    Today we will work on strength for your back and biceps by crushing 3 rounds of 11 separate exercises and one round of a 2 minute bicep drop set! This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself as these are our foundation pulling exercises where we can all push ourselves! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium to heavy range and let's do this!

    Love Transcend! I did this work out while Sydney was on her honeymoon last year during the month of August 2021. Decided to do it again while she is recovering from giving birth to Ari. I absolutely loved every workout on this video! Sydney thank you so much for all you do❤️

    I’ve been working through this Transcend Program for the past couple of weeks. It is very difficult (in a good way)! I just came here to say how encouraging Sydney’s comments at the end of each workout are. LOVE them and I look forward to them each day!

    I have been followed Sydney since the end of March this year due to a lockdown. I lifted 3 ponds dumbbells in March but I can lift 15 ponds now. When I wake up in the morning, I usually work out Sydney`s video at 6 am during week day before going to work and never be lazy one day. Thanks for posting one video every single day. I will follow your workout until you stop one day. :)

      She will have them soon. If you want you can always add 15 20 mins cardio to make it to 60 mins. When Sydney makes these workouts she has some idea of the time as to what she wants to target. You are doing these workouts and that is awesome.

    Work schedule didn't allow for an early morning workout today but late afternoon, early morning, or any time of day it is always great to get an amazing workout in with an AMAZING trainer and videographer.     What an awesome workout Sydney!!! Stronger Stronger Stronger that is my mantra everyday. Finished the workout with a 5 minute plank hold and then one Sydney's cool down deep stretches. Focus and mental alertness are growing stronger day by day.

    Hi! I just wanted to say I love your program of work. I used to suffer really badly from Achilles pain whenever I exercised but since I found you in March (during lockdown in Belgium) my Achilles have slowly got better and today I no longer have pain on waking and i can exercise pain free too!
