So, ever since I was 12, now 18, I have been so traumatized at how people explained birth, the stories I heard about birth in a hospital were horrific, but as I listened it sounded like something was wrong, like the doctors had no clue what they're doing, but when I found this channel, I cannot believe how good God is for taking my fear away, these videos make me feel so relaxed, and hopefully one day, I will have a baby following these wonderful steps, thank you so much❤❤❤
I know this is the most helpful and i have been learning a lot, baby boy is due in May, however, where i live (Philippines) there's no such thing as mother-lead pushing, everything is dictated by the midwife or doctor that with be attending, and you will be labeled as a difficult person if you go out of your way to give them your birth plan. Private or public hospitals and birthing/lying in clinics are the same😢. However, i am bringing with me my birth plan and a spokesperson for when i am going to the hospital, hopefully they will grant it. Please pray for me

I just wanted to thank you so much for what you do and for your channel. I followed your workouts and labor exercises throughout my whole pregnancy, until the very day of. I was even following one of your videos in the delivery room at the hospital and once my labor began I was able to successfully deliver my baby at a reasonable time for an almost 9 lbs baby as a first time mom. Thank you so much for educating us new mamas and the work you put in these videos. For helping all of us get through this very important and sensitive time. Many blessings ♥️🙏

I ageee 100%! Just had a baby and doctor had me pushing immediately once I reached 10centimeters. I I didn’t feel the urge to push until approximately 2 hours after reaching 10centimeters. Baby came out 30 mins later.
Thank you for your video, I watched this video last week on my way to the hospital and I pushed for 15min. I did watch your yoga videos though out my pregnancy. Thank you so much
You are God sent, an angel to guide us women during these nervous times before delivery. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Sister! ❤ I am 36 weeks and trying to find the best position to push my baby if she is still at the “O.P.” Position. My doctor won’t be there more likely when I give birth so I get the impressions lots of other Doctors, PN, nurses, or midwives automatically directs Mommies to push immediately when they dilate at 10 cm when their body is not even ready to push yet. Pray for me please in Jesus name that pushing time is in God’s hands!! Thank you 🙏
I’m 38 weeks and they want me to have an induction 4th & final baby and still get very nervous about labor. So here I am trying to remind myself how strong I can be and refresh my memory. Thanks for your video.

I watched this video before giving birth to my first - I had such a beautiful birthing experience, ur techniques helped so much (especially the knee placement for opening the hips!) Watching this again before giving birth to baby no. 2 …. Big love to you for spreading such positive birthing information !
Thank you for making this video and so many workouts on your channel. I had a healthy pregnancy and swift delivery of my third child thanks to your preparation exercises. God bless you!
The "peek-a-boo" can be frustrating and hospital staff is likely to pressure you to push out the baby, but it can also be your best friend. I didn’t tear during my first birth because I felt the stretch in the crowning so clearly and did some back-and-forth with the pushing. The pushing was 15 minutes so the baby was fine. I did midwife-led pushing but in this labour I want to feel the clear urge to push or preferably fetal eject reflex before I do anything because pushing was hard work and I was pushing "blindly" too much into my perineal because I had no insticts.
I'm sure in August with my first child. I want to avoid drugs and really experience the birth, but I am also so freaking nervous lol. When you talked about your mindset about the sensations it gave me thrilled tingles. Your videos are great. Thank you so much.

I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant but doing research so I can be organized when I ask my doctor questions about labor and delivery. The hospital I'm delivering at has peanut balls and exercise balls standard in every room and wireless monitoring though I've heard that can be finicky. I suppose I feel a bit like my doctor will laugh at me if I ask about delivering in positions other than my back like on all 4s or about waiting to push until I'm ready. In the US are doctors really open to these things or are you pretty much stuck with what the hospital tells you to do?
In a similar boat...and i work at the hospital. I think it does depend on your provider and the hospital policy, but I have to remind myself not to be afraid to ask questions and express my preferences.
In ospedale ti trattano come numeri.

I am sorry to hear this. do you think another baby is in the plans for you? sending love
Nice video !
Thanks this is really good😍💖😊
I literally googled how to push at 2am this morning! How did you know?!
Thank you! This was perfect...this is the video I've been searching for. Thank you ❤️💕🌺
This is awesome and so helpful!!
Love it
In ospedale ti trattano come numeri.
I love you! You ARE the best!!!!!!
So happy you are enjoying! Thank you 💞
Do those breathing techniques only work if you’re on all fours, can u not do them if you’ve had an epidural??
