She said this class will help me build very thick strong arms and great confidence! It was really hard for me. I could only manage the lesson with 1 lb dumbbells throughout. I stopped around 13 minutes as my arms just gave up. Is it very weak? My mom used 12s, 15s, and 25s.

@@rupinjeremiah9589 I used 10s, 15s, and 20s depending on the exercise, but I am a fitness professional myself, so I have been very consistent for a very long time. Just listen to your body, challenge yourself, and do your best. Building muscular endurance and strength takes time, so just take it one rep and one workout at a time. You can do it!

I will work hard at this. I will try it again without any weights and see! When my mom lifts a 30 lbs potatoes bag and puts it on the kitchen table with just one hand I feel so demotivated. I wish I can do that even with two hands.

I won't give up! I love the 30 min workouts. They seem so easy to fit in. My kids can usually entertain themselves for 30 minutes if I don't get the workout in before they wake up. I missed the last 4 days working out but I'm back. And I'm trying not to let that happen again.

I just completed a 30 mile hike in the high peaks of the adirondaks...we covered 4 peaks over 4000', I don't even know the elevation change but it was challenging physically and mentally and I KNOW that working out with you helped me to accomplish what I did. 30 minutes is the PERFECT workout length for me! I feel like I’m able to convince myself to go harder and it’s easier to talk myself into starting than longer workouts.

After a wonderful Mediterranean vacation, I was quite hesitant to get back to exercise. I felt awful because I felt weaker than I did prior to my vacation, but Sydney’s words about how life is strengthening you not victimizing you is EXACTLY what I needed to hear. Thank you!
