Well, my quads are still dead from Monday. Now my arms are dead too. But I wouldn't miss these workouts for anything! They put me in a great mood for the rest of the day!
Don’t depend on the mood is the motivation I needed today - woke up after a very fitful night of not much sleep but I came down and did it anyway. Pushed myself as hard as I could and crushed it!
I LOVE Chest workouts because they make me realize I’m so much more than my tiny cup size, I am strong and it doesn’t take “A” letter to make me feel good about myself. To all my small breasted friends (and all y’all), let’s embrace our strength 💪🏼 ❤️
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (43:07): "You just have to keep showing up to bat. You don't have to hit a home run every time but you do have to keep swinging." I love this analogy. Moods and motivation come and go, but we depend on our dedication and keep showing up consistently. Consistency- even when we don't have a lot to give- is better than not showing up at all.
So true! I am still so sore from the leg burnout day that I wanted to skip this workout and stay in bed...but I got up with what was in my tank and did it! Go us for pushing with what energy we have! 💪

I literally HATE working out the triceps because they burn the worst, but since I started working out with Sydney, my triceps upgraded to being able to handle a 40 min workout! Woo-hoo!

Just letting others know that I do not have a bench, BUT stability balls kicks it to. Stability balls have so many uses and it’s nice to just sit on!! So, no worries when for those who are like me and can’t get a bench! Stability ball is a good little purchase 🥰
Is it just me, or does it feel like Dustin is cheering us on as soon as he puts that last bit of pumped up music on at the end? Like his way of saying "YOU'VE GOT THIS!" I love how much of a team they are. Way to go everybody! Crushed it!

This one had me PUMPED. I love a good upper body focus as it one of the most challenging areas for myself. My nickname used to be “noddle arms” because my arms had zeroooo muscle..... noodle arms no more baby! Those last push ups were tough! Had to keep thinking “YOU ARE STRONG, STRONGER EVERY REP” 🙏🤘 grateful for another day & workout! Thanks Sydney & Dustin you hardworking power partners!

I was right there with the excuse of being tired and I missed the AM workout I just wanna lay here. But I put my clothes on and did it. I am getting in this negative funk and I want free from it. Working out was so pleasurable and now I just wanna sleep. All that matters is that I showed up when I didn't wanna. Crushed it!!!
