I have CLOSED my diastasis recri WHILE pregnant. Not all twisting is bad: some can cause diastasis, and some can actually close it. The twisting that is done wgile crossing the arm over your body while engagibg core actually improves diastasis :)
Definitely will be more careful during this pregnancy as I'm sure my diastasis recti gap isn't big, but it's not fully healed. Thank you for the tips ❤️

So glad it was helpful! The elliptical is a safe movement to make (as long as you have no pain) The level of exertion will depend on your fitness level. You should be able to talk at all times. So not so vigorous that you couldn’t talk to a friend next to you :) 💞💞
Is it okay to do puppy pose in third trimester? Should it be modified some way? I know you do it in some of your videos but I usually go deeper into it so wondering if that’s a bad idea.
Hi I need help. I am confused your video says not to get on all fours and leg belly hang but your other Pilates video I did this morning you had a pregnancy exercise workout that involved that where you get on all fours and let it hang and arch the back up and down. ?
