I got to the hospital at 2:30 with frequent mild contractions, after filling out paperwork, bouncing on the ball Ibkayed on my side with a peanut and my water broke. The next contraction I pushed out my baby in one long push. The biggest of my 5 babies & my shortest active labor I think due to staying active & doing videos from your channel 2-3 x a week. My head was also in the right place from all the birth affirmations so I didn't try to get away from the pain, but let my body open. So amazing and empowering!!!
thank you! doing these at 36 weeks. I am praying for all of the pregnant women out there to have the safest delivery
Amen 🙏
Loved this! I'm just about 21 weeks with our 4th baby and have loved the energy from your monthly layout! Looking forward to another natural birth with more strength, energy and confidence!
yay!! That's exciting to be more than half way with your 4th!! You are going to do amazing!!💗
Congrats! 🎉
Thank you so much for this video! Adding it to my pregnancy rotation. The self massage at the end almost made me cry. We have to take care of ourselves in more ways than just fitness and health. Self love is important and easy to neglect when pregnant with little ones running around. Thank you for the small moment that made a big impact
This feels so nice, everytime I do one of your workouts a end it feeling way better than before I started. I am in te middle of moving cross country and living with my inlaws until the remodolation of my house is done, It has been a very stressful couple of months and I can´t thank you enough, being pregnant during all of this is not easy, but you make it better. Apologies for my English, not my first language.
I'm so glad it's helping you feel better! That sounds like you have a lot on your plate now! Sending you love! 💗
Can someone do it at week 30?@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV
I'm in my 40 weeks, I begun 5 weeks ago. Hope that I'll feel prepared, have normal delivery and not a medical induce labor😢. Thank you for your content!
My first delivery is cesarean and second normal. Thanks to you!!! I watched and followed your Chanel during my pregnancy…it has helped me a lot!!!❤
Thank you for this! Very easy, and not too intimidating to commit to doing every day in the 3rd trimester either alone or as a supplement to your other workout videos. Love that 😊
So happy you enjoyed!💞
Thank you! ❤

Thank you
When do you recommend to start your postpartum work out ?
Hi, thank you so much for your videos. I have a question, I'm 37 weeks and my baby JUST turned head down (thankfully), can I still do forward leaning inversions and other spinning baby type exercises? Thank you!
I’m so happy that I founded your channel. Thank you so much from North Caucus ❤
Can I start these exercises at 33 weeks?
How soon can I start these stretches, I am presently in my 17th week and facing back and thigh muscle pain. Also I have nauseas feeling too. Please help North.
Can one do it at 30 weeks ?
I’m 15years old I haven’t give birth my mom used to watch your videos and I used to do a little of them too I tried one of ur videos today and I wasn’t able to stand after 17 minutes and I’m not saying I couldn’t finish the video I weren’t able to STAND I’m not fat but not skinny as well is that normal?
Can you do thise went u are 37 weeks
Yes, 37 weeks is a great time!
Nice video but can would we call it "vaginal" delivery instead. As a c section mum who had the most amazing birth I still see my birth as "normal" just via surgery.
Bruh, it's not normal. Stop trying to be offended by everything. Animals aren't having c-sections in the wild. It's a helpful medical INTERVENTION.
I second this as a fellow c-section mom ❤
I second this! The birth of my youngest child ended up with emergency c-section and it feels awful to be shamed for it. It was bad enough being in a life or death situation.
I also had a c-section. It's not normal. I'm so happy my baby was born healthy and we both recovered well, but that doesn't change the fact that c-sections are not normal. That's not a judgment statement, it's just factual.
They probably didn't want to put vginal in the title or thumbnail for algorithm reasons
