30 Minute Upper Body Superset Workout | CRUSH - Day 14

    Today is an upper body superset workout so be ready to get stronger together! This workout consists of 12 upper body exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in new variations of these strength exercises each round!
    I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
    I also used my bench for chest exercises as I am 22 weeks pregnant and I will be turning any supine exercises into an inclined exercise. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!
    The exercises:
    1. Curl and Press
    2. Chest Press to Overhead Extension
    3. Bent Row Alternating
    4. Bicep Curl Alternating
    5. Kneeling Shoulder Press Left
    6. Kneeling Shoulder Press Right
    7. Chest Press Drops
    8. Skull Crushers
    9. Underhand Rows Alternating
    10. Supinated Curls
    11. Lateral Raises
    12. Front raises with one dumbbell

    I love these 30 minute workouts since I rarely have the time to do the longer ones these days. Please make a pregnancy-friendly ab workout! Most pregnancy ab workouts on RUclips are too easy for me thanks to have done Sydney-level workouts for so long. 🤣

    Wow!! Great workout!! I used lighter reps, with less rest time in between each rep and man o’man was that a challenge along with Burn!🔥🔥

    I’m 60 and I work out with Sydney’s upper body dumbbell workouts every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday since January. I made a commitment to myself and now I look forward to to it so much that I’ve added leg work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Thank you Sydney for making working out with weights accessible to me. I love my new muscles and my new body and my new clothes! I have my dumbbells at home and don’t have to fear being accosted at the gym by men telling me what they think I should be doing. Your workouts are terrific! Thank you!!

    I got up to my 20lb dumbbells today for the supinated curls. Always stick to my 15’s because that’s where I’m comfortable, but your motivation helped me try and I made it the full 30 seconds!! Thank you Sydney!

    loved this. arms are toasted. 24 weeks pregnant ant crushed it. first time i did the move on the incline bench and it made a huge difference for my abs (starting to feel uncomfortable lying on my back). honestly those workout are such a blessing during this pregnancy !!!! so grateful for it !!!

    I got my first order of Royal Change clothes and I LOVE it! It is EXTREMELY high quality, and the attention to detail is amazing. I got the leggings, run shorts, Joggers, and cropped top. The leggings are SO SOFT and extremely flattering. I've tried on TONS of leggings and they don't seem to flatter my body type very well. I have some mom tummy, wide hips, and a small butt and strong legs. This is the first set of leggings I've found that make me feel happy about my butt! No gaps or booty flattening! The design lines on the leggings are all so flattering and beautiful. I love them!! I'm 5'6" and the full length is perfect! I ordered a size medium in everything and am 145lbs for reference. The silhouette on the waistline is perfect, no muffin top squeeze at all! They do slip a little bit but not more than any other leggings have on me and the good far outweighs that minor inconvenience. I think the lack of butt the reason for my issue lol. They do not have a ton of tummy control, which I usually want, but on these it doesn't bother me. It smooths out my tummy without the Squeeze. I feel great in these!
    The Joggers are amazing as well. So high quality, flattering on my legs and small booty, and so so comfortable! I love that they don't squeeze my hips or give me a muffin top. They are more fitted (without the squeeze) on my legs and butt. I love that because I've only ground Joggers that were baggy or as tight as leggings, this one is neither one if those, it's just right. The mesh side pockets were a nice surprise, I can see my skin lol, I don't mind I think it looks cool. My only issues (more my insecurity than anything else) are that I wish there was an option with no back pocket since I think it makes the top of my already small butt look funny and I found the sage green to be easier to see my leg and butt dimples. My husband didn't notice any of those and thought they looked great on me. I'm keeping both black and sage green and ordered blue so that shows how much of an issue they actually were lol.
    The shorts are very high quality as well, they are thicker than my other shorts in a good way. Still seem good for the heat. They're really beautiful and do not flatten my butt out as much as most running shorts do. My only issues with that one was I found the underwear to be tight on my legs and the waist squeezed me a bit and gave a little muffin top (most run shorts do since that is where my weight is, they do have to stay up if using for a run so I understand why). I may end up cutting out the underwear liner to fix the leg Squeeze. They are definitely beautiful though.
    I really love the subtle beauty of the logos on all the pieces. The cursive one is my favorite. I love that they are the color of the clothing item, it feels more luxurious instead of in your face.
    I ordered the cropped top and while it is so beautiful I do have to return that one. I should have known that style isn't very flattering on me. It cuts me off at a bad spot. But the top is really great, the material is so soft, I loved the sleeve and the cutout! I would love to buy a top in the future without the cinch! Also in black or white lol.
    So excited for your apparel line Sydney! I know you're going to go so far with it!! This is better than any other brands I've tried in the same and higher price points. I'm definitely impressed!!
    I found my new splurge! I feel confident and strong in my new clothes! I did order a few more pieces since I loved these so much and am excited to see how they fit. 🙂

    I did 2 workouts back-to-back with Coach SC! I had a busy week and needed to catch-up!
    The no equipment workout I did prior to this one had me sweating buckets! And this one had me FEELING like BEAST!

    My stomach was cramping up this morning, monthly issues, so I wasn't sure about getting through even 30 minutes. I was proud of myself for getting through all of it with Sydney's encouragement and some pauses along the way. I figured if she can do it 2-+ weeks pregnant, I can do it with a little discomfort.

    Some workouts make me push until I almost, or do, cry. Emotional release, not physical. This end did that. Even with just a 5 pound dumbbell. I had tomentally push to hold it and not allow myself to lower my arms. Love these when they come.

      Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but stopped at around 15 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

    Killer arms!! I went up in almost all the workouts today. Although I only went up 5 pounds, it’s something! I have felt comfortable with my weights and decided today to push myself up 5 pounds as Sydney’s always saying to try our best. Boy are my arms on fire! 💪🔥
