurance. I try to just drop the weight when I feel it in my back during the longer sets and it usually helps me feel the burn of the long work periods but not compromise form.
      Also totally miss the 45 - 60 min videos so would be open to that too :P
      Congrats on crushing it and being in tune with your form!

    This was SO hard and I loved every minute. I didn't even get a chance to look at the clock because I was working SO hard, thanks!
    On a personal note my cholesterol dropped 29 points and I am confident it was committing to the Sydney workouts AND diet changes. 205-176; I also gained 6 lbs of MUSCLE, 126-132, and my Dr was like, "WOW"!

    Sidenote…as a consistent Sydney follower for years I’m really over people complaining bout the workout formats! You do ALL of this for free and put TIME EFFORT AND ENERGY into every single workout! If it’s not meeting your need for the day cool just swipe to another program! But can we just please appreciate her and what she does! Not trying to disrespect or offend just really don’t get it. If I don’t like the workout I skip it and do something else but let’s not make it a negative! Just not the WOD for you that day! Love what you do for you and what works! That’s all! So again THANK YOU SYDNEY! I APPRECIATE YOU AND THE WORKOUTS!

      Everyone is entitled to have an opinion, if you don’t like the comment then just keep scrolling. No one is attacking her personally they just have a difference in opinions. The one thing that I dislike in this group is that if a person says something they don’t like they are ready to attack!!

    Just hit 5y anniversary with Sydney. This one was amazing! It never ceases to amaze me how Sydney puts so much education and thought in her workouts. Heart rate up the entire time. Muscle fatigue. All boxes checked! Thanks so much for your dedication to us and the channel!

    This was a really hard workout for me. I was fighting back tears. But I made it through. Trying to tell myself it was hard because I pushed myself to become stronger…

    I accepted and crushed this challenge on Thursday, 11-30-2023! I really love the ladder-style workouts! Whew! By the way, I love the set, color scheme of the set, the programming, the timer countdown for the strength moves, the motivation, and the videography created by Dustin and Sydney. When I earn more funds, I'm buying more Royal Change apparel!

    I miss Sydney and the community! I've actively followed Sydney's calendars and workouts for over three years. After I broke my ankle bone last weekend, this old lady will have to sit it out through December and maybe even longer. Sydney, perhaps you can do a series for staying strong with lower body injuries or recovering from an injury series, please?!?

    Holy Moley!!! That workout was crazy hard and intense with the burn factor!! TUT is no joke whatsoever as Sydney said at the end. I can’t believe I got through that in one piece but for sure I had to stop and breathe multiple times but I did not leave!!     Found this really tough today. Started off using dumbbells but by the reverse lunges I stopped using them and went body weight for the rest!! I’m trying not to feel disappointed in myself. Thought I’d be strong enough to get through this I’ve been working out regularly with Sydney for 4 years now.

      This was a tough workout!! You should not be disappointed in yourself at all. I've been working out with Sydney for 3-4 years now and also found it very challenging. Proud of you for completing this workout! Some days 100% looks different than others and that's okay.

    No words just a bunch of tears but all worth it. I did feel a bit lightheaded & winded coming up from after several pulses. Thought I was gonna pass out. At least I’m done now. I dreaded this one. I know Sydney brings the burn & business.

    I definitely felt the burn with this one. Sydney knows how to push up to levels we didn't think possible at least that's the case for me. I'm here at the end though so I crushed it even though I had to slow down at some points and breathe.

    Sydney bringing the FIRE as always 🔥I am 7 week post partum after my C-section and this was a real challenge, of course had to modify some due to lack of core stability but still felt so good afterwards. Feeling proud! 💪🏼Well done all of you completing this, you are AWESOME🖤

    I’ve been following Sydney faithfully since 2019 and this was by far the hardest leg workout I’ve ever done. Felt a little physically ill at times but pushed thru to the end!

    I got home and looked at description, thought “Self, it’s only 30 minutes, can’t be that bad”. After: “Holy Sheets, 30 minutes under tension was more like hours! What is happening?” But I crushed it, might be crawling the rest of the night, but I did it!

    Thanks Sidney for the hard workout! Im more thinking out loud but I’m so glad I have healed my Diastasis Recti, I wouldn’t have been able to do some of those moves. I did need those thigh workouts so thank you 🙏🏼😄

    In all the workouts I've done with you, I think that was the first time I didn't hear "you've made it to your cooldown." I desperately needed to hear that today, because that workout buuuuuurrrned! It was a killer, but I crushed it. We are knocking out this week hard! Thank you!!
