I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I have been having some lower back and pelvic girdle pain and this yoga flow has been absolutely incredible to help relieve some of that discomfort. I do this everyday and genuinely feel so much better after! 37 weeks and so grateful to have found this video!
This is my favorite practice I've done so far this pregnancy. All the stretches felt amazing and the poses have me feeling really strong. Great start to my day!
Oh my goodness. In the ending when we laid on the blocks, my spine cracked in a few spots and it felt soooo good. It was exactly what I needed. Felt amazing. I will definitely come back to this video. Thank you. 35 wks here btw!
Really enjoying this video, been doing it most days since about 35 weeks and feels so good to move and have a stretch in the morning. I found it a little fast so I watch it on 0.75 speed which is perfect!
There's actually special exercises designed for having labour at home and make the process all natural. For this exceptional achievement you need start practicing in you first month or even before planning.
Gah, thank you! These stretches felt wonderful. 35 weeks along and will make this video a part of my daily routine from here on out. Your content is much appreciated.
What a lovely practice, being a yoga instructor myself I sometimes struggle with others practices, but I just adored yours and the flow was just seamless. I will be back daily until baba comes :-) THANKS Cheryl!
Thanks, this was great. I'm super stiff and my back is terrible at the moment but I'm going to do this now until the birth to try and supple up (I'm 31 wks)
Love this- thank you! I’m curious..for the last pose where you’re laying on your back, do you have any alternate ideas? Laying on my back is making me dizzy this far along!
Thank you! I'm 36 weeks and that was amazing. Bella is a big baby. And that helped my so much already. Very much going to be a part of my routine. I already was doing some of those plus a few others. Down ward dog was kinda rough for me...
Thank you so much for this wonderful flow! Felt great at 35 weeks and I’ll definitely come back! Just a question: i only have one yogablock so the position on the back is not possible for me as shown, do you have an alternative? Thanks in advance!
The best time is during the morning, but between 3:00pm/6:00pm is when body is fully warm up. I personally like to divide the exercises in two sessions, morning and late afternoon, but generally after a week practising your inner body voice will tell you😊
How do you ensure that there are no stretch marks and scars while our belly is growing? What do you use ? I will be glad if you help? I am open to suggestions
If you lay on your back for a long time it can restrict blood flow. Listen to your body, you will start to feel uncomfortable before it becomes harmful.
I like the stretches but this was way too fast. By the time I moved my body into the position it was onto the next and had no time to really stretch and breathe in each position.
Im sorry to 👂 that you shouldnt worry yourself God because you have little one inside you a little angel God child.I hope your health is good and your spirits are high and you will be ok with delivery because God I always with you dear I hope you had a wonderful memorial day weekend with you thank you Ms.Yoga instructor your are a very calming woman thank you.Good night and to the moon 🌚 and back
Empty stomach or after five hours; or else you can have something light. There's a special menu breakfast for yogi practitioners; very healthy and tasty 😊
I am sorry but I had very bad experience with this practice, my baby was head down and when I did these practices, the next day I had an ultrasound my baby was in breach position by the way I was 35 weeks pregnant that time. I thought maybe its not this practice its just me overthinking it then I kept doing these practices almost everyday and ended with back muscle problems and I was doing everything right. Well it didn't work for me at all. I switched to another RUclips channel and saw the exercise where you put your legs on the sofa and touch the ground that helped and my baby got back to the head down position.
Kind of glad to see this comment. I should have known because she spends a lot of time doing twists, which I have been told to avoid doing. She does warn not to twist at the stomach, but after how many different poses where I'm twisting my upper body, it gets hard to keep track
Thank you for sharing this, it’s good to know the harms in some stretches. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and I’m not sure what position my baby is supposed to be this early but I’ll keep this in mind as I approach the upcoming weeks
this person goes through stretches way too fast imo… i never felt like i was actually stretching anything out bc i only did the stretches for like two seconds each
I didnt find this exercise comfortable. I am 33weeks pregnant and i couldnt complete some moves. I feel its too intense and too fast. And not everyone has a block for exercising, an alternative should have been mentioned.
Yoga is done according to each individual possibilities, try pausing the video in between exercises and do only what feels right for your body. You can use a a thick book instead of a block.

Week 41 and really thankful for this short but very effective workout. Felt like a full body stretch.
This is my favorite practice I've done so far this pregnancy. All the stretches felt amazing and the poses have me feeling really strong. Great start to my day!

It said third trimester only
@@ellysathomas929928 weeks is the beginning of 3rd trimester :)
Started doing this most mornings from 36 weeks and 3 sleeps away from baby's due date. This has been perfect thank you so much 🙏🥰
Did it help with easy labour? ☺️
There's actually special exercises designed for having labour at home and make the process all natural. For this exceptional achievement you need start practicing in you first month or even before planning.

