      @@bellystrong update: I’ve got a happy healthy two month old and I’m back to pre pregnancy weight. Workouts like this really helped my body prepare. Thank you again 🙏🏽💕

    Will this help to induce labour

      I'm afraid the best I can give you is a 'maybe'. Generally the baby will come when they are ready, but a number of women have felt that exercise has helped them induce labour!
