22 weeks pregnant, first baby! I was very active before but my body is feeling very different since 2-3 weeks! I need to do easier workouts now. I’m in love with your pregnancy program. Thank you so much!!❤
Ilovelove Sally so much. On my first 3 months and having an office job that requires sitting mostly 8hrs I felt my body getting weak. I feel sluggish even on my day off, have a hard breathing now and then but thank goodness my morning sickness wasn't intense but could sense myself blacking out during work hours that why I took a 2weeks leave and met Sally on my 3rd rest then tried 10mins first on my 1st week of leave and on my 2nd week did a solid 30mins for 5days then rest 2 days before coming back to work and I felt better than ever so after work I push myself to do 15mins workout. Some might say it adds exhaustion to my body so stop exercising but with exercising even if 15mins a day it has a reward that keeps your body going strong throughout the day so mamas out there, exercise even if pregnant. It helps, especially Sally's channel more than anything 🥰
I am 12 weeks pregnant today! This is my third baby. With each pregnancy, I have paid more attention to my physical well-being during pregnancy. Currently I am struggling with finding appropriate core exercises. I loved this video and the instructions! I will be back for more classes 😊
30 weeks and I have really felt the benefit of doing various workouts from this channel over the course of my pregnancy. The core and pelvic floor ones most often. It feels so good to stretch and build strength thank you so much for making these videos!
I’m 22 weeks into number 2! I’ve been doing some other 2nd trimester core exercises but getting a bit bigger now and this is a nice, gentler routine which I think I’ll be coming back to more and more
15 weeks, 1st baby ♡ Thank u so much for this practice, i really love that u teach and repeat when to inhale and when to exhale, as sometimes one just confuses and does it wrong. ♡
28weeks with first baby, iwe bend doing core for months and i just found your video i will be including this in my exercise...im trying to do as much workout to have easy and fast delivery and pfc to maintain my weight🤗
13 weeks with first baby. I was always very active and worked out regularly been feeling really lethargic and have constant sickness and nausea so makes me not want to do anything. Decided to take the leap today and tried this workout felt good.
I am about 8 weeks with my third child and I’ve had two previous c-sections. I’m super nervous about my recovery and i will be trying these workouts during the pregnancy. I hope it helps🥹
Girl same! 3rd child with 2 previous cesareans. I have recti and actually been causing gi issues for the last couple years. Hoping I can strengthen it at least a bit.
I wish this was available 20 years ago with my 1st baby .. I had an emergency c section, mainly because I was told not to workout and eat for 2..I took it literally like I was eating for 2 adults. 19 years old and very naive 😢😢😢😢...this led to me needing a 2nd c section 10 years later bc doctors are afraid of VBAC with all the lawsuits. Hopefully I can get a tummy tuck one day
don't be so hard on yourself it can happen to anyone. I'm 25 and I have always been thin and I ate just for myself and a pretty healthy diet while pregnant and I still have an ab separation. What bothers me is the gynecologist don't even warn you about these type of things so you can take care of yourself. I noticed my ab separation and I'm doing my own exercises
Loved this practice thank you! Not sure if you get this question often haha, but what kind of underwear do you usually wear with yoga pants? Any recommendations on types colors brands etc would be greatly appreciated ❤
When it comes to strengthening your core during pregnancy, it's generally safe to do core exercises daily as long as you listen to your body and follow proper guidelines.
Yes! Do this on a regular basis so about 3 times per week and stay active during pregnancy. Walking or any pregnancy safe workout from my channel are great.
14 weeks with 3rd. I have a 2 inch gap already! Probably never healed right from baby #2. Does anyone have experience lessening previous diastasis recti even when pregnant?
That is very common. When your diastasis recti is not healed from your first baby it is especially important to do pregnancy safe core exercises. This workout is great good for this!
I know - it's quite challenging to do it. When you inhale you want your belly to get really big and full of oxygen. On your exhale you want to engage your core. Imagine someone is going to punch you in your belly. Just before that first is coming you would engage your core really tight, right? That's what core engagement is. And that's what you want to do while exhaling. I hope this helps. All the best to you.
There are intersex, people nonbinary, and trans men who give birth so no harm in including them considering they go through the same physical process and have same or similar internal anatomy that women do. Yes women are the rule and they are the exception but when we exclude them we further the notions that they shouldn’t be included in a medical process that can be considered life threatening and that can translate to medical teams not taking their care seriously.

This is my second pregnancy and I already have diastasis recti from first pregnancy. Do workouts help during pregnancy to prevent making it worse?
It should not make it worse. It should actually help you keep it from getting worse!
Are you doing any squeezing of abs here? Or just mostly belly breathing?
Thank you for this workout, it's very helpful during pregnancy! Is it also safe to do this more than 2x per week? How much is too much?
Totally! You can also do it daily.
What if I already have it and am pregnant again
33 weeks.. I think I’m late for straightening my core . I think core were a no no during pregnancy until recently
22 weeks, baby #5
Keep pushing!!❤️
31 weeks
25 weeks pregnant and starting your workouts as of today! 🎉 I didn’t realize there were pregnancy safe core workouts until recently 🥲
there are so many! and they are so important during pregnancy.
Is this safe to do every day to strengthen core workout?
When it comes to strengthening your core during pregnancy, it's generally safe to do core exercises daily as long as you listen to your body and follow proper guidelines.
11 weeks with baby two😊
congrats!
I have 5 finger gap, now pregnant in my 9 week.... Is this exercises will help me... Or what should i do
Yes! Do this on a regular basis so about 3 times per week and stay active during pregnancy. Walking or any pregnancy safe workout from my channel are great.
Hi Sally. Hoy Manu times a week do I need to do this routine .?
I would suggest 2x per week
I am 6 weeks pregnant with my 4th and have a 4 finger diastasis recti, can I do these exercises to strengthen my abs during pregnancy?
yes, this is really good to strengthen your core during pregnancy to limit diastasis recti
So this rutine is for preventing ab separation ? How many times a week, or is it everyday?
yes it will help you keep ab separation at a limit. try to go for 1-2 x per week if you can!
27 🥰
Does this still help if you are healing diastasis and find out your pregnant in the midst of healing?
yes! absolutely! and congrats 🥰
Is it okay to start this at 32 weeks? First time mom and I'm nervous about everything 😅
Yes absolutely! All the best to you. You got this!
Can we start during first week.of pregnancy
yes!
Am I the only one coning in the side plank? I am 26 weeks pregnant.
Thank you for this video! 38w+1 😊
16 weeks 😁
Wow, the trouser and the crop top look cute on you!
The whole part of inhale relax the belly and exhale free the belly gives me hard time
I know - it's quite challenging to do it.
I don’t really understand it
Ssw 10🥰
You opposite exhale with inhaling in all exercise 😓
You active the core by inhaling not exhaling
@@shahad729 activation should always happen on the exhale ❤.
Can we say pregnant woman instead of “pregnant person…”
