30 Minute No Repeats Legs Workout

    Today I am 37 weeks pregnant and I'm so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!
    Today's workout is a legs workout where we will work through 25 exercises to target our lower body strength. This workout was so much fun and I can't wait to see you pushing yourself through this one with me! Our work periods will be 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest so be ready to push hard in those no repeat work periods!
    I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
    I used my bench for split squats and step ups and I also my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you have them!
    Exercises:
    1. Front Squat Left
    2. Front Squat Right
    3. Forward Lunge Left
    4. Forward Lunge Right
    5. Low Hold Sumo Squat
    6. Alternating Lunges Forward
    7. Step Back Squat Pulse
    8. Reverse Lunge Left
    9. Reverse Lunge Right
    10. Lateral Squat Walk
    11. Step to front of mat and back in squat
    12. Lateral Lunge Left
    13. Lateral Lunge Right
    14. Alternating Step back Squats
    15. Eccentric Squat Jumps

    I had both of my babies at 38+3, which means I am in total “is he here yet?!” mode already! Cannot believe how easily Sydney continues to kick my butt. You’re amazing!

      I know! I remember not being able to touch my toes because of the baby belly. Of course, I wasn't even close to being in shape like she is, lol!

    You weren’t kidding on your story.. all of the sweat!!! I have always struggled with nutrition. I made a goal of getting active again, and making it a habit first. Going on three weeks of working out with you, and I feel great! So now, my focus is definitely nutrition. Thanks for being such a light in this world!

    When I first started your workouts I could barely finish or even walk comfortably for several days afterward. Now I CAN do your workouts without feeling completely drained and with little muscle soreness. I absolutely love that you make me feel empowered and am always excited to complete another workout with you. Thank you!!!

    This was great! Love no repeats especially when split squats are involved 😁. I am going to work on my hydration. Would love to work in my sleep but that would require my husband to stop snoring 🙄

    Be headstrong in the pursuit of excellence! Great words of wisdom by Sydney today!! I'm choosing to focus on my hydration. I've fallen off a little bit with the busyness of end of the school year and last minute prep for vacation next week. I am setting my mind up today to only drink water and my fresh made green juice until I leave on Tuesday. My body needs it. Way to work this week squad!     What a fun workout! I was so tempted today to do the older longer workout but I had told myself I would continue with Sydney through to the end of her pg, to support her, D and the channel on this approaching new journey. Thank you for the amazing workout really got to push into my heavier weights.

    Normally I don't look forward to leg day each week. Believe it or not, today it was my favorite workout of the week. Loved the no-repeat and quick pace. Dripping in sweat and shaking legs after - loved it! Thanks, Sydney!

    I just wish someone like you was around when I was younger. Starting at an early age (i'd say 5th grade) and onwards I was always told to eat less. Being told this from mentors, my parents, it made me feel ashamed every time I ate, and I would eventually start binging when others weren't around. If someone just told me, just eat more of these fruits or vegetables...what I difference that would make....and finally is making in my mid-twenties. It's been so helpful for a fitness trainer to remind me the full circle that is health, and that restriction is not the answer.

    I am always working in nutrition, I’m gluten free, and sensitive to legumes and many vegetables. My energy is a 10, however, I need to work on my sleep. I do not know what else to do to sleep at least 5 hours straight through. Help! My strength has improved thanks to you, Sydney! I will be for ever thank you to you!

    Hydration for me!
    My leg is still shivering, SHIVERING!
    25 exercises intimidated me, at 8 I felt so irritated but suddenly we were at 22¡! Sweat everywhere and my heart is pounding! Love this, love you!

    Had my kids at 36 weeks and bed ridden most of my pregnancy. Watching Sydney amazes me every day!

    I am going to work on more sleep and nutrition. I eat pretty good but could do better. Being aware of what I eat is half the battle.
    This was a good woroutt today. Kept us movin and kept us sweaty!! Love a good leg day. And love how dedicated you are being you are so close to poppin! You are greatly appreciated!

    I worked on sleep. I didn't get up early to workout Friday because I needed the rest. I slept in today, but then picked up the Friday workout. I'll do Saturday on Sunday... unless I need more rest! Still continuing to work on those split squats. Can't believe I try them now every time. Thanks Syd!

    a couple weeks ago i commented about how my last leg workout i was able to use my heavest dumbbells but TODAY i beat that PR and used a 30lb dumbbell for the split squats! i love getting stronger and pushing my PRs higher and higher. its such an amazing feeling. thank you sydney for showing me what i am capable of!

    WOOOO I felt myself coasting a bit in the middle of the workout but I'm so glad I showed up strong for those squats at the end!! My quads were on 🔥 Definitely want to focus more on nutrition this week and getting more protein in to help build that muscle! 💪

I eat right 80% of the time but that 20% could be whats keeping me from getting where I want to be, Then the late nights and early mornings🥲, I need to adjust!
