Today I am 38 weeks pregnant and I'm so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!
Today's workout is an upper body workout where we will work through 12 exercises to target our back and bicep body strength. We will work in straight set style and we will complete each exercise for 30 seconds. There will be 15 seconds rest between each exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of each exercise. This workout was so much fun and I can't wait to see you pushing yourself through this one!
I used anywhere from my 5 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for some slight modifications so grab yours if you need it!
Exercises:
1. Bent Row L, Right, Both
2. Back flyes left, right, both
3. Hammer curl left, right, alternating
4. Supinated Curl left, right, both
5. Kneeling Long Row
6. Hand Supported on one knee Wide row
7. Left Arm Bro Curl
8. Right Arm Bro Curl
9. Hammer Curl Drops
10. Standing underhand rows
11. Birddogs
12. Curl hold and pull to ribs
13. Curl pulses

I’m proud of myself for doing this workout despite the fact that I haven’t been sleeping well since I’ve been detoxing from taking pain medicine as a part of my recovery. My back and biceps are hot to the touch and pulsating. I’m going to continue taking care of myself and I’ll see you Friday for our next workout.
I've been having sleep issues too, as well as trying to figure out some persistent health issues on my own ( I've given up on dr's, they can't help!). I'm proud of myself, and you too, for taking care of ourselves, and exercise is a huge part of it. I felt the fire in my biceps today! 🔥

It will be really helpful if you can create a separate playlis of all the workouts you did being pregnant from Day 1 as women are generally apprehensive of workouts when pregnant..this will help a lot of future moms
