    Today I am 37 weeks pregnant and I'm so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!
    Today's workout is an upper body workout where we will work through 12 exercises to target our back and bicep body strength. We will work in circuit style so three exercises will be grouped together to target one muscle group and we will complete each exercise for 30 seconds. There will be 15 seconds rest between each exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of each circuit. This workout was so much fun and I can't wait to see you pushing yourself through this one!
    I used anywhere from my 5 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
    I also used my bench for some slight modifications so grab yours if you need it!
    Exercises:
    1. Bent Row L, Right, Both
    2. Back flyes left, right, both
    3. Hammer curl left, right, alternating
    4. Supinated Curl left, right, both
    5. Kneeling Long Row
    6. Hand Supported on one knee Wide row
    7. Left Arm Bro Curl
    8. Right Arm Bro Curl
    9. 2 Hammer curls per arm and switch
    10. Standing wide rows
    11. Birddogs
    12. 7 Push Ups

      @@judypenta9816 yes Sydney is still posting new workouts for as long as she feels well enough, otherwise the times vary but still the same body part worked on that particular day, they will be workouts that are already on the channel, hope that helps

    Traveled a bunch and barley got 6 hours of sleep every day without squeezing in workouts for more than half of the month. It's been a lot getting myself up in the morning to get back into my routine but I CRUSHED IT!! 💪❤️‍🔥 But Sydney how I've missed you!! Can't wait to crush these last few weeks with you and Baby H!!!

    When I started training with you I could only hammer curl 10lb dumbbells, now I can do 20s, and I FEEL SO STRONG!!

    I’ve bought the calendar and I’m torn! I want to do the pre-pregnancy workouts but don’t want to miss my daily dose of pregnant Sydney and Baby H’s countdown to arrival 🤣🇦🇺

      ahh same! I'm kind of confused too maybe i'll do her new workouts until she's not uploading anymore then switch to the pre-preganancy (also kinda scared cuz: pregnant sydney kicks my ass so bad imagine what pre-pregnant sydney would do LOL)

      @@shruti8576 I think I’ll do the same … it’s nice having the shorter workouts and will then revert to the older workouts once the uploads stop. Agree with you, she still kicks my butt even in the last stages of pregnancy 🤣

      The older workouts are slightly longer so I might do the new uploaded ones(won’t miss anything that way) and just add the extra 10 minutes from the older workout on

    No more coasting!! Definitely am going to prioritize sleep because showing up and appreciating the little things in life is so much easier! I actually got 8 hours of sleep last night and have been having TONS OF ENERGY and an amazing day even though nothing too special has happened!

    Thank you! I’m perfectly sweaty and tired but feelin’ good. I had my baby boy (who is almost 14 now) the month before I turned 31. I would love to go back and do it all over again. Enjoy! I pray you and baby stay healthy and that you and Dustin enjoy all the amazing moments. 💕

    Sidney you absolutely beautiful in your pregnancy. I'm 61 years old and can always find one of your videos that accommodates my Rheumatoid Arthritis.     I crushed it and actually used heavier weights that I normally do for certain moves! Sydney is such a great motivator. Hearing her say to go heavier and work till failure, really motivated me to use a heavy weight and stick with it

    Hello program #27! I technically have one more day of push to complete tomorrow but you best believe that will happen! I’m coming into my home stretch for our upcoming vacation and I’m feeling great!!! I’ve decided to just keep rockin with Syd and Baby H-Town until he decides it’s time to enter the world.
