Crushed it! I really am loving chest/back Wednesdays! Only got up to 10kg(22 pounds) dumbbells so I used my 12kg(26 pounds) kettlebell on last round of alternating rows and on the single dB chest press. Even went up to 8kg(18 pounds) on chest flyes! Am feeling mega strong this month! Thanks Sydney 💖 💪

But the kind of muscle endurance i have developed made me complete it and was appreciated greatly. Been following Sydney since 2017. My favorite chest and back yet. Loved the format of 2 rounds and then 2 rounds again. Also loved the 20 seconds rest. Felt stronger and more empowered and able to increase my weights. Crushed this today and feeling strong. Good stretches too. Different and effective. Keep it coming Sydney. You have changed my life.

I loved this format!!! The time flew by! One minute we have 33 minutes on the clock then next there’s 8 minutes on the clock! I missed yesterday I had an awful day so I took a day off! See you tomorrow 💪
Feeling worn out today and wanted to talk myself out of this workout, but I decided that any movement is better than none. I didn't max out on anything but I pushed with what I had to give today and still felt good about it. Like Sydney says, your 100% won't look the same everyday but it's important to show up with what you have. Great work out as always ❤
I bench pressed 20lbs 🤩 🎉. Can’t believe how strong I’m getting! Need to work on my back muscles tho… Supermans we’re a challenge 😮 So grateful to you Sydney and this platform! 😅

I enjoy this format of work more than where we do 1 exercise 3-4 sets with little rest. Way to mix it up!
