This is my first time back since I broke my arm and had a radial head replacement at the end of October 2021. Lower weights and modified movements, but I am so thankful! This 30 minute full body was a perfect one to restart my fitness routine. Thank you!

I laid in bed for an extra 10 minutes today, being sore from yesterday (I added 15 min jump rope later in the day because the weather was GORGEOUS yesterday 70° YAY! ☀️) But I SHOWED UP & did the dang thing, all before the kids are up. So sweaty, so proud 🥲 this is the most consistent I’ve been in about 8 months routine wise. Showing up early & getting it done has made my days so much more productive! I have found that I can be really consistent by doing workouts before work. I get up at 5;30 and get it done! It makes me feel better mentally too! Good luck with this! Happy weekend!!
This was my first Sydney workout in over a year (pregnancy, baby, foot pain, all of the excuses) and man did it feel good! I forgot how much I love the words "you made it to your cool down". Towards the end Sydney said, "think of what you're overcoming today" and for me it was definitely Self-doubt. I did what I could, pushed myself at times, and feel so much better because of it. Thanks Sydney! I'm happy to be back at it with you.
