I never imagined myself this strong in my chest and triceps ☺️!! I definitely belly-flopped in that last burnout session trying to keep up with the push-ups 😂. Thank you for helping us step outside of our comfort zones to show ourselves the strength we have brewing within us, Sydney ❤️!!
Aw the graceful belly flop. 😁 I was definitely doing the exact same thing. I tried so hard to keep going, but between not being able to get down or up combined with how hard I was laughing at myself, I just did what I could. 😂 Definitely working soooo hard this month!

Hi! What dumbbells did you use? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but could not even finish round 1 as arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

I am staying with my mom for the time being, and she was only able to find 8 lb. dumbbells at Target for me, since i couldn't bring my whole set. Suffice to say, this workout was STILL hard. I am learning with my limited weight set during this pandemic that stepping up doesn't always mean in weight; it means in intensity, amount of reps, etc.! I hope anyone who is having a difficult time finding weights doesn't feel discouraged - you can STILL crush it!!

Happy Hump Day Squad family 🐫 Today was tough. Slept terrible, ate Mexican way too late last night, and just felt off. Drank my pre and got my head in the game. I am proud of pushing thru and crushing that workout. NSV 40s felt lighter today on overhead tricep extensions so I tried my 50s. I got 2 solid reps in and dropped down. But I'm comin' for ya 👊 Remember when you started your journey. Be proud of how far you have come and the strength you have gained already. I felt a little discouraged in some of the tricep moves (kickbacks and tricep push-ups) because that's a muscle group that has been lagging behind for some time now, but I won't let it get me down and I won't compare myself to anyone else! Just wait. This month she is very focused on one or two body parts each session. Not a lot of crossover. But she does haves one abs and cardio day each week. She has plenty of 10-20 minute ab workouts you can add on if you go to her playlists. She changes up her format every month or so with a new challenge. Other challenge programs have had more abs. She's about long term progress and success . Hang in there!!!!!!
Also keep in mind all of these exercises depend on your core and will still strengthen your abdominal muscles directly if you are actively engaging those muscles (which will help your overall form for the moves anyway!) :)
