Loved it! Loved the focus on back and biceps! I chose to do this one instead of the pre pregnancy workout to get good solid 30 minutes focused just on those two muscle groups. Every time you said try to increase your weights, you're stronger than you think, I tried!! Awesome workout!
Wowzie!!!! I felt the burn even more with the straight sets. Loved this form of today's workout. I can do hard things and am proving to myself by lifting heavy weights and dropping them when it becomes tough. Sydney thanks for those golden words. Also I noticed you added Houdyshell to you your RUclips channel name. Thanks for everything.
I can't focus or get into online workouts with anyone else. Sydney is so personal, I feel like she is my friend and a trainer. This makes a HUGE difference in me showing up every day. There is a relationship and I feel like we actually get to know this wonderful lady and her family. Thanks for sharing yourself with all of us in a real and vulnerable way.
Worded perfectly! This is exactly what I’m trying to tell everyone I preach this to about why it’s working for me - it’s different once you start with Sydney. I historically hadn’t been able to stick to anything, but I am able to show up every day AND I look forward to it. Truthfully making fitness accessible - and not intimidating - for everyone.
I thank you very much. I am a mother of three children, I gave birth to them, my body changed and I hated myself, but with you I changed and my waist circumference changed and I loved myself with you. I thank you very much. Without you, I would not have reached this result.
I’ve just turned 60 years old and have always exercised, but this lady is my favourite by a mile! Only been doing workouts with Sydney for a few weeks, but she’s amazing! 💪😃
hey sydney, i’ve been following your workouts for a year and a half now and not only i became so much stronger phisically but also mentally. ‘you can do hard things’ i’ve lost my mom a couple of weeks ago and it’s been so hard, your workouts keep my mind occupied and your words are always so encouraging. i’m so glad i found you last year❤️
I’ve been working out with Sydney since 2019 and she’s the best! I’m no 15 weeks pregnant and I have loved seeing her pregnancy and her dedication to staying healthy! ❤️ You, Sydney!
Omg I love you Girl😘 I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I love train with all my pregnancy 💕 feeling strong and beautiful with my body 💪thank you so much for everything you have done for us! I'm strong mama so proud of my hard work 😎😘
Hi Sydney good morning! BACK & BICEPS Was awesome 👌 thank you Sydney I crushed. you are 39 weeks pregnant anytime you surprise us baby arrive you are strong . God Bless you Sydney ❤️ have a wonderful day everyone 😀 😊 ❤️
How in the world are you still bringing this level to us Sydney, when I was 39 weeks pregnant walking round the supermarket was enough of a challenge, the rest of the day was spent on the sofa watching day time telly, you are an inspiration and I’m in constant awe of you.
Same here! That's how I started ordering groceries lol I couldn't hack it, walking around huge pregnant in the Texas summer heat in August. This woman is somethin else!
Pregnancy is not a terminal illness, l worked out until day of C-section, everyone is different but it's not uncommon to be active right up until delivery and this was in the heat of Singapore 👍
G.O.A.T Sydney. Sending blessings and love to you and your family as you approach your delivery date. I wish you a pain-free delivery as you welcome your baby soon. ❤️
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (33:57): "You can do hard things. Believe that, soak it in, apply it to something else. That's your mantra - 'I can do hard things. I can do hard things.' Accept that, believe it, move forward and use it." I often think about the hardest thing I ever went through - unmedicated labor with my second son! Now I always tell myself - if I could do that, I can do anything!
I've been watching you since 2018. I love that you have pregnancy-safe workouts! I'm glad you started with shoulders, I always neglect that area and it's so important as a mom lifting a baby all day!
LOVED LOVED LOVED AND LOVED IT! So nice to feel the biceps... Thanks again AMAZING Sydney. YOU'RE SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Smile and have a great day everyone XOXOXO
These straight sets are no joke by any means. Burn after burn after ...that was hard but we all crushed it. We have the best trainer who has motivated us so much. Changed the way we think about ourselves..happy healthy strong🥰
“I can do hard things!” My recovery from the car accident in February has been hard and the workouts have helped me to stay healthy, happy, and strong. I loved the workout because it allowed me to connect with the mind/muscle connection of my back or biceps. I have my follow up appointment with my podiatrist tomorrow and I’m hoping for good news.
Even though it was a short workout, you made it very challenging with the pulses. Back and biceps are a good combination together. Anybody who has delivered babies knows they can do hard things!! All the best Sydney with the last 2 weeks of pregnancy. You look like you are ready to go!
We can do hard things and we did - be proud! Sydney never disappoints and is forever inspiring us with her warm and caring personality, positivity and consistency. Beyond grateful for this beautiful trainer.
I usually don’t comment but I really had to let you know I loved the format for todays workout! It made me understand and feel the muscle connections a lot better! I hope we do more of this!! 💪🏻
You can do hard things!!!! Love the mantra. Crushed the workout loved it and enjoyed the breakdown. Way to go Sydney rocking with us at 39 weeks. You are amazing.
For whatever reason my wrists are SOOO sore. Not sure what I did but I mustve overworked them Mondays workout. I had to go lighter because my grip strength was not at all there today. I will say as discouraging as it felt in the beginning it really allowed me to connect with my mind muscle connection. Just like Sydney always says "go a little bit lighter to really feel the muscle working" 😉😅 Amazing job Sydney, you continue to amaze me with your strength and positive outlook on life. I love it! Thank you for being our trainer! 🥰
Love this concept of the workout...Separating the back from the biceps.. Awesome!!! Ty so much my favorite amazing bubbly trainer....💕❤ N. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 in abundance....
I'm at the tail end of COVID, and this was the perfect workout to get me back into moving; I used lighter weights than normal just to stay safe, but I feel so much better ☺ Thanks Syd, so excited to meet Baby H!! 💪🏼
I absolutely loved the format today; all back then all biceps. Thank you so much to you and Dustin for providing us with new workout videos throughout your pregnancy. As a mom of 2 (9 & 6) I am amazed by your strength and drive.
I'm so grateful for this workout! I'm third trimester now and have been struggling to find workouts that will really push me but are good for pregnancy, and this was so wonderful!! Thank you for sharing!
The bicep burn to the end was real!! Actually i did like the format of starting with the back muscles first. Maybe on the next workout you can switch and do the biceps first. Always inspiring seeing you do your thing Sydney. All the best to you and Dustin and your soon to come baby boy!!!
Back and biceps done . I loved the format. Sydney you're amazing. Still with us at 39 weeks! Your workouts have changed my life. Always a challenge but I look forward to them. ❤️
Oh Sydney how do your post workout talks always end up being exactly what I need to hear? I’m going through some personal stuff right now and I truly appreciate everything that you do for this community.

Loved it! Loved the focus on back and biceps! I chose to do this one instead of the pre pregnancy workout to get good solid 30 minutes focused just on those two muscle groups. Every time you said try to increase your weights, you're stronger than you think, I tried!! Awesome workout!

Very true. Always feels we are all family guided by Sydney who is the head of the family.
I feel the same way. I don't get bored with her workouts and she's been the first online trainer that I sticked to for a long time almost 2 years
Worded perfectly! This is exactly what I’m trying to tell everyone I preach this to about why it’s working for me - it’s different once you start with Sydney.