I can recommend you to a man of god who can help you to pray
Hi 😊

Please pray for my safe and natural birth I’m very confused 😮
This video really helped me a lot. This was my routine eveyday in my third trimester.
What a lovely practice, being a yoga instructor myself I sometimes struggle with others practices, but I just adored yours and the flow was just seamless. I will be back daily until baba comes :-) THANKS Cheryl!
Thank you for creating this video! Going in to the hospital tomorrow and so glad I did this exercise video the past few weeks!
I'm 36 weeks, that was a wonderful practice thank you! :)
37w +3d ans have just done this routine. I struggle with butterfly pose, but will keep trying. Thank you!
I’ve been following this routine every day for the last couple of weeks. Im 36 weeks. Great routine!
These exercises nd athmosphere are so relaxing! Where can I find more videos for yoga in pregnancy like that?
I’ve seen other videos but so far this one is the best, the stretches are not too hard and painful to do, thank you
Really enjoyed this, and at 41+4 I also wish it was about 1/2 as fast. Especially when transitioning between very different poses.
Really enjoyed this flow | relieved some aches and felt super calming. Thank you 🙏🏻
Thanks, this was great. I'm super stiff and my back is terrible at the moment but I'm going to do this now until the birth to try and supple up (I'm 31 wks)

Thank you so much. Exactly what I needed. A quick stretch with lots of breathing to get the oxygen into my muscles.
Miss doing these movements without pain in my wrists. This pregnancy carpal tunnel is no joke.
Currently overdue and feeling big but this was wonderful :) thank you
Almost 34 weeks here. And omg this was so yummy. Been feeling some pelvic discomfort off and on since 28 weeks but this has helped!
Great practice really enjoyed! I was a little out of breath but I want to practice daily so I can get better
Thank you so much for sharing. I'm 36weeks 3days. I will start this routine.❤
I don't have blocks like that but I did everything else

Thanks for the yoga! Which was your favorite month of pregnancy?
Is the last pose lying down on the back really safe?
Thank you for this
This really helped. Thank you

When should I start doing this??
After how many month of pregnancy we can start doing this exercise?
i’d say atleast 7th month. 30 weeks
The long has been your Yoga practice, the better and more time you give the body to prepare for the labour day .
Is that safe for the second trimester? I am 25 weeks now and I have pain in my ligaments I can’t even lift my legs everything hurt
Definitely consult with your medical professional! I don’t know your specific situation so I can’t say what might be safe or unsafe for you.
What is the perfect time to do this exercise i mean in morning ?
Before breakfast
The best time is during the morning, but between 3:00pm/6:00pm is when body is fully warm up. I personally like to divide the exercises in two sessions, morning and late afternoon, but generally after a week practising your inner body voice will tell you😊
Yes before breakfast.
How do you ensure that there are no stretch marks and scars while our belly is growing? What do you use ? I will be glad if you help? I am open to suggestions
Lotions can help but are not the solution, strech marks are mostly genetic, you can help prevent them by not gaining excess weight too quickly
Start using honey and carot juice mask for 15 minutes every day before the belly grows. This will avoid the stretch marks.
Can we do this in 8th month
Is it safe for 39weeks
Thank you for this amazing video 😘
Is it safe for 38th week?
Any type of yoga is safe as long as you listen to your body and intuition.
Do you think it is possible to jump into doing this flow after being out of practice for 7 months?
When do you suggest starting this? I just started third trimester.
Better late than never!! I’m 33 weeks and just started
The sooner, the better. Actually there's yoga exercises designed for every pregnancy season.
35 weeks and loved this one so much. Thank you!
I'm 29weeks pregnant woman, can I start this yoga???
Yes
Nice one for my wife too🙏
Thats amazing thank you so much Cheryl
Fjfhd
Nice and interesting
37weeks and will do this now. Thanks
I heard it's not safe to lie on your back for a long time at third trimester?
If you lay on your back for a long time it can restrict blood flow. Listen to your body, you will start to feel uncomfortable before it becomes harmful.
What should i use if i dont have the blocks?
I rolled a few towels
Can i try this from 28 weeks?
Yes.
Wow adorable ❤
This was perfect ❤️ thank you!
I'm 27 weeks pregnancy. Can I try this?
Yes, and there's some others yoga exercises for every pregnancy season and designed to prepare the pelvic area for a smooth labour transition 😊
Thank you
This is an amazing flow! Thank you so much for being a wonderful instructor
I did this routine for the first time at 35 weeks and baby dropped that day. Might just be coincidence, but who knows...😊
I can recommend you to a man of god who can help you to pray
Thank you! This was perfect, much love!!

Can this be done at 30 weeks?
Yes. There's actually special exercises for every pregnant season, as well designed to have a smooth labour day.
I felt that dropping effect or cervix got relaxed after that deep squat
Its a good stretch, but it goes too fast and its not for beginners
There are modification of all these postures for each different level of strength and flexibility ❤
Had to stop 3 mins in the narration is too fast for relation and mindfulness. Hopefully it can be considered next time. Ty
When i will do it? Empty stomach or after eating??
It's generally advised to wait two hours after a meal to practise yoga.
I find it easier to do on an empty stomach, more room to move 😆
Empty stomach or after five hours; or else you can have something light. There's a special menu breakfast for yogi practitioners; very healthy and tasty 😊
Was a great flow but the voice over is so rushed that I couldn’t really relax.
I slowed the video speed to .75x and was much more relaxing for me.
♥️♥️

ولدتي يا أختي
Too fast with the breathing
You can adapt the breathing rythm always. Every person has a personal breathing rythm.

That’s not her fault. You baby turned due to other reasons
All babies can turn up until 40 weeks. Has nothing to do with these movements. Its good to twist the spine but not push too far.
This was too fast. You moved into positions with 0 time, especially for pregnant women
this person goes through stretches way too fast imo… i never felt like i was actually stretching anything out bc i only did the stretches for like two seconds each
